Para cuatro días de estancia solo nos dieron un rollo de papel higiénico para 2 personas, pero por suerte vimos a una limpiadora y nos dió más. El jabón de manos estaba casi vacío y mezclado con agua, había horno pero ningún guante de horno ni paño para sacar las bandejas calientes. Los cojines decorativos tenían pelos de otros huéspedes pegados, el balcón sucio, pelos de otros huéspedes en el protector de cama… dió la sensación que el piso necesitaba una buena limpieza profunda.
- Andrea (7/5): Not bad, but does not correspond to rating of 9 - Cleanliness, close to the city center — a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis via Filopappou Hill. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean. We had an apartment on the first floor. One of the rooms faced the main street, which was quite busy, while the other faced the courtyard. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I cannot say that the apartment was bad, but it certainly does not correspond to a rating of 9.

Pas de table pour s'installer correctement à table juste une grande tablette et tabourets de bar alors qu'il y aurait largement la place de mettre une table et 4 chaises. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu au moins du sel et quelques dosettes de café ou autre. Nous sommes arrivés lors de Pâques orthodoxe et tout était fermé donc impossible de faire quelques courses et aucun restaurant ouverts dans le quartier...en arrivant et nous n'avions pas eu d'information par le propriétaire pour anticiper...

- Agnese (9/5): - We chose to visit Athens during our school spring holidays (March 5–12), which turned out to be a great decision, as it was completely off-season. Initially, we chose the accommodation based on price (a good Black Friday deal), but later we realized we had also made an excellent choice in terms of location. Everything worth seeing in the city center was within walking distance (keep in mind that the “walkers” were children aged 3–11). About the apartment – it is spacious and bright, although at first it didn’t seem so (until we opened the window shutters). There is a large, bright living room and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). It was perfectly sufficient for a family of five. Overall, the apartment was clean and had all the necessary household items (from a hairdryer to a washing machine).

- Dilay (9/5): - The apartment (two bedrooms) is nicely decorated and consists of all the utensils you may need and even more. It also has a lovely mini backyard which is super convenient for relaxing in a good weather. Everything was perfectly clean. It is easy to reach the city center (bus 15) or by foot or bus from the apartment. Host is also kind and always available for help. Only thing I have noticed is that the door handles inside the apartment need to be replaced or changed since they are very loose.

- Mariam (7/5): Good apartment, just needs some maintenance. - The area is very quiet, easily reachable, the apartment is specious, tidy and overall good to relax after strolling and exploring all day. The host is very attentive and helpful. I received clear instructions before arrival and entered the apartment easily. The Mattress in one of the bedrooms is sunken in the middle. My friend complained about the sofa bed, it was very hard to comfortably sleep on it. Also there was a problem in the bathroom door knobs, sometimes it stuck and it was hard to open from the inside. The patio was not cleaned enough and we did not have the chance to sit there. It just needs some maintenance work to be done, that's it.

There is a bus stop close by (generally passed on time to leave but it rarely comes back on schedule). Our apartment had a small balcony where it was nice to enjoy coffee in the morning.

- Miroslava (9/5): Skvelá lokalita, príjemná komunikácia s ubytovaním - Ubytovanie je umiestnené na výbornom mieste. Pamiatky na dosah pešo, takže ušetríte na cestovnom. Promptná komunikácia s ubytovaním, všetko fungovalo ako malo. Dokonca nám zaslali highlihty pre návštevy pamiatok. Vybavenie kuchyne na varenie bolo postačujúce, ale pri dlhšom pobyte by niektoré komponenty chcelo doplniť. Neprišli sme na to ako funguje mikrovlnka, ale to bola zrejme naša chyba.

- Lujain (10/5): Väldigt bra och bekväm lägenhet - Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i denna lägenheten. Läget var perfekt, nära både metro och olika restauranger. Lägenheten var mycket ren och man kände sig väldigt bekväm i den. Den hade allt vi behövde. Värden var dessutom väldigt hjälpsam och lätt att kommunicera med. Om jag besöker Aten igen i framtiden kommer jag självklart boka samma lägenhet. Rekommenderas varmt till alla. Det som var mindre bra är att strykbräda var sönder, också att det står i sidan att en Hårplattång ska finnas men det fanns ju inte. Men överallt är det inte dåligt.

Zgodnie z opisem wygodny materac w sypialni, Łóżko rozkładane w saloniku nie komfortowe raczej do wymiany. Czuć sprężyny i skrzypienie, nie nadaje się do spania. Brak czajnika do zagotowania wody. - Zuzanna Stachurska (10/5): Pobyt na plus! - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Przystanek autobusowy bliziutko - z dojazdem do centrum. Metro też niedaleko. Sklep bardzo blisko, świetnie zaopatrzony. Oba apartamenty dobrze wyposażone. Duże ilości szklanek, talerzy itp. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel w wystarczającej ilości. Apartamenty eleganckie, gustownie urządzone. Pobyt jak najbardziej udany. Zepsute klamki (wypadające) w drzwiach wewnętrznych - czasami denerwowało, ale dało się żyć. Brak dywanikow/dedykowanych recznikow na podlogi w łazience. Zamek cyfrowy w drzwiach apartamencie z ogródkiem nie działał - dla nas nie problem, bo otwieraliśmy kluczem. Trochę zamieszania z ciepłą wodą w apartamencie na górze, ale jak sie poczekalo, to byla. Drobnostki, dla nas nie mialy jakiegos wielkiego znaczenia.

- Jeroen (8/5): Fijn appartement op loopafstand van het oude centrum. - De ligging is super fijn, op slechts 15 minuten lopen naar de oude stad, je loopt door Filopappou Hill. Het ligt een rustig gedeelte met een supermarkt en bakker op loopafstand. Het appartement was schoon en de auto kun je gratis in de straat parkeren. Wij verbleven 3 jaar terug in hetzelfde complex alleen een kleiner appartement op de beganegrond. Nu kozen we voor een appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Helaas was de badkamer veel kleiner dan het andere appartement met maar 1 slaapkamer. Het meubilair op dakterras heeft nodig onderhoud nodig want dit is echt aan vervanging toe. Van de 4 stoelen had er nog maar 1 een zitting die niet stuk was. Dit was echt een tegenvaller.

Ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν ενδείκνυται για ενήλικες. Πολύ ενός για να κοιμηθεί κάποιος. Για τα παιδιά ήταν καλός. Μικροεπισκευές που χρειάζονταν (καζανάκι, περβάζι μεσόπορτας, ρόλο αριστερά της πόρτας, τραπέζι που κουνιέται) θα έκανε την διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη

- Marek (9/5): Doporučuji! - Ubytování bylo dostačující pro 3dospělé a dvě děti. Parkování v okolí se dalo také najít. Navíc je blízko zastávka trolejbusu a případně i metro (ale to je dál). Takže se obejdete i bez auta. Pračka fungovala, ale sušičku jsme zprovoznit nedokázali... Splňuje všechna očekávání
