Cornelissen (1/5): Very disappointing stay, won't stay there again - Nothing I didn't like anything unfortunately. When I arrived the reception was closed, had to find someone to get me to my room. There was no key and the gate didn't lock to my room, so the one guy had to go find my key. I was told I would have breakfast with my stay, but it was not included. There was an old tissue on my chair, looked like the room was not cleaned properly. There was no toilet roll holder, the toilet seat was chipped and the Wifi didn't work properly. The walls are super thin, so I could hear the person next to me's conversation and laughing when I wanted to go to bed. There was no adaptor in the plugs to allow for charging of a phone as well as no tea/coffee as it states in the information. It was very expensive for not getting any of those items, nor was there even soap in the shower or at the basin, I had to go out an buy a soap, very poor and disappointing.

This place needs serious renovations. Not a 3 * standard at all.

The parking was just in front of my room. The beds were comfortable. And mostly the place is close to the restaurants and other shops Kitchen towel were not available. The was no tea nor coffee. The was no mop and toilet brush to clean any mess that might have happened

They were repainting and fixing the room next door. Our room was lovely, but the bathroom could do with a revamp -- chipped bath has seen better days.

Thelma (1/5): Very BAD service - Nothing to like about this place The property does not have power back up or generator, it is extremely hot and during Loadshedding you can not use the aircon, our toilet was not working and i had to struggle to get a bucket of water to flush the toilet, it's difficult to communicate with reception as the phone is answered by a person who is not at the property, i would never advise anyone to stay here at all.

I know that load shedding is not a problem of an individual but the management must device some means of getting generator that can supply all rooms with power. The very disappointing thing is TV that are owing Dstv. After a long day i was aiming to see what was going on with regard to the celebration of the new year, but the Dstv was suspended. No woodrope in room 8. During the booking i stated that i want breakfast but in the morning i was told that there was no meals because i did not book it.

It must not be same menu everyday try to explore please Take care of equipment are in good condition e.g t.v in other rooms try to improve the rooms next the swimming pool e.g the single ones

My room had an issue with plumbing in the bathroom, but I was given another room. There was also a problem with electricity. Had about 12 hours without no power. They did promise It won't happen again.

If you do not have airtime, data or phone battery, this is the last place for you to go as you need your own devices and resources to communicate with the staff 6 no hot water in the morning 7. Bar fridge was not working (imagine in this heat) 8. Tv signal freezes every 15 minutes and you have to change channels so it comes back. 9. Check in time was 2 o clock, I arrived at 5pm and the room preparation was not completed 10. All you get is a small bar soap. No body wash, or shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms Imagine all these happening in 1 night

Feels as though you are staying in the staff quarters. My room's furniture was very old and in poor condition. The bathroom was smelly and not clean. No kettle and no remote were available for my room. Poor service delivery.
