- Sarah (10/5): Happy stay - Very quiet and charming
- Brittany (4/5): Worst stay ever - As soon as we cut the light on a roach came from behind the beds headboard. The bugs kept us up all night long we killed at least 2 roaches and a spider. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and it only stay hot for 2minutes if that

- Alexandre (2/5): - The place was a dump. I am not a picky person, but this was a worst motel i stayed in the past 10 years. King bed with a single pillow; now pillow case nor a bed sheets. Nonoperational toilet , it just would not flush. My advise, pick another place
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here - There was roaches everywhere, holes in the wall, bathroom door had been kicked in, you could tell where the front door had been kicked in and repaired because the deadbolt wouldn't work, and prostitutes in the hallways. Don't stay here
- Jason (7/5): Good -
- F. (3/5): It is the last time! - I have stayed in many such facilities all over the U.S., Canada and some European countries. This the first time I didn't have a top sheet. The toilet in one of the two rooms didn't flush.
- David (2/5): Get what pay for - I admit clerk did warn us prior to booking. Room needed maintenance. Had roaches. Book at own risk. Not surprised if end up seeing a chalk outline outside the room. Client was to be expected there. Clerk was nice and helpful.
- Jamie (6/5): - Cockroaches everywhere filthy room and surroundings unsavory people all around pool was a swamp
- Doug (1/5): Bad - nothing at all the door wouldn't even close and I was trying to have fun with gf I haven't seen in 4 months and could close door everything
- Leslie (2/5): - Terrible place to stay
- Barbara (4/5): - Property was very much in need of maintenance. The sink in the bathroom did not work. The drapes were falling off the window and the door had gaps in the door frame. The beds had only one sheet and a spread.
- Robert (1/5): Please don’t ever come here omg - Nothing Roaches, crack smoking people,

- Justin (10/5): - Whitney checked us in and was very helpful and kind
- Thaddeus (2/5): - Wouldn’t recommend ever
- Edward N (2/5): - Could not find it. Google maps kept sending us in circles. The neighborhood was scary. Wouldn't have stayed there if we could find it.
- Anthony (2/5): - The best thing about the property was the staff and I was seriously concerned for her safety, as she was elderly and very sweet. It was a stark contrast to the actual property. This is not a nice place by any account. Sorry.
- Wca (2/5): - Don’t stay there, it looks like a garbage!!
- Tyler (10/5): - I’m for the price it’s not bad at all
- Valeri (1/5): Bad - the price ($64 tax included) be prepared- no toilet paper, no towels and drunk neighbors
- PATRICIA (4/5): - First room had no heat stains all on the toilet seat and in the toilet. TV didn’t work, door didn’t shut door didn’t open . We switched to a second room it wasn’t the right bed size and it was damn near on the floor. The third room was OK for the price.
- Jason (10/5): Yes - Yes Yes
- Regina (2/5): - Hotel is disgusting. Had to go to store and buy bugs spray cause it was roaches EVERYWHERE........
- Oneal (4/5): - Good
- Barry (2/5): - This hotel should be closed. Most of the rooms are used for long term rentals. These people need a proper place to stay not some crap hole like this
- Alejandro (10/5): - El lugar perfecto para dormir y descansar, todo limpio y en buenas condiciones, y muy lindo
- Albert (2/5): - Not suitable at all for families
- Nancy (2/5): - I didn’t check in but I want share my worst experience ever, I arrived thier the lady gave me the key asking if I want check the room first before checking in I think she was asking me to leave when she saw the kids so I went,,, the I can’t find word to explain my situation, place wierrd, people more weird smells weed everywhere, Rome dierty no pillow on the bed , bed sheets are old and dirty so I went back seeing the lady to cancel my reservation she said we have to contact the Expedia so we were lucky they can do the cancellation and we left for other hotel
- John Andrew (2/5): - It was a flop house for homeless
- Scott (4/5): - Near Disney... though it didn't matter. "Resort fees" which includes WIFI that doesn't work. Advertised price doesn't include it show the resort fees that almost double the price. Short staffed. Not a resort in my opinion. More like a cheap, dumpy looking hotel. A guy smoking pot with loud music next door. I won't go back
- Carmen (2/5): - Tv didnt even work lol. Water fosset didnt work. Bit of an adventure
- Carrington (8/5): Very good - I was very please with the guy at the front desk was wonderful thanks Everything was good
- Contina (1/5): Bad - Nothing Was booked n no room
- Jamali (2/5): - Dirty rooms Smells bad
- Chris (2/5): - Went to check in office. Lady there said there was no expedia reservation. This hotel only does long-term rentals - no overnights.
- Johnnie (2/5): - They seem very racist there parking lot was almost completely empty. When we asked if they had a room the man seemed very nervous to wait on us and told us there was nothing there. I would not recommend it to anyone unless your there color.
- Clifford (2/5): - Roaches everywhere dirty no air or heat
Bed bugs
- Chester (2/5): - Holy crackhead heaven! Stay away or lock yourself in tight.
- Ryan (2/5): - Floors were sticky, people were walking around and yelling through all hours of the night.
- Ahad (2/5): Don’t stay at this place no matter what - There was no heat and we had to leave because it was too freezing cold
And the desk clerk was very unhelpful
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Found like 5 roaches in my room, the walls edges where decaying, bathroom was disgusting.
- Clifford (4/5): - Very nice recipetShones
- Sydneye (2/5): - There were 4 different kinds of bugs and roaches in my room don’t stay here.
- Emma (8/5): - Staff and service was very good, they very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the area qas very convenient and close to the interstate and very close to the major stores . The city police patrol the area would stay there again.....
- Herson (1/5): Bad -
- Robert (2/5): - Non-functional toilet. No functional deadbolt lock, door nearly falling off, supported by a small hinge on the lock handle. No amenities, including no soap or shampoo except toilet paper. No electronics such as fridge. Floor full of dirt, not cleaned from prior visitors. Urine throughout halls when accessing apartment. Very foul smell.
- William (2/5): - When the lady at the desk gives you the key card and says, "Go check the room and see if it is to your expectations" you know its not good. It was smelly diety and not fit for human standards. It should be condemned.
- James (1/5): This place is a dump, and was afrair o something by staying there. We left another hotel - I did not like any thing
room was dirty, broken toilet, no cups, no soap. Also, it as a smoking room flies everything,
Unitl the hotel shapes, I would not asociate with this hotel
- Donna (2/5): - Worst area and a man out side said don’t rent here all problems. The guy at desk was rude as can be and didn’t know what he was doing. Worst place wver
- Cole (8/5): - This is an older hotel. With that being said, quality for price is not bad at all. Pest control could use a little more work but is satisfactory. The pool is not open in the summer time. No breakfast even though they have a restaurant and banquet hall that is non-operational. There are snacks and beverages available at the office which is convenient since the 7-11 next door is usually closed most of the day and/or evening. I’ve only been in there twice because they’re never open. Staff is spectacular, professional, and friendly. This is a very respectful atmosphere. I was a little worried about safety at first but late night hours are quiet here. No nonsense. For price and value I give 5 stars out of 5. Hotel conditions need updating but is in good condition.
- Jeff (2/5): - The property was very unsafe. Upon arrival the desk clerk said, Oh, Honey you don't belong here, I don't think you should stay. What kind of car did you drive here, it isn't a nice car is it? Let get you a refund from Expedia, this is not a place for you.... all this after she lock us in the office since it was later at night. The desk clerk was super nice and helpful and I very much appreciate her honesty and looking out for my safety. She gave me names of other hotels in a much safer location.
- Melissa (2/5): - Really rough area
- Matthew (6/5): - It is what it is. I needed an inexpensive place to stop close to the interstate. It met those needs. Staff was pleasant to deal with and it was clean enough. Terrible part of Town though.
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Aqueelah (2/5): - This place is an apartment complex to some. False advertisement: no fridge, microwave don’t work, roaches, no toiletries, dirty bedding, junkies, and a person unfortunately over dosed next door to us! Police were everywhere. One tenant informed us what drugs are we on, I was so appalled. She informed me that only users and pushers stay there!
- Anonymous (3/5): had roaches - price was decent I made a reservation on booking.com after making one at the oyo not long before and when I got to flagship they said I didn’t have one so I ended up just paying cash for a room I will not be using booking.com anymore I have used before last night and never had any problems I had 2 issues just last night
- Matt (1/5): I will not go here again. - It was cheap. Everything thing else
- jay (2/5): Armpit Hotel. Disgusting. - The first room was disgusting. Reeked of smoke and had bed bugs. Second room had .dirty pillow cases and towels.
I slept in my cloths never getting under the covers of the bed. Watched my car to avoid break-ins. The clerk was nice enough to provide me some clean 'er' towels. Maybe a change of name to Armpit Motel would be more descriptive.
I have seen cleaner midwestern bathrooms than what was presented here.
- A6841DLangelad (2/5): It's the Dope Hotel - For those that don't know...
This is considered the dope hotel. People were shot 2 wks ago at this hotel.. and my niece was beat to death by a drug dealer named dirt bag and was found dead, curled in a feral position in one of the rooms, yesterday morning!
These are not just words, these are researchable facts.
- Brandon (2/5): Bugs bugs bugs - Horrible Nothing just gross
- Rita (2/5): - Not for me
- joseph (2/5): the worst place i've ever seen - i didn't know places like this still existed. i've slept on a concrete floor in africa, and that was less sketchy than this place. i think we stayed in the same room as the guy that mentioned the 7-11 opera. my wife and daughter will never trust my judgement again!!
- Benito (7/5): Good - good place
- james (2/5): - Tv didn’t work, light bulbs had to be unscrewed to turn off. Only soap in bathroom. No other toiletries. It was overall very disappointing.
- Ann (6/5): - Good: Very well lit property.
The staff was friendly and outgoing.
Location was perfect for quick access to Fort Lee and the Richmond airport.
7 eleven on the same property.
Reasonable rates.
On site laundry facilities.
Pet friendly.
Bad: The front desk messed up reservations/bookings which led to a room availability and payment nightmare. They did not recognize the booking thru Expedia/online so online discounts may not be used.
Credits card may get charged twice.
The 'keys' to the doors did not always work on the reserved rooms.
There was a bit of a bug issue in the rooms.
Showers and toilets did not work properly.
- Oscar (1/5): was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. - close to 1-95 everything, room was dirty bathroom had mold all over the shower. the sink was rusty. the fridge had food in it🤢. the are smelled like marihuana.
- robtG9550WZ (8/5): It was amazing. Not like the reviews I have read. - I was trying to make a review on my expedia experience, but It wouldn't let me. I was in Virginia on business, and my daughter lives in Petersburg, so it was one of the closest to her and I had saw photos online and the property looked nice. The property is not what the pictures show, they do need updated. I was there for a little less than a week and I have to say even though it's not what I was expecting, especially after I saw the reviews on the way here, My wife and I was so worried because we paid over $500.00 and there is a fee for cancellations. We was sketchy at first because of the looks of the people outside, but honestly it was a good stay and I will be coming back next time. The employees were great, the lady that checked us in was so thorough, and considerate especially since my wife has bad legs they put us in a front room where she didn't have to walk far from the car, most hotels don't consider it until us, the guests ask, but she automatically put us there, then I had told the lady about my wife, I felt they were very considerate. Our room was great we didn't see anything like half of these reviews have said, so never judge anything by other peoples word of mouth. I just wanted to let all the staff know we did love our stay and thanked them for everything, anything we had an issue with, which was just normal questions about stuff such as they washed our blankets everyday which was great especially considering my wife has low immune system so everything has to be cleaned and sanitized daily. Thank you flagship employees and staff, and my neighboring guests were really nice also. We hope you open the pool for the summer also for our summer vacation backup that way to visit again. The only thing I think is really the pictures need updated other than that we have no complaints and we thought we would let you know.
Mr. & Mrs. Joe Conners
- Matthew (2/5): - The worst! I am a single guy and I have stayed at cheap motels before because I only needed a place to sleep, but this was beyond that. My room was given to someone else because I arrived just before midnight, so they put me in a different room. Fair enough. This other room was next to a 7-11 that was blasting opera music to keep thieves and bad elements from lingering around, so when the opera singer hit a high note, it sounded like someone screaming outside through the paper thin walls. My room had no bedsheets and no real blanket, no soap, and no shampoo. The guy working overnight was kind enough to find me a blanket at 1 AM. This place is not even worth staying in even for a couple hours.
- Shawneea (10/5): - I have a great stay at flagship and I would stay again
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
- Andrés (2/5): - Full of cockroaches
- Anonymous (1/5): nasty unprofessional and takes people money knowing the rooms are unfit for a person to stay in and denied my refund so - nothing was the nastiest place I’ve ever been to went through 3 rooms before I finally asked for a refund witch they denied so we just left anyway..the first room smelled so bad of cat urine you couldn’t breathe the 2nd to rooms were the same with roaches fighting on the wall the lights didn’t work was just terrible I wouldn’t let a dog stay there moreless a person everything
- John (2/5): very bad - nothing smelly rooms and dirty
- Maria (6/5): - Bad
- Seymour (2/5): - Way overpriced for what it was, it was an unclean dump with dirty towels and no top sheet, ice or working tv.
- David (4/5): - .
- Theresa (8/5): - great location, nice staff, the room was clean hot shower water free parking
- Smoney (1/5): Bad - That the room had roaches
- Theresa (8/5): - Quiet and safe and clean and the staff was good and nice
- Theresa (8/5): - nice staff
- Nathalie (2/5): - Bugs, dirty, noise, people outside living there everywhere
Had to change hotel. Waiting for money back
- Rodney (2/5): - No heating system, old smelly room and no good service
- Brittny (4/5): Infestation - The room had roaches. The carpet was very sticky. It had a smell. Had a outlet that didn’t work. The tv was very static. Dog poop on the steps. Blankets had holes in them. No towels in the bathroom.
- Jannes (2/5): - The smell of smoke, big cockroaches everywhere.
No one should ever stay a night in a room like this.
- Sophia (2/5): - There were cockroaches in the room, hookers and a pimp hangning out in motel
- Eduardo (2/5): - Roaches no heat
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The motel is more long term rental for people who don't have housing. Though the staff was extremely nice , it wasn't clean at all.
- Thomas (2/5): - The first room they gave me had cockroaches on the walls. They let me look at two other “ready rooms”, they were worse. There were drug addicts walking around the property because these were also weekly rentals to local junkies.
By far the worst hotel I’ve seen in my life. I have photos to prove it. I didn’t stay the night, went to the Super 8 and it was worth the extra $30.
- Sarah (4/5): - THERE WAS ROACH INFECTS THERE WAS A SMELL NOT MATTER HOW MAN TIMES I CLEANED THE BATHROOM WITH BLEACH THERE WAS STILL WHAT LOOKED LIKE MOLD
- Kenda (2/5): Roach Motel - The room was a complete roach motel I have never seen so many bugs in my life I will never stay here again!
- Ronald (10/5): - The room was very clean room service was cheerful and and ask if I need things else front desk person was very helpful she took the time to show me other rooms
- eunhee (2/5): - Dirty with many bugs
