The room had good lighting. The bed was a bit lumpy and soft on it's center causing me to sleep on my side which wasn't very comfortable after 4 hours. The outer edges of the bed felt strange like coils were going to pop out of it. When I tried to check out in the morning, nobody was at the front desk.

Tammy (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and updated room. All Staff members were pleasant, and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast is good, and love the 24/7 access to fresh coffee and creamer.

2doglady (8/5): Back Again - We have family in the area and have made this Holiday Inn Express our hotel of choice when we come. It is in a nice area with a number of eateries and stores nearby that you might need. The breakfast this time was a real step UP from previous visits! The bacon was crispy and the eggs were great this time. I saw a man seemingly in charge of the breakfast area so if he was the cook, he sure improved the meal. We will be back again when in the area as long as this HIE keeps doing a good job like they are! Thank you!

Lisa (10/5): - Our stay at this property was great! The property is family friendly and we felt very secure during our stay. It’s conveniently located within five minutes of a variety of restaurants for afternoon dining and the rooms are kept tidy and linens cleansed daily. Breakfast is prepared daily with multiple item offerings. The staff are cordial and ready to assist with any service offered. We are very pleased with everything offered.

Anthony (2/5): - Horrible Experience- It took 20 minutes to get our key for the room. They have new thermostat designed to save energy at your expense, hot and couldn’t sleep. Shower was nasty and had clumps of hair! Then I finally fall asleep around 8am - they house keeping enters without knocking to clean the room at 9am (well before checkout) *run away from this hotel!

Stacy (7/5): Overall pleasant, just don’t like being screwed around when paying good money. - Location was great, very quiet, clean and overall a good experience. Upon check in, I showed my ID and credit card for verification. After all the check in was said and done the girl behind the desk hands me my keys and says, “oh btw the TV is cracked in your room but we MAY be able to compensate you at check out. I told her no, find me another room or refund my room I’ll find somewhere else to stay. She immediately put me in the room right next door to the room with the cracked TV. The frustration comes from why even put me in the room with a broken tv, when your not at capacity and have another available

Holt (9/5): New Years Eve stay - The bed was extremely comfortable, the housekeeping great at keeping the room stocked with towels & toiletries. Rooms were clean & quiet, couldn't hear neighbors at all & rarely heard noise from the hallway. Breakfast food wasn't very good. We found a live spider in the room, which we killed immediately. The morning staff was short, so the front desk attendant wasn't very friendly & seemed aggravated when bothered to help guests checkout, extend checkout times, and work on refilling the breakfast.
Joseph (6/5): - The only issue I had was not having hot water 3 of my 4 nights. Front desk said they knew about the issue but to just let the water run for about 45 minutes to 1 hour but that did not help. Everything else was great about the hotel.
Tiffany (10/5): Girls loved it - My daughters have never stayed in a hotel, and they love to swim and I saw that this hotel had an indoor pool and we were going to be visiting family nearby for the holidays. We got a double queen, bedroom, and the beds were very clean. The shower was clean. The pool was clean. my only complaint was the sink kept backing up when we were trying to brush our teeth. The water was hot in the shower, we needed two more towels. The lady from the front desk brought them. The Continental breakfast had many options to choose from.
