- Dragomirov (1/5): - I didn’t stay although I paid. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was quite dirty as well. The pillows had a lot of hair. Sheets had a lot of stains. AC was not working properly.
- Erin (7/5): Overall good stay - The staff were wonderful, incredibly polite and helpful, huge thank you to them! Beds were comfy. The location is very close to Kota Tua for sightseeing. I’m not sure if it was just the particular time that I was staying, but it was definitely an older age group, in particular older men? I had some comments made towards me and didn’t feel quite as comfortable here as I have at other places as a solo female traveller, just as a heads up to others

- Katherine (7/5): Great walking tour, grim bathroom - Good location and fantastic free walking tour from one of the staff. Bed was comfy enough. Bathrooms are quite grim. If you’re a bit of a princess (like me) you will struggle with it.

- Corazzini (9/5): Tutto bene ! - Lo staff è eccezionale, anche l’ambiente è di persone simpatiche e ci sono bevande e cibo in vendita, la reception è aperta 24 ore, biliardo e giochi da tavolo, niente male ! Sei in “centro”, anche se la città è enorme! Le camere erano un po’ troppo piccole e avendo un letto superiore il materasso scivolava un po’ quando dormivo, si può migliorare mettendo un Rigoletto contenitivo ai letti superiori in modo da evitare che si scivoli o ci si faccia male.

- Ho yu (9/5): - The staff worked in early morning is very friendly and helpful. He gave me suggestion on spending last few hours in Jakarta. Some parts in the hostel is a bit old and may need renovation. But they still function well. Also, i recommend they update their map in hostel, as the "free bus tour" bus stop on it is not correct 😞

- Melany (7/5): - Perfectly functional hostel located conveniently in Jakarta. We only stayed the one night for a flight the next day. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Big communal area with TV, pool table and games. They offer a free walking tour which we didn’t get chance to use but is a nice touch. The rooms seemed a bit worn down, and we had issues with our sink drainage. Also their restaurant next door was disappointing, we tried to go for dinner after we arrived at 7:30pm but it was closed (despite Google saying it was open until 9pm), and we tried to go for breakfast in the morning at 7:30am but they had sold out of everything on their breakfast menu except pancakes.
- Ewa (10/5): - A nice hostel with a common area, an equipped kitchen, located in the Old Town of Jakarta. The room was clean, there was some water, a bathroom was nice and clean. The best thing about it is the staff at the reception - very helpful and eager to give information on everything you need. There is something wrong with doors to the rooms - their sound is really loud (when someone enters, the rest hear it). It is not the hostel's fault, but there are some road works in the neighborhood, so walking around is unpleasant or sometimes seems impossible:)

Good common area to relax in. free drink voucher at check-in for next door restaurant. Facilities are in dire need of renovation, primarily the showers and toilets. Wi-Fi around the property is okay, but still quite slow. Rooms vary in condition. 3 nights in 2 different private rooms - one room had a functional air conditioning, the other did not. Despite numerous efforts to try to fix it, no resolve in the Jakarta heat. Staff member miscommunication.

- Craig (9/5): Great chill hostel on the famous Kota Dua block, with accommodating staff 24/7, and nice atmosphere. - Wonderloft is a conveniently located, affordable, and fun hostel in the historic Kota Dua block you’ve seen many influencers in. They operate 24/7, have comfortable beds with lockers built in. The public spaces are very pro social, or focus-able depending on your wants. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything you could need or want to find, or just chat. Shoutout to Firman for entertaining my late night chatter and knowledge of the area! There are cold drinks available, including juice, beer, and water. I miss having coffee and breakfast readily available in house though, and the food next door closes relatively early in the evening. The in-house laundry, kitchen, and other services make up for this fact though.

- Ailish (3/5): - Good location, beds were comfortable enough, air condition in room worked very well. Booked a private room with a private bathroom. When we entered the room, it stank of stale cigarette smoke (as did the whole building despite the no smoking signs). Entered the bathroom to find urine in the toilet, a giant cockroach and everything just dirty. My partner went downstairs to inform the staff (he needed to go down anyway as they’d only given us 1 towel which is an easy fix). They did send someone in to reclean the room promptly. We’d already dealt with the cockroach and flushed the toilet. The cleaner swept the floor and sprayed bug spray. The bathroom remained dirty and we later found hairs that did not belong to us in one of the beds. At this point we were exhausted and just decided to deal with it. The walls also offer 0 sound protection. Not a social hostel, people sitting in main area do not want to chat. Private rooms more expensive than the state of the room should allow.

Also the staff don't help if you have heavy bags and u have to carry everything up the stairs. A little assistance won't hurt right. Also the toilet is dirty and smells badly. Le personnel est sympa, les chambres et salles de bain plutôt propres. Quelques activités sont également proposées : walking tour ou repas. Casiers en dehors des chambres peu pratiques, et rideau des lits assez peu isolants.

- Ellen (9/5): Toplocatie met vriendelijk personeel. - Ontbijt was lekker. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Je kon relaxen in een grote ruimte, waar je ook kon koken. En locatie was echt super. 2 minuten lopen van het grote plein in Kota Tua.
- Leila (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - It’s close to some things nearby (museum, train station) and the bed is comfortable Not worth the money. The entire place feels unclean. Toilets and showers smell, and even the towel provided had an unpleasant odour. The drinking water tastes bad and is served warm. The sinks are oddly placed in the stairwell, meaning you have to brush your teeth and wash your hands in full view of everyone. Rooms are freezing all day, yet you’re given a very small blanket and no AC remote. Staff claim the AC is off overnight, but it clearly isn’t. There’s also no social atmosphere at all. Wouldn’t stay here again.

- Monika (9/5): Przyjemne miejsce - Hostel jest bardzo przyjemny. Jest świetnie zlokalizowany i posiada wiele udogodnień - wycieczki, lunch, śniadania. Personel hostelowy jest niezwykle sympatyczny, pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Knajpa hostelowa ma smaczne posiłki w doskonałej cenie. Polecam to miejsce, bo to chyba jedyne miejsce w Jakarcie które lubię :) Mogłoby być bardziej czysto, bo nie każdy z gości w hostelu przestrzega porządku więc można pomyśleć o częstszym sprzątaniu.

- Sergio (9/5): - Es un lugar muy lindo alejado de la ciudad, tiene un hermoso jardín y unas vistas increíbles desde las habitaciones. Le falta mantenimiento y un poco más de limpieza.

Jediné mínus byla pouze jedna zásuvka na pokoji. V budově se nachází i tetovací salón, který vřele doporučuji. Čistota toalety....samozřejmě se jedná o hostel, kde jsou toalety sdílené s dalšími 30 lidmi, takže to není úplně fér, ale i přesto by je mohl personál alespoň jednou/dvakrát denně uklidit...

They were always happy and making me laugh. Thank you for that!! The showers had good pressure and water temperature. Unfortunately the rest of the stay was disappointing. The surrounding area felt unsafe and extremely dirty, with burning garbage, many unhoused people, and very few other foreigners around — even a short walk to the grocery store felt uncomfortable. Inside, the mattress sagged, the room had a strong unpleasant smell that clung to my clothes, and the overall cleanliness was poor. Only the small sleeping alcove had AC, and very strong cigarette smoke smells drifted in at night. The filtered water to drink was very warm.

- Marco Giovanni (9/5): Posizione strategica - Posizione eccezionale nella città vecchia di Giacarta e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dai ristoranti e mall di Chinatown. Comodissimo per l'aeroporto, la sera/notte quando c'è meno traffico si raggiunge in macchina in soli 20 minuti!!
