Luis Fernando (2/5): - En conclusión fatal, la señorita que dijo ser administradora del hotel no tuvo listas las habitaciones que había reservado dos semanas antes, incluso después de verificar mi reserva del hotel dijo que la pagina de hoteles.com no estaba autorizada para reservas de ese hotel además era muy mal educada y sin conocimientos de trato al cliente. la verdad no entiendo como el dueño la tiene a esa señorita trabajando ahí. No le recomiendo a nadie ese hotel. En pocas palabras la corta estadía que pase con mi familia (incluidos dos bebés) en ese hotel fue una amargura por la mala atención y sobretodo falta de organización por parte de la disque administradora del hotel. La señorita no tiene idea como se trata a la gente y peor como se administra un hotel.
Linda (10/5): Very nice staff! - Very nice and helpful staff! Ask in the front desk for taxi to Las lajas or frontera. The room was clean and the bed was confortable. At the moment there was no hot water but overall I had a good stay.

luis joaquin (10/5): Cama muy confortable - Camas limpias, todos los días cambian los tendidos, habitaciones limpias, falta un poquito de limpieza a la silla de afuera de las habitaciones.
Wolfgang (6/5): Einfach, sauber und tolerant! - Das Hotel Las Vegas liegt mitten im Zentrum von Ipeales und konnte - kommend von Popayán - vom Busterminal mit unserem leichten Gepaeck (drei Stueck) in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Das Zimmer war einfach und sauber, mit Bad und Dusche. Angenehm war, dass wir nach unserem Check-Out um 13.00 Uhr und einem Besuch von "Las Lachas" von 9.00 - 12.30 Uhr im zum Hotel dazugehoehrenden Restaurant Mittagessen konnten ohne eine Geldausgabe hierbei zu taetigen. Uns wurde freundlicherweise erlaubt unser mitgefuehrtes Essen und gekaufte Getraenke zu verzehren. Keine Selbstverstaendlichkeit! Danke fuer die Aufnahme im Hotel und Rstaurant: wir waren zufrieden!

LLegue de un viaje por tierra de 12 horas con mis padres, ya mayores, y no habia nadie en la recepcion porque se habian ido de compras. Llegaron y no encontraban mi reserva. Me cargaron mas por un cuarto matrimonial que eran 17 dolares (51.000) y me cargaron 115.000 pesos colombianos. Cambie el otro cuarto matrimonial por uno grande, porque el que habia era muy feo, y termine pagando mucho mas, solo por una cama mas. El pasillo estaba lleno de camas, colchones, todo sucio y empolvado porque era la fiesta de blancos y negros y no se preocuparon por limpiar antes de que llegaran los nuevos huespedes. Fatal!!

Diana (6/5): Centrico - Lo recomendaria por lo centrico esta a media cuadra de la catedral y cerca de muchos mercados. Es un lugar economico y tiene restaurante. Por la noche es muyyyyyy ruidoso y creo estaba en remodelacion tenian colchones por todos los pasillos, unos no dejaban que se abriera la ventana de la habitacion.
