Poolen var skitig och framförallt i barnpoolen var mosaiken lös och borta , fanns många vassa kanter. Alldeles för stora kuddar . Vi fick två kuddar var men de var så tjocka att hur man än låg så vaknade man med känslan av en whiplashskada.. kunde ju fått en tjock och en tunn kudde..

- Sara (6/5): - Fint stort rum, lugnt område men ändå nära till allt. Vi valde detta för att vi ville ha balkong, det står balkong och det syns en stor balkong på bilderna. När vi kommer dit är det en balkong men mer än halva balkongen står fläkten för luftkonditioneringen vilket gör att man får plats att stå precis 1 person. Rummen och korridorerna har en konstig lukt och mycket är nedgånget. Frukosten var inte speciellt bra, jag som inte är jätteförtjust i thaimat till frukost kunde endast välja stekt ägg.

Stayed several times at the Hope Land on Soi 46, which is better. - Central to Bangkok and the BTS was convenient I ticked booking.com's breakfast included, only to be told by the hotel it wasn't. booking.com and the hotel failed to reply to my requests to explain. I ended up paying for my breakfast and that of my partner on the first day. Guess I was lucky because it was the worst breakfast I've ever had in over 40 years of travelling.

Was sich in der Optik unterscheidet die auf den Bildern abgebildet sind. Auf den Bildern ist es sehr modern und in real sah das Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus

Really good location near Emporium and the Skytrain. The hotel needed a general renovation and especially the pool had many loose or missing several tiles. Also the breakfast was under the expectation for a four star hotel.

- darryl (3/5): Average at best - Tradesman working constently in room next door , 2nd day out of the 4 expoxy glue like toxic smell all thru out my floor. Had to put towls under door to stop fumes. Why book out rooms if tradies are working next room ????
- Saraswat (7/5): The suites are a no-brainer for anyone visiting Bangkok! - We stayed in the 2bhk suite and were genuinely surprised with how well kept the suite was. My partner and I could stay their long term, it was that comfortable. The hotel is maintained well. It is extremely clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is a great. The location of the hotel is amazing - right in the centre of all the Sukhumvit action. The steam and sauna could be much better. We had two rooms - a 2bhk suite and a single room. The 2bhk suite was amazing. The single room was very ordinary. Coming to a genuine complaint. We misplaced 1 key card out of 5 and were charged and exorbitant price of 600 baht as a fine. We were 5 people staying at the hotel across two rooms - the suite and a single room. Ofcourse when 5 people are vacationing, there will be a lot of movement. As such, some members of our group requested for extra key cards. In the melee of a holiday, one of the cards dropped in a suitcase. This happens. We also understand that they want to charge a fine for misplacing this card - that is fair. But extracting 600 baht for a single plastic keycard - that is daylight robbery! Moreover, when we were checking out, it really felt like we were being judged.

- Tatiana (7/5): Вроде отлично, но с большим минусом - Отличное местоположение, совсем рядом линия наземного метро, торговый центр с ИКЕА ( если приедите на Новый год, то около этого центра будет очень красивый салют),а буквально около отеля магазин 7-11. В отеле есть бассейн, правда в нём всегда прохладно, есть сауна и тренажерка. Мы снимали большой номер с кухней, в номере было все необходимое, были и ванна и душ, и даже стиральная машина. В номере очень очень шумно, около отеля проходит активная дорога, и днем и ночью с неё доносятся звуки, мы спали в берушах, иначе невозможно уснуть. Решётка кондиционера вибрирует и тоже издаёт сильный шум.

- Jonathan (5/5): Bed bugs - Location is prime, staff are professional, noise levels are okay. Had to call about noise during cleaning of the unit above me, generally there was a cleanliness issue (see image), changed rooms because the description was misleading, the whole building is falling into ruin, there are broken fixtures all around the room, the bed was super cheap and stiff, and overall the price for all that was waaay too high for BKK.
