• Luciana (7/5): - Tranquillità posizione 1 camera piccolissima x 2 letti. Arredi camera mancanti di comodini e abatjour. Isolamento bagni dai vicini.
• Mauro (8/5): - Self check in, possibilità di assicurazione per evitare la trattenuta della caparra in caso di danni. Visto che l'appartamento è per sei persone valuterei un doppio paio di chiavi per potersi muovere in autonomia.

• Antonio (8/5): - Posizione ottimale. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Alloggio molto spazioso 3 camere e 2 bagni. La casa e' molto bella ma non molto pulita. I materassi delle due camere più piccole sono molto scomodi

• Maider (8/5): - La localización y fácil acceso. Piso grande, aunque una de las habitaciones se queda justa para ser doble (ideal para una reserva de 4-5 personas máximo). Eramos un grupo de 6 personas y solamente ofrecieron un juego de llaves, si quieres otro debes acudir a sus oficinas. Una de las habitaciones era pequeña para ser doble, con camas aparentemente supletorias (no se indicaba en la reserva).

Perfecto para las fallas . - El alojamiento tiene muy buena situación en el barrio del carmen .Las instalaciones están bien. Un solo juego de llaves para seis personas y tener que recoger las llaves a 15 minutos andando del apartamento..al ser una zona de casco antiguo hay que ir andando si o si..so consigues aparcar cerca del apartamento.
• Antonio (9/5): Bien ubicada y limpia - La ubicacion, la luz que entra por la ventana, tiene dos lavabos y estaba limpio. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Alguna ducha necesitaba algo de reparacion (colgador) y algo más de equipamiento, como alguna percha. Pero no llegamos a cocinar, por lo que de esa parte no opino.
• Cesar (1/5): Un desastre. Mala comunicación e información. Todo mal. - En booking consignaron una dirección. Nunca me mandaron las instrucciones de acceso. Las pedí por mensaje de WhatsApp y llegaron tarde. Me hicieron caminar con mi suegro con discapacidad más de 40 minutos por el centro sin respuesta. Tuve ir buscar un hotel. Nunca accedí al alojamiento y no me quisieron reintegrar el pago. La peor experiencia que tuve en booking. No sé si seguire reservado después de esta situación.

• Sue (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Valencia - The Apartment was perfect for our group( me and hubby and both my brothers). We had two bathrooms which was great and the apartment was clean and had everything we required. The location was perfect everything was all in walking distance. Loads of local bars and restaurants in same street, also a supermarket next door. Would definitely go back to this apartment when next in Valencia Nothing
• Roberta (1/5): Posto gestito malissimo e carente di manutenzione - Nada Dal primo giorno problemi, una camera era senza luce, i miei compagni di viaggio sono stati 24 ore senza una luce in camera , bastava cambiare una lampadina. Abbiamo chiesto due paía di chiavi perché eravamo in 5 , mai arrivate !!!! Per finire un letto era sfondato, abbiamo richiesto di accomodarlo ma anche qui mai nessuno lo ha aggiustato. Ma la cosa piú brutta é stata essere presa in giro fino ad oggi, parlando di un fantomatico rimborso che non é mai arrivato. Continuavano a palleggiarsi con booking quando é noto a tutti che i rimborsi vengono dalla proprietá e non dalla piattaforma. Insomma sconsiglio fortemente questa gente che si presenta con uffici e dipendenti come fossero un 4 stelle degli appartamenti ma le proprietá sono assolutamente carenti di manutenzione e l’organizzazione tra check in e il resto é pessima!

• Joseph (9/5): Very pleasant stay in a nice accommodation - Location was great, property was clean and had good size rooms I felt the main bathroom was a bit small. The en-suite bathroom had a bad drainage problem and had to turned off several times during a shower. I had problems with the electronic door keys but my friend did not have a problem

• Christian (7/5): - Nice, clean apartment in a good location. Good customer service. The check in instructions were a bit confusing and so we were delayed when we checked in (it said there was a reception desk, but this is not at the location of the apartment)

• Esteves (6/5): Boa localização, mas falta de cuidado - Ótima localização Tinha camas partidas e roupa de cama suja. Avisamos o alojamento e não foi feito nada. Pedimos também uma chave adicional visto que era um grupo de 6, disseram que nos deixariam em casa e também não o fizeram.

Be aware that you can't park anywhere near the house and even drive into the street to unload as it's a protected area where you need to have a special permission to drive. The nearest car park is across the park, 15-20 min walk. Another problem was getting the key from a completely different place quite far from the apartment. Expensive - not great value for money.

• MICHELE (9/5): - Posizione vicina al centro. Casa con 2 bagni, e molto comoda e spaziosa per una famiglia di 5 persone. Il bidè di un bagno è posizionato in modo da rendere un po' difficoltosa l'entrata nella doccia. Il doccino è da cambiare. Per il resto tutto bene.

• Fiona (1/5): Beautiful city but awful company which you should avoid - The fact that the company kept my deposit on a false accusation of a damaged bed, they refused to reply to any communication and request for photographic evidence of alleged damage at my request and booking.com request. After researching this company it was a frequent complaint that this company scammed people by keeping deposits. On arrival the communication to collect keys was appalling we were given an address but no directions and company refused to answer phone and refused to give direction to office, only communicated by WhatsApp and email_ very impersonal and unprofessional
