Guest (1/5): Terrible experience. Run down property packaged to make money - The house smelled horrible and the area was run down and there were cobwebs and mould everywhere
Guest (6/5): Average accommodation in a good location. - Good location. Comfortable beds. Slight musty smell in the communal areas masked by a plug-in air freshener. I cut my foot on something sharp poking out of the stairs. Could do with adding a few mirrors. We all had to use the one mirror in the single bedroom to get ready.

Laura (8/5): Great Stay, but check you are ok with the area - House inside was great. Everything you need for your stay. very clean and tidy and safe and secure. The only thing that let it down was the area as was located in a not very nice part of town and felt slightly unsettling - once inside it was perfect!
