• Zlata (1/5): - Ничего Было очень холодно, в квартире 15 градусов, как на улице, агентство никаким образом не хотели решать проблему, в итоге мне за свой счет пришлось покупать вентиляторы в квартиру и обошло мне это в €60. Также квартира находится на 5 этаже, лифта нет, поэтому тащить чемоданы тяжело

• Nicole (8/5): Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Mailand als Single oder Paar. - Kleines, sauberes Apartment in guter Lage. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Von der Metro-Haltestelle Cocetta nur 2 Stationen zum Dom, Tram-Linie 24 nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt, Tram-Linie 9 direkt vor der Tür. Perfekt für einen Kurztrip für Singles und Paare. Air -Conditon mit Ventilator, kleine Küchenzeile um zu kochen, Kühlschrank, Espressokocher und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Das Licht in der Küche war leider defekt (vermutlich das Leuchtmittel) und die Lage im 5. OG ohne Aufzug ist nicht für jedermann geeignet. Das Treppenhaus war ziemlich dunkel, als Alleinreisende Frau nicht ganz angenehm, aber ich bin auch eher ängstlich.
• Uriel (8/5): - No le doy 5 estrellas porque no se me aviso que eran 6 pisos que trnia que subir. Llevaba 2 maletas de 10 kilos y una de 23 kilos. Fue super agotador. Por los demas perfecto. Me ahorro mucho en mi estadia. Pude cocinar dentro del apartamento, y comprar todo gracias a los supermercados cerca.
• Stefan (10/5): Perfect spot, very chill - The place is in a university/trendy neighborhood, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, not too touristy but close enough to everything. 10 minute walk to shopping and tourist areas, and on the streetcar line. Great amenities for a long term stay, but still convenient enough for a shorter one. Liked it, would stay again.

• Foster (8/5): Very good - Hosts were lovely. A nice quiet area. Big room. Couldn’t adjust the height of shower head or angle of the water coming out (had to hold shower head while showering). Had to get up 5 floors of stairs.
• Lubov (3/5): Very cold and dirty place to stay in Milan - Nice area and very quiet to sleep Very dirty, cold, no lift
• Anonymous (3/5): Don't recommend, way too expensive for what it is. - The location was pretty good. We roughly did 20k steps a day, to visit all of the touristic spots. The average time to get to the hotel from them was 30-45min by foot. The bathroom smelled extremely bad, like open sewage. On top of that, when you showered the whole bathroom was flooded. There is some kind of malfunction on the doors that doesn't close properly, letting it spill to the whole floor. The bed also has a shelf right on top of where your head rests, which is just unfortunate for when you get up and lie down. Overall, not a good option given how expensive it was for three nights.

• Jazmin (5/5): Nice place just to sleep - The location is fine. Close to the metro station And the railway stops literally out of the front. There are a lot of restaurants around and a market too. The description of the property isn’t accurate 100% you have to get 5 levels by stairs because there’s no lift so highly recommended not carry suitcases and not suitable for disable people either, also the insides of the building don’t look like the photos. The bathroom is very very tiny and unpleasant to get showered at night as there’s not much light.

• Tamara (9/5): nice small flat - the area was perfect, it was a 15 min walk to the center and we had many restaurants and bars. the customer service was also great because our AC didn’t work the first night and I texted them and the next day in the morning two guys came and fixed it it is on the 5th floor without an elevator. I think that this should be mentioned for people who have problems with stairs
• Santiago (6/5): no volvería - El apartamento queda en un quinto piso y no hay ascensor, por lo que subir las maletas es complicado, además el check in toca realizarlo en una dirección distinta a la del sitio. El apartamento es cómodo para dos personas, sin embargo no es muy limpio, los cubiertos estaban pegachentos por lo que no pudimos usar la cocina
• Verified traveler (6/5): Detallar Bien la información - El departamento estaba bien, pero nunca dijeron en la web q estaba en un 5to piso sin ascensor, por otro lado estaban refaccionando la escalers del edificio y habian andamios, gente trabajando y tierrra

• Verified traveler (2/5): Presa in giro - Ho prenotato un appartamento ma mi hanno dirottato su di un altro. Brutto, sporco e piccolo . Attenzione ai prezzi: ci sono 30 euro per le pulizie quindi alla fine, se prenotate per un giorno o due giorni pagate quanto un 4 stelle. Se trascorrete più giorni pagate un mare di soldi e non avete neanche colazione e pulizie al prezzo di un B&B. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
• Antonino (4/5): Da scartare - 108 gradini (5° piano) per raggiungere il monolocale,senza ascensore, non segnalati nell'offerta, sono eccessivi. Bagno angusto e scarico piatto doccia parzialmente otturato. Spese pulizia camera (€30) sproporzionate, dopo una notte di soggiorno, il cui costo è di €59.
