- Mary (10/5): Great place to stay! - Clean facility!
- Juan (10/5): -
- John (6/5): Overall, good, with the issues stated and no compensation for the inconvenience! - Large rooms, nice TV. programming wasn't very broad as far as selection of programs. Elevator was out and our room was on the third floor. Couldn't be serviced while we were there. Coffeyville is rural compared to the elevator company's service. Door closer was out on the west side of the building.
- Jamie (9/5): Very good decision to stop and rest for the night - Best cloud mattress and bedding slept so well. I didn’t like that I was charged supposedly $130 for my room when I got my paper under the door it said $170.
- Christina (10/5): -
- Les (8/5): Adequate - Quiet Fridge was insanely loud due to compressor going out. Had to unplug.
- Robyn (5/5): -

- Ron (8/5): - Breakfast was great; good selection and easy access. Disappointed with room carpet cleanliness as we noticed both food debris and toe nails on carpet upon arrival. Bath & shower were nice and with good lights and hot water. Towels were plenty and full soap, shampoo dispensers and also easily available at both sink and shower.
Nice touch were the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies as these were free and available in the lobby area for guests on their way to their rooms!
- Marshall (8/5): - The staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. Location was convenient enough. It’s a small town so nothing is far away.
We liked having a non smoking and non pet place to stay.
Our room was clean, with the exception of some mold in the shower. Not a lot, but some. I told the front desk person and she said she would pass on to cleaning person. The entryway flooring in our room was coming up and needs to be fixed, too.
All in all it was a pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. We would stay there again.
- Maurice (10/5): -
- Denise (9/5): Would stay here again - It was very nice Can’t complain
- Anjelika (10/5): - Friendly helpful staff, clean room, cookies were great! If I come this way again I will definitely stay here
- William (10/5): - Very clean rooms and hotel
- Jennifer (4/5): - Just stay somewhere else. Our room reeked of smoke even though it’s a non smoking property. Literally everything in the room was broke. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut and when I told the staff they said oh yeah we know a regular stays in there and he is gone this week. Have a good day. Choose another place in town or stay out of town and drive in. That’s what we will be doing for our next several trips to coffeyville
- SHAUNA (6/5): - The shower was broken and wasn’t a strong flow. There was a sharp corner on the nightstand and I scratched my elbow. Room 204 could use some tlc.

- Tiffany (10/5): Manager was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. - Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and I while we were in town for a doctors appointment. Property was great.
- Renee (8/5): Very good -
- smC9298IS (2/5): Don't stay here! - We were traveling with my son who booked 2 rooms. We left a day early, checked out at the front desk and paid for our room. My son stayed the entire weekend. When he checked out they charged me for both rooms for the 4 day weekend, Thurs-Sun even though my husband and I checked out on Saturday morning. I was told my bill for the room my husband and I had was 305.00. Two charges for 470.00 came through on my bank statement. I tried to contact the hotel but no one will answer the phone. And, because it was the 4th of July holiday, we had no housekeeping service. Poor service and overcharged with no way to fix since no one will anser the phone. Don't stay here! There are other places to stay in town. Choose one of them.
- latrisa (8/5): - Staff is amazing. Room could
Of been cleaner. Breakfast was great. Gym great but pool didnt look clean and was super cold.
- Renice (8/5): Very good - I've stay before and breakfast was good. This time it eas terrible. The pancake appliance terrible pancake the variety.just not good.
- Deanna (10/5): - It was an very good stay. Staff were the best that I have seen in a long time, anywhere I have been. Kuddos!
- Sherri (8/5): - The staff was so friendly and speedy service.
- Efrain Cachu (10/5): - good
- Bledsoe (10/5): Fun stay. Enjoyed it! - The staff made us feel so welcome. It was a great visit, and we enjoyed every minute. Can't really think of anything? Price, maybe. It was pretty expensive.
- PAMELAB408 (10/5): Fabulous Stay - Fabulous Hotel! From check in to check out there was fabulous customer service. My room was very clean, had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't want to get up the next morning. Breakfast was way beyond the normal IHG breakfast with fresh cut mixed fruit cups (as well as whole fruit) and some kind of taquito rolls that were very good. Hopefully all IHG hotels will follow suit with the additional breakfast items. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in this area.
- Terry (10/5): Great - Well kept
- Jason (1/5): Poorly Managed - We booked here for the pool for the kids to swim after a long day of driving. The pool was closed with nothing posted anywhere on sites this was happening. If we knew we would have booked elsewhere. No discount given for the inconvenience as well. Blinking lights throughout the hotel. Then our TV did not work as well. Very poorly managed hotel. I would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.
- Thomas (8/5): clean room, cheap fixtures. - coin laundry was easy to use and not overpriced, pool was not working, room is clean, fixtures are cheap. average experience, one of the higher priced roadside hotels though
- Jennie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaun (1/5): Didn’t get to stay - No rooms available so I couldn’t get the room I booked and paid for via booking.com
- Angela (9/5): Here for baseball games and enjoyed the property - Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Cookies and breakfast were wonderful.
- Teresa (8/5): Wonderful 2-night stay! - Really impressed with the breakfast, multiple hot and cold options. Pool was under repair
- Dianna (8/5): - Beautiful, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast options. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool is out of service. Could not find a local phone number to see if repairs had been made before we arrived.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice stay - I came there at the last minute. They were friendly and clean
- edwardh39 (10/5): Awesome stay. - Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late at night and they were very efficient. We had a large moving van and trailer and one of the staff members helped us maneuver around the parking lot. Best experience at a Holiday Inn ever.
- Kevan (8/5): Very good -
- Bryan (10/5): - No complaints.
- Randy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victor (4/5): - Indoor pool was closed. Window coverings were stained. Bathroom door did not close properly. Breakfast was good.
- Amy (8/5): - Hotel is doing construction/remodeling all over the hotel.
- Jeremy (8/5): Very good -
- Gatlin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcella (2/5): Indifferent and poor customer service from the manager - Property in middle of badly needed renovation. Some of the paint still peeling and no baseboards. Tub should have been replaced as several chips The TV did not work and we were told we couldn’t change rooms and no compensation was allowed for the inconvenience.
- Maurice (8/5): Very good -
- Victoria (1/5): Bad - Staff sucked will never stay there again Room was no good or staff
- William (8/5): - We stayed this time in a room for disabled persons. All was very nice except for the bathroom door. A very heavy sliding door, which was almost impossible for me to move and would not work for a person with a disability. The door created a safety factor as it slid across the coffee bar/refrigerator area. I was slightly injured as my daughter came out of the bathroom and slid the door into my body and across my foot as I was getting into the frig. .Poor and unsafe design.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The staff was so nice. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. The breakfast had so many options, including things my gluten free daughter could eat. Several things were not working during our stay, like the tvs and ice machines, but they were having technical issues and are remodeling so hopefully those will be resolved soon.
- Lisa (4/5): - The ONLY thing we can say we enjoyed was the breakfast and John!! If it weren't for John coming in and making it as good as only one employee could, we would have asked for a full refund and gone to another hotel! John is a top-notch employee who gave us the best hospitality we could have ever imagined!
When I arrived, I let the blonde girl with an inappropriate shirt on know we were there, she checked us in and acted as if everything was perfectly normal and fine.
She wouldn't give us a third key for our teenage daughter (somewhat understandable, but still petty). We got up to our room and noticed how stained the carpets in the halls were. The carpets in the room were also stained and gross. The room was what I would consider to be the room of a privately owned, understaffed, old motel in a trashy town.
When I took the kids down to go to the funeral home of the friend we were there to bury the next morning, I asked the pool hours. THEN is when she decided to tell me the pool was closed for repairs. Had the rest of our family not been staying there, we would have asked for a refund and left right then and there. However, we didn't want something like that to stop us from our family time. So we stayed. I asked her, "Don't you think that was something you could have told me when I checked in?" She said, "Oh, yeah I guess maybe we should tell people that." - while laughing.
We will not ever be back to this hotel.
- Rebecca (2/5): - Bathroom was pretty gross, wouldn’t take shoes off in hotel room, smell was terrible as well.
- Wendy (2/5): Horrible experience - The blinds were dirty from water damage and the window sill. Disgusting! Looked like mold was starting to grow on them.
The AC was filthy
Hair on the floor in the bathroom
Drawers had dirt in them
No thank you when I checked out after 2 days and spending over 500.00
But I did notice a sign about their guarantee cleanliness. Worst hotel in my 75 day roadtrip.
Previous guest coffee pod was still in the coffee maker. I’m
- Jeremy (1/5): Bad - Breakfast was excellent. The pool heater was broken
- Brenda (7/5): Quiet location - The staff were welcoming and helpful. The facility and room were clean and comfortable. Bed, bedding, towels were all nice. It was easy to find, and the downtown is interesting to stroll. The room number signs on the 2nd floor are incorrect. The walls and floors aren't well insulated...noise from above and next to the room was a problem. There are two thermostats in the room...wall and window unit controls. Apparently, a remodel is in process but the hotel seems new. The elevator is slow and feels clunky. The pool was out of operation. I'd like to see breakfast include raisin bran, more fruit and nuts, plain yogurt.
- Kyle (8/5): - .
- Sherral (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was good- I like that it is included in the price
- James (10/5): - Nice property & check in was fast & friendly. Staff was friendly & prompt
- Flaca (8/5): Decent place to stay - Very clean Location of town
- Bruce (10/5): We will keep returning to this location when in the area. - Clean and comfy! N/A
- Brenda (6/5): - Very upsetting that I had to pay almost $40 extra through Expidia when the rooms were only $128! That’s not right at all $ I paid 163!!!
- Lydia (10/5): - Nice and quiet
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Terrible checkin
- Vickie (6/5): Pleasant - The beds were so very comfortable The hotel rooms needs some renovations. Paint peeling. Tile around tub coming off. Cleaning staff claimed the hotel could not get hand soap for the guest rooms? I went out and bought my own. It is flu season! We had two towel sets for 2 people and 3 nights and one partial roll of toilet tissue. Had to ask for more of all as our room was never cleaned during our stay.
- Jean (10/5): - Nice, clean hotel.
- Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cynthia (5/5): Fair - Location was great. Beds very comfortable Our room keys at one point did not work at all. Hotel staff was also not able to open our door. A manager had to come in to address issue. Also our TV did not work so that needed repair also. Shower had mold
- Emily (2/5): - i had made 8 reservations through a third party 3 weeks in advance, and when the holiday inn in coffeyville ks became overbooked, they canceled our reservations because we booked third party. that can be understandable, but what is not acceptable is that we had no warning. everyone drove over 2 hours to be turned away. will not be using the holiday inn.
- Maurice (9/5): Superb -
- Madeline (10/5): I love it - Very good place I'm coming back
- Kalyn (6/5): - We stayed 5 nights, house keeping never made our beds. Or vacuumed our floor. We were there for the fair and showing livestock so our room got pretty dirty. Even though we were charged for 5 people we were only left 2 towels everyday. There was mold in the shower and the grass was very tall.
- rayjR7823BR (10/5): Great little place in the middle of nowhere - I was quite surprised at the cleanliness and friendliness of this hotel. Rooms were great, had a very nice gym, clean pool, lobby, and amazing breakfast! Never in life did I expect crispy bacon, b&g, fresh fruit & pancakes! ❤️
- Robert (10/5): Peaceful night - No noise or kids running through hotel. Peaceful relaxing night away from home.
- Bruce (10/5): - I found I needed some papers printed and the evening clerk w2orked with me to get them completed. I appreciate that very much.
- Michael (8/5): - It is a nice hotel and clean enough. There was a black ring round the bathtub and shower wall. I’m assuming it was mildew or mold. The TV didn’t work. I told them about it and they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. The included breakfast was decent. About average.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- jana (10/5): Tops - So clean, staff was nice, breakfast amazing
- Scott (1/5): Bad -
- Trent (10/5): Great Stay! Highly Recommend! - The hotel was very nice. The lobby area was well lit and clean. The room was nice. Very modern looking very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing lots of choices and tasted great!
- Megan (8/5): we checked in and the room wasn’t clean or ready. The staff went above and beyond to get it ready and accommodate us! Br -
- Twins (9/5): very nice place for me and my honey - very beautiful and well kept the tv
- Laura (8/5): Nice stay in quiet town - This was definitely the best hotel in Coffeyville. It was clean and safe. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty of it. Staff was friendly.
- Rick3414a (10/5): 4 weeks stay for work - This hotel has some really special employees that go out of their way to make travelers feel welcome. From cookies and treats to extras for off shift workers who may miss breakfast hours; and special food and company for events such as the super-bowl evening. One week of the 4 I spent, I had to book 3 nights at the hotel next door, and I was not looking forward to that. I mentioned this on check in and was told to check back and they may have a room by then; so I did, and they did. All in all, very happy experience.
- Jason (4/5): Disappointing - The breakfast and front desk people. Room was horrible, thin walls and very loud every night. My floor was in bad shape walking into the room. Tv work sometimes.
- Gabriel (4/5): - The bathroom was full of hair and all the soap dispensers were empty. House keeping was screaming outside the hallway at 7:30 am
- Verified traveler (4/5): Housekeeping?...what housekeeping? - First being kept up past 12:00am listening to the night clerks kid and friends scream, yell, and complain that the internet was not fast enough for his computergame because there "must be guests" using the internet, and eat multiple batches of cookies which are put out for the guests at checkin
- Ellis (2/5): - I accidentally ordered this room, immediately realized my mistake, and was unable to cancel. So I spent 300$ on rooms I never was able to use.
- Robert (10/5): - Great overall service
- Laurel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bruce (10/5): we definitely will be staying at this location again. - clean and comfy n/a
- Deborah (10/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I have traveled a lot and this was by far one of the BEST groups of employees I have met. They are very customer oriented and that is what service is all about.
- Deborah (10/5): - Great hotel with friendly staff.
- Holly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jayme (6/5): housekeeping could be better. - breakfast, location beds, cleanliness of room
- carolyn (10/5): - We stayed 1 night. Quiet. Clean. Seemed new. Staff friendly. Standard breakfast.
