• KB (7/5): Sadece bir veya iki gece konaklama için uygun bir mekan - Konumu muhteşemdi. Tam tarihi mekanların ortasında ve yatarken saat kulesini ve tarihi yapıları görebiliyorsun. Temizlik olarak da gayet iyiydi. Oda çok ufaktı. Dışarıdaki sesleri olduğu gibi alıyordu ve bu yüzden gürültülüydü.Sabah sokağı temizleyen araçların at arabalarının ve turistlerin sesi çok yoğun duyuldu.
• Duygu (10/5): - Şehrin tam kalbinde yer alan otel, her yere kolay ulaşım imkânı sunarken bulunduğu konum sayesinde seyahati çok daha keyifli ve konforlu hale getiriyor. Tarihi noktalar, kafeler ve şehrin canlı atmosferi sadece birkaç adım uzağınızda; bu da kısa sürede bile şehri dolu dolu yaşama fırsatı veriyor. Özellikle merkezi konumu sayesinde zamanı yolda değil, şehrin ruhunu keşfederek geçirmek büyük bir avantaj.

Had everything we needed It wasn’t clear that you have to go through the cafe to the accommodation and it was not clear where to go or who to speak to for check-in. Bringing luggage through all the tables was awkward as we had quite a bit for a long trip. Also no lift

• Tugce (10/5): Mükemmel - Konumu mükemmeldi. Restoranı çok iyiydi. Garsonlardan biri çok kibar ve keyifli bir beyefendiydi. Oda beklediğimizde büyüktü, yenilenmişti. Yatak çok rahattı. E-sim interneti çok iyi çekmiyordu otelin Wifi hızı kurtardı bizi:) yine gelsem kesinlikle yine kalırım. Duştan dışarıya su sızıyor ve odaya kadar geliyordu.

Bagaj muhafaza hizmetini, çalışanların kibar ve güleryüzünü Asansör olmayışını, çift olarak kalıyorsanız iki tek yatağın birleştirilmesini(tesise sorduğumda duble yatak olmadığını belirtmişlerdi bilerek geldim).

Es muy lindo ver como se ve la plaza en la noche con toda la iluminación y lo fácil que es llegar a todos lados desde el hotel..Muy cómodas las camas Es consecuencia de estar en la plaza principal el ruido a temprana hora por los comercios alrededor de la plaza.No hay elevador y las escaleras no son fáciles

Breakfast was good with hot & cold fayre. One big negative was a smelly shower and an extraction fan that was not working

• 5b2ce14f306073f3d6b6e9bb549a7044 (8/5): - Отличное расположение, невероятный вид из окна - все что нужно, чтобы ощутить ритм центра города Брюгге. В номере было очень чисто, довольно комфортно. Кровати были не слишком удобными, разъезжались и спать вдвоем было не очень комфортно. Я видела на фото, что кровать состоит из двух, но не ожидала что не будет никаких фиксаций, для того чтобы ночью не оказаться между ними.

Very highly recommended - we'll be back! - The location was incredible, and so useful for getting around the city. Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel because of an early train we had to catch, the restaurant looked beautiful and the food looked delicious. If we're ever back in town, we'll be sure to stop by! As we weren't able to have breakfast with such an early start, it would have been nice to have had some tea or coffee making facilities in the room - even just a kettle and some cups would have allowed us to have a nice cup of coffee while getting packed up to check out. Also, it was a little difficult to spot the hotel from the square - perhaps a little sign or board making it clear that the hotel rooms are located at the back of the restaurant would have been helpful.

Our room faced to the rear of the hotel so was very quiet. No window in the room, but a large one in the bathroom. May put some people off, but it did mean that the room was very dark- perfect for a lie-in.

El personal muy agradable. El desayuno a 15 euros nos pareció demasiado caro pero tampoco era mucho más barato desayunar en la calle, así que no sé qué recomendar.

We were in room 9 and had perfect views of the market! Double bed was two twins put together, and no kettle in the room but there are drinks down stairs.

• Florencia (10/5): Hotel central en Brujas - La habitación espectacular con vista a la plaza. El personal muy acogedor y atento. Recomiendo el hotel Tuve que dejar las maletas en la recepción porque no tiene un lugar donde guardarlas hasta que te dan la habitación, de todas formas no tuve inconvenientes cuando las levante y me dirigí a la habitación. No tiene ascensor eso podría ser un inconveniente para alguien que no puede subir escaleras, en mis caso no me pareció algo en contra del alojamiento.

Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was particularly nice with a fully enclosed shower and exterior window. The walls were a little thin, but I didn't notice any noise during the night while sleeping in the comfortable bed.

• Zerina (8/5): Great central location - The location is right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. It contained the basics, and the staff was really friendly and treated me like family. Great cafe, which doubles as the lobby, is the perfect place for an apero and people watching. I could not find the entrance to the Hotel. Someone should mention that it is actually a restaurant you are looking for, and through this restaurant, you will find someone to show you. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room!

• JORDI (8/5): 100% recomendable - La vista desde la habitacion es inmejorable. La situacion es totalmente en la plaza Grote Markt, mas centrico imposible. Tamaño muy bueno. El baño tambien muy bien, amplio y comodo. Las camas depende de lo que te guste, si te gustan suaves son perfectas, si te gustan duras, no lo son para nada. las almohadas son comodas. El desayuno está muy muy bien. Recomendable coger la opcion con desayuno, vale la pena. La atencion para solventar un problema fue excelente. Cuidado, no tiene ascensor. Si no tienes problemas de movilidad, no debería ser determinante para descartar el hotel, al contrario. El papel del wc mejorable.

• Adrien (6/5): Uniquement pour l'emplacement et la vue - La chambre donnant sur la grande place et le Beffroi. La proximité avec les commerces. Geste commercial de l'hôtel en offrant le petit déjeuner suite à une alarme déclenché la nuit. Le petit déjeuner à revoir, le saumon ne donnait vraiment pas envie. Et pas assez de produits locaux. Le fait de passer par le restaurant pour rejoindre les chambres d'hôtel. La qualité de l'accueil à la réception est à revoir. Dans la chambre, il manque un cache piles derrière la télécommande. Des traces d'usures au niveau de la penderie. Le fait de refaire la chambre sans personne vous prévienne, ce n’est pas très rassurant. Il serait bien de mettre à disposition une pancarte "faire la chambre" ou "ne pas déranger"
• Juana (3/5): Regular - Ubicacion No ascensor, recepción dentro del restaurante, paredes muy delgadas y se oia la conversación de los clientes de al lado. No pudimos descansar. Hablaron hasta las 3 am.
• Ilda (9/5): - Super central. Melhor era impossivel. O pão fresco e para fatiar ao pequeno almoço, o salmão fumado muito bom. Não ter janela directa para a praça e a janela existente estar virada por um patio e por esse facto o vidro ter autocolante que não permite ver o exterior. Deviam investir em cortinas para não prejudicar a luz natural a entrar no quarto.
