Te dicen que ese no es su número de teléfono y que no han recibido el dinero a pesar de mostrarle el cargo en mi cuenta. Hay otros clientes que les ha pasado lo mismo. Nosotros buscamos otro hotel y nos trataron de maravilla. No aconsejo a nadie ir a este hotel.
- Tim (4/5): Give it a miss unless you're out of cash - This is a very cheap place to stay. With that said they did not understand how a booking with hotels.com worked. The manager kept asking when they would be paid. I had to constantly tell him that I had paid hotels.com and he needed to follow up with them. We were there on a Sunday night and you could hear the music and bar crowd very clearly in the courtyard. If you stayed on a Fri or Sat night it may be even louder. Housekeeping and reception staff are very friendly but they seem in over there heads when trying to manage online bookings. The room is clean and very basic, but there are plenty of other places in Kasese to stay that are better options but cost a few more dollars.
