Guest Reviews
- Keith (8/5): Good value - Quiet, comfortable and tight on my route.
- Alicia (8/5): - It was a nice big room and very clean
The staff was as helpful. The bathroom door, huge gap that you can see in side the bathroom
And the gap under the front door it let in a lot if cold air in
- R (5/5): It was OK but would not stay there again. We had to ask for fresh towels??? Broken vending machine - I wouldn't call it breakfast. There was coffee, stick cheese, yogurt cups and some kind of sweet bread item? Maybe other stuff. We were not expecting a high end meal but I have been in a lot of motels, this was not even a "poor" breakfast. The front desk people were nice and helpful.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Brit is absolutely amazing
- Shawn (6/5): -
- Barrera (10/5): It was really quiet and the staff was nice - Lots of parking area and it was really quiet
- Travis (4/5): -
- Tamara (9/5): Perfect for our needs - It was clean and the front counter associates were helpful and friendly. Location was a plus and the price was better than other local accommodations. There was some trouble with the door access that required several electronic rekeying. The housekeeper would only clean the room at 9:30 am. If you missed that time slot, you don't get a clean room that day. Some of the fixtures in the room were old.
- Lenora (8/5): -
- Autumn (7/5): -
- Ann (8/5): -
- Lynn (8/5): - Parking fine, no breakfast
- Vincent (8/5): - Parking area adequate. Staff excellent. Room a little dated but some looked to be making improvements. Breakfast lite
- Cody (10/5): - Clean room, secure, friendly staff.
- Tammy (6/5): - The smell when you walk in and in the halls was terrible. If it wasnt for the smell it wouldnt have been bad.
- Andrea (7/5): -
- Cheryl (8/5): - Super friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Pet friendly.
- jim (10/5): - Clean room. Not a fan of streaming TV. Just want some regular TV stations. Breakfast just some pre-packaged items. Expected at least bananas.
- Jess (10/5): A great laid-back hotel for visiting family. - The owner is a sweetheart, and the grandson that helped her is amazing as well. Had a wonderful time enjoying a bonfire this past Saturday. Na
- Alisa (10/5): - Area was safe parking was good and staff overall was helpful
- Brandon (8/5): - Hotel was in decent shape, but room was very small & bed was too soft for my liking. It worked for one night but I wouldn't stay multiple nights
- Laura (6/5): - No elevator, we had to carry our luggage to the second floor .
Room had a weird smell, gave me a headache
Bathroom curtain and floor were not clean
- Deana (8/5): - The long pillows made trying to sleep super uncomfortable. A little dated but affordable.
- Mary (10/5): - Nice older place.was clean & staff was real friendly.
- richard (7/5): -
- Arave (5/5): eh, it was okay, we got our sleep and moved on. - Very basic breakfast. Juice, Pop Tarts, breakfast bars, nothing to get too excited about. We arrived at 8 pm, and no one was at the front desk. They have a motion detector that I assume sends a signal somewhere, so I kept triggering it with no response. I finally called their number, and someone came out from the back, where I had clearly woken her up. I had to tell her twice that it was me calling the number, as she kept trying to answer the phone. Once she was awake, the check-in was fine, and we went on our way. We were only staying overnight on our way to a further destination.
- Robyn (8/5): -
- Marta (7/5): -
- Chery (8/5): - Good location, nice people
- Cindy (8/5): -
- JODY (1/5): Stressful - I would like a refund for our stay. We were so tired from being on the road, my husband who is 72 and disabled and I am 66 all we wanted to do was get a good nights sleep. We were in bed when a knock came at our door. I opened the door and there stood the desk clerk and some guy. She said did you hit a motorcycle when you parked, I said no, then this guy says “well I have white paint on my bike and it wasn’t there when I parked it” I argued I didn’t hit it. By now I have anxiety so bad, and he wipes it off, it was bird poop. No apologies either.
- Tyrell (10/5): - I was very tired when we arrived. Our room was right off the reception area. It was wonderful. I appreciated the shower, the bed, and the easy access.
- Charles (8/5): - The breakfast was minimal but clean.
The rooms are very small.
The staff was very personable.
- Justin (8/5): - Best staff imaginable
- Pamela (8/5): -
- Richard (8/5): - The stay was okay. Basically, it’s a place to sleep and that’s about it. The rooms are fine. They’re clean and stocked with the things travelers forget. The bed is comfortable. Just not the same as home. Overall, it’s a good place. The price is decent for what you get.
- Michele (4/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff This hotel needs some serious structural help and updating. Our shower curtain rod was nearly pulled out of the wall and had obviously been repaired many times, but not repaired well. Shower head had a big gap in the wall behind it. Rusted tissue box holder (non functional) in the vanity. Second entrance to the hotel interior had no working card scanner so the door was open night and day to anyone. Rooms smelled of old smoke. Dead bug on the bathroom floor.
- Peggy (7/5): - Friendly and helpful lady at the front desk. Could have been cleaner. Toilet ring, dirty in corners.
- Kay (10/5): - The staff was friendly and personable. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. This was the first time we have had king sized pillows on a king sized bed. The only negative was the breakfast was very minimal, but better than nothing.
- kristal (10/5): - Was nice
- Richard (10/5): - When I arrived, I requested a room on the ground. Floor and the manager was able to make some moves and get me a ground floor room which was very much appreciated for my stay while I was there and talking with the staff. They were extremely friendly and I really enjoyed their conversation and information about their town.
- Luis Miguel (9/5): Un alojamiento correcto. - Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, y la atención de Brittany fue muy buena.
- Stella (8/5): -
- kim (8/5): -
- Cindy (8/5): Great room and value for the money. - One night trip. Area around hotel is a little run down, but the room was in very nice condition, clean, and comfortable, and a great value for the money. Had to call to get checked in, but the manager was super friendly and really enjoyed visiting with her! Would definitely stay again.
- Williams (5/5): Good - All good 0
- Cynthia (6/5): - This property just needs some updating. It is older.
- Cj (8/5): Great stay comfortable - Excellent front staff
Close to everything
Has a breakfast No
- Patrick (8/5): - It was as expected as far as quality but the staff was extra nice and allowed us to check-in early.
- James (10/5): - Not really near any food but the restaurant recommended by staff was excellent
- Lucinda (6/5): - Okay. Not great. Check in was efficient, but not welcoming.
- Lisa (7/5): Good -
- Lu Jane (6/5): - Bed was comfortable. Room was very small. Shower curtain was dirty. Curtains by the air conditioner were to long, covered up part of the air conditioner
Carpet needed cleaning
- DENNIS (10/5): - I hated the TV controls. KI tried to watch free Tv. Spent about one hour trying to get TV. Finally I gave up. You need directions on a piece of paper in each room explaining how to use the controls. Extremely frustrating. At checkout the clerk told me Windom was going with this TV in all their motels. I thanked her an told her I will never stay at a Windhan motel
- Greg (7/5): Good -
- Sherry (2/5): Uncomfortable, won’t stay there ever again. - It was close to my sister 2 people need 2 chairs. Asked for an extra chair and was told there’s not enough room for another and didn’t have an extra. We had a 2 night stay and our garbage and change of towels and wash clothes were not offered
- Timothy (9/5): Superb -
- Hattemer (7/5): Good -
- Campbell (10/5): My stay here made my trip less stressful. - The property is in an excellent location with awesome staff that took care of our every need. I would highly recommend staying here.
- Scott (10/5): - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with healthy options available.
- NinaS2117 (10/5): Clean, comfortable motel with friendly staff - Although the hotel was older, the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the king size bed and pillows were very comfortable.
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- A (2/5): - Very nice place to stay….. nothing fancy but very clean….. staff very friendly…….well worth the visit
- Susan (10/5): - Very nice host, clean, comfortable bed!
- Ed (10/5): - Clean room and bathroom. Free and easy parking. Breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall satisfied - Overall satisfied with the hospitality and services for my budget
- Ian (10/5): - Lovely clean room. Aircon was on, which was a nice touch given the high 80’s outside.
Bedding and furniture was first class. Worth putting this place on your list if you are in the area.
- Manuel (2/5): - 1. The room is a matchbox... it's SO small!
2. Check-in... my husband was given a room with SOMEONE SLEEPING IN THE BED!!
3. There is no luggage cart. There is a small, dirty mesh wagon.
4. The TV... it's a good size but we couldn't get our news channels. We couldn't get any decent channels.
5. The toilet was a high rise. That was good. The seat amd bowl were dirty.
This is one of the worst rat traps we've ever stayed in.
We will have to drive out to get breakfast, and the dinner chli ea in fje area were substandard last night.
- Renae (8/5): - Doors slamming all morning. Not the fault of the staff. Maybe advise travelers to be mindful of this.
The parking lot and outside areas are in need of a good sweep and hose down. They have two grills out back and they are a mess. I guess they are for the prop mgr only?
- John (6/5): - Very dated. Tv didn’t work. Didn’t feel very clean in some areas. Breakfast was underwhelming but understandable.
- Ellen (5/5): Passable - Beds were clean and staff was friendly Bathtub was unusable. It was grungy...laminate on bottom of tub was peeling and rubber bath mat was filthy amd warped. Toilet was loose
- Will (6/5): - Adequate beds and rooms. Breakfast is light on options but good enough.
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional -
- KrK_20 (4/5): Holy Weed hotel - I know you get what you pay for the hotel is cheap and the rooms live up to that expectation. My issue isn’t with the room or the rate, but for being a smoke free hotel, the staff is far from it. Upon walking into the main entrance you could smell the weed, to the point I didn’t want to breathe. I checked in and left the hotel thinking man that’s was a lot but hopefully by the time we get back it will be less, nope I was wrong. It seemed like every other day the smell of weed coming from the front office was crazy. I hope this isn’t the norm but man it was a lot
- Richard (10/5): - It was a nice place to spend the night. The checkin procedure was easy. And the attendant was super nice.
- Jorge (8/5): Great choice based on price. - The placed is really nice for the price, the room keep at a good temperature. We had an issue with the toilet getting clogged the staff show up like 10 minutes after the complaint was made. He just unclogged it but didn't care to clean all the spill water.
- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aaron (8/5): Very good -
- Brad (7/5): Good -
- 741krisg (8/5): Nice e stay when we needed a place - Very nice room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom and good light breakfast A nice place to stay and very comfortable plus nice and quiet. Always friendly service and always make sure you have what you need. A good location close to Grocery store and fast food.
- Shannen (10/5): - The staff was amazing and the room was comfortable.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Harold (7/5): Happy - Coffee maker didn’t work.
- Shane (6/5): - Could be cleaner.
- Dorothy (10/5): We had vehicle trouble and it was a difficult time but the staff did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as - Staff was extremely helpful and hospitable Nothing
- Richard (8/5): - Our key cards didn’t work and eventually they had to open our door with a key. That was the only drawback. Otherwise all was good.
- Lisa (8/5): - Good variety of grab and go breakfast items. Rooms need some updating but did job for one night of sleep
- JULIE (6/5): - The place was okay. The toilet handle needed to be wiggled, or it continuesly ran and shower faucet needed some work, but other than that, all was good.
- Scott (8/5): - Conveniently located to beautiful scenery
- Paula (2/5): - Nothing.
- Pbauerj7 (5/5): Passable - There was none Room too crowded..extras for one person only. Shower leaked. Traffic noise was bad. Other guests were loud. Tv. Remote sucked. Only one chair in room...needed two!
- Merlin (5/5): Passable -
- Mona (10/5): - Best coffee I’ve ever had. Reception was awesome. Great job!!
- Connie (5/5): It was an OK solution with super-nice staff for a one-night stay. - The staff was very good and responsive and the room had decent updates. The room had an odd smell and the breakfast was grab and go with limited options and no real milk for coffee. The price was lower than most area options but considering the mustiness of the room, limited TV stations, uneven hot water in shower and not-great breakfast, not the value I expect from Wyndham properties. Also the fan in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been dusted in a while.
- Sue (10/5): - The beds were amazing, which I feel is one of the keys to an amazing experience. My husband likes a softer bed and I like a firmer bed. At home we use a sleep number bed. However, our king size bed at the motel pleased both of us. The staff was very friendly. We were there for a wedding. And, others that stayed at the motel said the same thing. We would stay there again.
- Myranda (6/5): - We were passing through the town for a night. Would stay there again.
- Tina (10/5): Will come back again - Clean, comfortable bed and nice staff.
- Blair (5/5): Keep driving - Staff was kind and managed expectations for included breakfast Worn out beds, smelled like smoke in non smoking room, thin walls
- Candice (8/5): - Nothing fancy but friendly staff and we got a good nights sleep while passing through.
- Karen (4/5): - Room was a bit small. Coffee maker had leftover cold coffee in it. Shower only came out in a trickle, so was hardly usable. Bed frame was assembled incorrectly, so brackets which were supposed to be attached to the headboard were protruding out from the foot of the bed, resulting in lots of scraped shins! No real breakfast. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
