- Inna✨ (9/5): - Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле и будем приезжать еще💯 Отличное месторасположение, 10 минут до пляжа по центральной алее, через дорогу большой супермаркет и остановка общественного транспорта. Номера чистые, свежие, просторные, все работает, wi-fi отличный, кондиционер работал. В этот раз был номер с окнами на дорогу с балконом, хорошая звукоизоляция, с закрытыми окнами неслышно шума, плотные шторы на окнах тоже не пропускают свет. Приветливый персонал. Завтрак есть, выбор не широкий, но сытно. Оправдывает свою стоимость в соотношении цена/качество👍

- MASA (8/5): Wonderful - Clean room and central location, very near to beach and shopping area. Good breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. If they had electric kettle for making tea, it was perfect !

After that on arrival I asked if I can stay two nights instead of one and the answer I’ve got was “I don’t know, we will see tomorrow” tomorrow came and I asked again in the morning and I received the same answer “I don’t know”

Паркингът към хотела освен, че се плаща, понякога дори и може да ти откажат да паркираш. Момчето от рецепция се държи добре избирателно.

- Yuliia Fedorenko (8/5): One week vacation - 1) Great location — lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a bus stop, the central street, and the beach within walking distance. 2) The room matched the photos and was fairly clean. I especially liked that the balcony faced the inner courtyard with trees, so there was no street noise. Comfortable bed. 3) Soundproofing inside the hotel is average — if neighbors are loud, you will hear them. 4) Breakfasts are very standard: not a huge variety, but there were fruits and good coffee. There was a strong sewage smell, the flush button on the toilet didn’t work very well, and the toilet itself wasn’t very comfortable (it could be difficult for a larger person).

If you want to take the free shuttle to the Aquapark, the station its just on the other side of the street. Its not for pretentious people. Didnt like the pillows and the smell of the bathroom.

Стаите са много чисти, комфортни, леглата са с удобни матраци. Закуската е чудесна с качествени продукти и прекрасна еспресо машина. Много сме доволни и бихме ползвали хотела отново. Няма асансьор.

The hotel itself is ok and as stated the location is very good with just a small walk from the bus station and the beach/ flower street. The room had a very mouldy smell, the bathroom also could be smelt throughout the room, the breakfast isn't really what you would call a breakfast with some cold meats and only three hot choices which were uncooked bacon, tiny sausages and the watery scrambled eggs. We only got one fresh towel and a very small blanket for two people.

Персонала е менен с чужди работници,който явно не са ориентирани добре.При влизането в стаята отворих балкона,масата и столовете имаха големи мръсни петна.Стъклата целите на пръстови отпечатъци,секцията прашна както и таблата на леглото потънала в прахоляк.Пуснах мивката в банята,започна да се пълни без да се оттича,размърдах долу запушалката отворена беше,явно сифона или канала беше запушен.Маркуча в близост до слушалката на душа разкъсан и трудно се ползваше.Балкона също беше мръсен.Закуската също са равалили,миналото лято беше по-добре.Сега пълен ужас,евтини неугледни храни на фона на чужд ефтин персонал.Икономията не води до никъде само негативно се отразява на хотела.За 120 лв. на вечер за супериорна стая качеството не отговаря на услугата.Просто започбаха да го развалят този хотел.

- Mirela (3/5): - Central location We stayed in a duplex apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom for two nights. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The beds were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, and the sheets were wrinkled and clearly not ironed. The entire place was incredibly dusty, with the headboard damaged and the stairs creaking with every step. The most serious issue, however, was the severe dampness in the apartment. The humidity was so high that it seeped into your skin, leaving an unpleasant, musty smell throughout the space. The walls themselves were damp to the touch. Overall, this felt like a very cheap, poorly maintained property, and I cannot recommend it.

- Petar (9/5): Great location but 20 BGN per night parking fee - What I really like is the location - the hotel is exactly on the main party street. It's really convenient. Don't need to use taxi at night. The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is good. 1. The parking costs 20 BGN per night. The hotel is expensive enough, so I believe the fee should have been included in the price. I left the car on 15 minutes walk away from the hotel for free. 2. We were there for 4 days (3 nights). On the second day I kindly asked the receptionist for changing the towels in the bathroom and to full the shower gel box. The receptionist refused saying that the stay is very short for new towels. She said that they change towels once in 4 days - only in 5 stars hotels the cleaner changes the towels every day, she said, which is not true , from my experience. I answered - thanks, after 4 days we will not be in the hotel. 😁 3. The shower is partly broken.

- Pasare (6/5): After all it was just ok, but we could not recommend it - Location and the cleaning stuff was very nice! Breakfast was horrible ( food wasn’t fresh, even found mold in the butter), room was rusty, the bathroom shower door sliding was broken, also the sink, not much to say about the place, people were cold, they’re not so talkative. The receptionst asked us when we were leaving if everything was ok, but never asked before.

- Ioana (3/5): Never again, dirty and moldy food - The hotel is located near the center, we were close to everything, beach, markets, restaurants The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, from hairs on the floor, fridge dirty with barbecue sauce, chewing gum stuck to the lamp, to extremely stained mattresses, towels that are not properly sanitized, moldy food served at breakfast. I went to the reception to report the problems initially, only the fridge was cleaned, my husband reported the problems with the food, and the response from the kitchen guys was "sorry, bro". Only on the day of check-out we meet a girl at the reception who actually cared, but it was too late anyway. Although the manager apologized continuously before leaving, I refuse to believe that she was not aware of all these major problems that are happening in her hotel
