Guest Reviews
- herve (10/5): - Parfait
- Andres (10/5): - Great service
- Susana (6/5): - Zimmer etwas klein
- Erin (10/5): - Very nice!
- Denise (8/5): - Nice, friendly and very helpful staff. Good sized room, very clean. Great location.
- john (10/5): Great Location - Great location in the heart of Pamplona - comfortable, albeit cosy, rooms. Unusual shapes as a result of being a refurbished building. On site cafe not our preferred breakfast location as there are many more bars and cafes moments away.
- john (10/5): Great Location - Great location in the heart of Pamplona - comfortable, albeit cosy, rooms. Unusual shapes as a result of being a refurbished building
- Rodney (10/5): - Thanks to Christina at reception for her assistance today.
- Dylan (10/5): - Great service
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great property, centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms
- Bethany (8/5): - We appreciated the quiet and privacy despite such a convenient central location. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and professional staff. No public spaces except for breakfasting.
- Mohammad (10/5): Good place to stay in Pamplona center - Nice hotel in front of Plaza Consistorial, with restaurants and daily activities in the Plaza, however at night is quite which is good for sleeping. The room was a good size with a small balcony facing the plaza, the bed was comfortable, good size bathroom, very fast internet and good service in the 5th floor where we stayed. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Very nice people at the reception.
We were instructed to park in Plaza del Castillo parking and walk to hotel; it was not a bad walk even though we were carrying lot of luggage. The hotel discount for the parking end up being 13.95 dollars per day.
We recommend this place.
- SOFIA (10/5): - Instalaciones modernas, muy prácticas, excelente atención del personal, incluido del SPA.
Dificultad aparcamiento.
- Douglas (6/5): - My room was clean and comfortable but more than half of the room was not useable due to the roof cutting off half the space. I had to duck my head to walk around the room.
- Erick (6/5): - A/C is not adjustable and set to
25 C. Windows can be open, but city is very busy and loud, so not practical. Too hot to sleep comfortably.
- Lorena (10/5): - Checkin process extremely slow, just one person attending a huge crowd of guests. She was nice and had everything under control, but the process was slow
- Yaimara M (10/5): - Great location and comfortable. The room was clean and they offer great amenities but there was a large black mold stain in the bathroom ceiling.
- Rene (8/5): - The parking was very expensive. On my reservation appeared to be included but it wasnt.
Recomedable
- Julia (4/5): - It is not a four star hotel. It’s a hotel with a little cafeteria which serves only the very basic. It is run by young women like if they were home. The sheets were all soil, etc. Don’t sale it a four star. I don’t think Expedia is doing the right checking on
The hotels in Europe. Or It is not sending the right people to check.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, comfortable and modern rooms. Great rooftop bar.
- AH (10/5): - Excellent location, a lot to see and enjoy around.
Good ambience and excellent food and drinks in the area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Review - Great Location and very clear room
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Perfect location! Staff was very friendly, I needed help with WiFi and the lady help me with such pleasure. Incredible place to stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location if you want to be in the centre of all the action for the running of the bulls festival.
- Kay (10/5): - Lots to love about Pamplona and this hotel, starting with its central location right next to city hall and a nice town square. We loved the spirit of the people of Pamplona, the great food options, walking to follow a small portion of the Camino (which passes thru the town), seeing the path of the running of the bulls, walking the ramparts, and more. Overall very delightful. The hotel is what one would expect from a 4-star hotel - clean & comfortable. We thought it was a good value for the money.
- Andrew (8/5): Great but check car park directions beforehand - Great location for the centre of Pamplona but make sure you have clear directions to the underground car park before arriving as it is approached from a different street and it’s entrance is not clearly marked with a name. It is then only a five minute walk to the hotel which was very comfortable and right in the centre
- JStone (8/5): - The location was excellent and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
- Mark (4/5): Pamplona experience - Very unfriendly and unhelpful front desk person. Soured me on the hotel.
- Walt (10/5): - Great hotel in perfect location near town hall, information, and bull run. Our only criticism is the WiFi is very frustrating particularly for Apple devices as it turns off every time you leave the room and requires three steps to turn on each and every time you leave the room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location but loud at night - Great location, beautiful hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint about the hotel is the lack of sound proofing. While the hotel sits in a perfect location to City Centre it is so noisy all night long. Pamplona is a loud partying place, so do not expect to get any sleep unless you have good ear plugs or are a sound sleeper.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location, hospitability, cleanliness, price and value
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel in the heart of Pamplona, about a 20 minute walk from the train station.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not sure for me - Pros: Good location
Cons: Terrible shower in the bathroom. So much dust at the corridor.
- Jason (10/5): - Fantastic location , well appointed . Good front desk staff . Did the spa circuit which I recommend . Beds could use an update would be my only criticism .
- Imma (8/5): Great location - Staff at reception was nice and helpful. Great location in the town center.
- Vincent (8/5): Thumbs up to Pamplona - Location was great, close to all restaurants and cafes, plus churches and museums
- cathleen (10/5): - It was very unique and interesting. Food very good and staff helpful.
- Kabir (8/5): - Comfortable room! Excelent location
- Ute (8/5): Experiencing famous Pamplona! - We had a great time at the little Hotel in a perfect location. We were close to everything we wanted to see. Just one complaint, the beds were too hard.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pamplona a city to discover - Excellent location, in the heart of Pamplona
- Cynthia (10/5): Perfect Location! - Loved the central location. There is no parking specific to the hotel, but you can park at Placa del Castillo parking garage, bring the parking entry ticket to the hotel desk and, for a reduced fee, they will give you an exit card (which needs to be dropped in a bin at the parking exit so it can be returned to the hotel.)
- Verified traveler (10/5): - we stayed here during San Fermin festival. this was the perfect location to see the bulls run through one of the main plazas (town squares). the balcony doors kept the noise out too!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Just Perfect - Quiet.Very lovely room.Near many restaurants.Welcoming staff.Close to Camino Trail.
- Jayne (10/5): Excellent location,in the heart of things. - Great place to stay for starting pilgrimage. Festival happening when arrived, great atmosphere close to the festivities.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely hotel right in the heart of Pamplona - Secure parking very close and hotel situated in lovely historic part of centre. Lots of restaurants close by in the beautiful main square
- paz (8/5): - good location
good public area
Basic simple room but very good bath room
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic location right in the centre. Parking easily possible in underground carpark (€12 per day/night) which is just around the corner. Windows keep the noise out from the street in the day or at night. Service good, staff friendly. Only downside, the spa/sauna has got limited opening hours (was closed on Sunday and Monday) and needs advanced reservation (not just a few hours).
- Verified traveler (10/5): The place to stay. - Great hotel with an awesome location.
- Shane (10/5): Excellent position to enjoy the best of Pamplona. - Excellent position to enjoy the best of Pamplona with friendly and very capable staff. Great recommendation and booking of local restaurant with good easy to follow directions. Look forward to returning for a longer visit.
- Nicholas (10/5): - front desk staff was great
- Cheryl (10/5): - We stayed for 2 nights for the San Fermin Festival. This hotel was in the PERFECT location if you want to be in the heart of the fun. There were activities and celebrating all throughout the day and night. If you wanted to hear and see the fun, just open the balcony doors, if not, keep them closed and all the noise was kept out. Because of a very slight mishap which was no big deal, they upgraded us to a balcony room at the front of the hotel which was perfect for viewing all the festivities and crowds!
- Eric (10/5): - WOW!!! This place is in the absolute dead center of Pamplona where the San Fermin festival (running of the bulls) happens. The rooms are very nice and staff is friendly. Dont expect to get much sleep though if you go for the festival! They have onsite security and you get a wrist band to show that you're a guest of the hotel. The balcony room is an absolute must and worth the price if you're going for the festival. At 8am you can see the bulls run by but I recommend getting down there and running with them!!
- Mike (10/5): - Great hotel and great staff. Already looking to book my next trip for San Fermin next year.
- David (8/5): - Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. One small complaint is that it was really difficult to locate the parking initially. Once we got past that, it was smooth sailing and an enjoyable stay.
- Yuri (10/5): Quality hotel. - Quality hotel. Spacious well furnished room with large bathroom. There is also a outdoors swimming pool open 11 am - 9 pm and apparently the best spa service in the area (didn’t have a chance to use). Hotel is walking disstanxe from LaGuardia town.
- Fausto (10/5): - Great hotel within the old town area of Pamplona. Close to everything: sightseeing sites and outstanding restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will surely stay here next time we visit Pamplona. Only issue is that you are not allowed to enter the old town area by car as you will be ticketed by police, but hotel provides a very convenient parking access nearby from which you can easily walk to the hotel, as long as you don’t carry heavy or bulky luggage. Carmen and Javier were very helpful reception staff. They provided us with valuable assistance all along our stay.
- everardo (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay there. They offer a voucher for 8 euros, to use at there cafe or bar, if you don’t need housekeeping.
- Jevon A (8/5): Great location! - Amazing location, but parking can be a challenge. The hotel was very nice and modern.
- Valentina (8/5): Nice hotel - Located in Centre, nice room. Hotel did not properly note parking - 12€ in local Saba parking lot, so ended up driving around for ages.. Close to many different tapas places
- Ian (10/5): Pamplona - 2nd time at this property within a year. New, boutique like hotel, in the perfect location. Hotel is new - feel it opened in 2017. Highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic hotel, great location - I was in the area on business for a x3 night stay at this hotel. I understand that it's recently been built/renovated and you can tell - modern design with a clean decor. Perfect location in the centre of Pamplona - would recommend and stay there again for any return business trips.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - when we arrived, there was no-one at the front desk. we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to arrive. we called, we asked at the attached restaurant - no-one could find the person who should be at the front desk. when he arrived he was helpful, but it was a long unexplained wait
- jerome (8/5): - This is a very well located hotel and spotlessly clean It however is not a 4 star rating .The effort is put in my opinion on there spa services. The room is on the small size.
- Katarina (10/5): Perfect loacation - The hotel is in center of Pamplona. The hotel stuff advised me on parking immediately after my reservation so we had no problem finding parking and hotel which is in pedestrian area. It is a nice modern hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay again.
- Christopher (10/5): - Interesting decor central position pleasant staff.
- Gary (8/5): No spa on Sunday. But still.a nice place - Quite a pleasant place to stay. Friendly staff and boutiquish place. Great location. BUT NO SPA on Sunday which wasn’t indicted on Wotif! As a tired pilgrim this was a reason why we booked..
- Terry (10/5): Great location in old town centre - Loved the location right in the heart of the old town.A few minutes by taxi to train station (6 euros) and 12-15 minutes walk to coach station. Friendly, helpful receptionists who couldn't do enough to make us welcome, even booking us train and coach tickets online and then printing out the tickets for us. Also we were given a very well produced booklet about the different historic walks around the old town - this was particularly useful and informative. Some occasional noise from street last thing at night and early in morning but with windows closed we couldn't hear anything. The hotel itself was so quiet at night you wouldn't have known there was anyone else staying there. The room was cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed and fresh water put in fridge. The room was spotless. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else.
- Robert (10/5): Great hotel, great location, fantastic staff - Located on the main square housing the Ayuntamiento, and surrounded by bars and restaurants this is one of the best locations in Pamplona. The hotel itself is small and cozy but the rooms are more than adequate in size, with a large bathroom. The doors to the balcony are double glazed, which helps to minimize the noise, considering we were looking right over the square. The receptionists are super friendly and all the other staff we encountered such as the cleaners and the staff from the cafeteria were always smiling and would always greet us. The only thing lacking, to my mind, was that there was no lobby. There was a small space with one chair and that was it. At the other end was a small vestibule also with one chair. We had to sit and ill time for about half an hour and it would have been nice to have a place with at least two chairs! But that was a small inconvenience compared to the rest of our experience.
- jerome (8/5): Location - The hotel is new and spotlessly and the location is beyond perfect including easy access to parking. This is not a 4 star facility by North American standards. There is nothing wrong with but no sense of atmosphere but a more clinical feeling.
- Chris (8/5): Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town - We really liked the location of the hotel. It was right in the middle of the old town, right off a main square. The only difficulty we had was driving to the location - there are lots of closed roads and pedestrianized areas, but this was not the hotels fault.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very nice and had a balcony overlooking a small square.
- Michael (10/5): Spain tour 2017 - Holiday stop over, well worth a visit. Old town was great and a real lively mix
- Peter (8/5): The place to stay in Pamplona - Great location.
- Peter (10/5): - Great position of hotel in the centre of city. Excellent staff very willing to help especially when we had mislaid the car parking ticket.
