• Barbara (9/5): - Kreveti su udobni, u odvojenim prostojima su bili toalet i tuš, osoblje je ljubazno i postoji mogućnost da se pričuva prtljaga prije prijave i nakon odjave iz hostela. Kod svakog kreveta nalazi se utičnica, malo svjetlo i vreća s više odjeljaka za odlaganje stvari. Umivaonik je mali, a iznad njega je mala polica tako da se nije baš lako umiti se bez da smočite pod. Također se tuš nije mogao skroz zatvoriti.

• Eren (8/5): named hostel but stayed like airbnb - we entered from hostel door, checked in then went into an apartment from the backdoor. room was clean, beds were relax. we didn't informed about the car park. It was acrros the street and need to card to enter. If we didn't ask this we have to pay additional park fee on the street. and it was a little bit far away from the centre

• welington rodrigues (8/5): - Ótima localização próximo a tudo que precisa ver em Zagreb. Ernesto super prestativo e atencioso. Única observação ao humor do outro recepcionista. Aparentou estar chateado por trabalhar final semana e resmungando em croata algumas vezes com hóspedes.
• Fatima (7/5): Acceptable hostel for short stay - Location is perfect if you are arriving by bus because it is walkable from the station. That being said, if you are okay with walking city center is also near, maybe 15 minutes walk. Staff was friendly and they allowed me to enter my room way before the check in. Room and bed linen were clean. It is right next to tramway railway and it is noisy, but for me acceptable. Room was small and oriented to the inner garden with window blinds so it was dark all the time ans you couldn't tell if the weather was good or bad outside. Bathroom has walk in shower ans it's very small so after shower everything is wet...
• Ivancic (2/5): I rather not go again - Well just the location to trains and bus station. Other then that I don't find it pleasent. I didn't know they had a rule latest checkin was like 10.15 pm and I was called by the staff guy and I said I'm on my way and they said I got time till 10.15 and they are gone then. That was disappointing and I felt it was rude. Like they don't care about their guests As for the room it's in the basement..I booked a single person room with own bathroom. I could not reach the window to open. The room smells bad. Has a odor of mold and just stuffy air. The price for such room was also a lot for me. I paid over 50 Euro. Location is ok. As I needed be near the bus station. I have stayed here multiple times in the past. However I would not stay again. Its just for that price not worth it and I can book an apartment that is not smelly for that price.

• Christopher (7/5): Good place to stay especialy in quiet season - Good location near train station and trams. It was clean with easy acess through codes to doors and key to bunker room. Communal area was fine with tables, kitchen and sitting area. Although room was fine with three bunk beds, I'd rather the shower and toilet were elsewhere: Having a full room and toilet being used can not be the most fun of experiences especially to the bunk beds near them. As it was there was only one other guest so no issue for myself. Lockers were small, fine for small backpack. There are other rooms so can not comment on those.

• Pitchaporn (9/5): - The location is near tourist attractions and bus station. The staffs are helpful and you can drop your luggage with them first. I like that the female room has bathroom within the room itself. Just to put a remark here that it is close to tram line so you can expect some noise from the tram, but they also provide ear plug there. Lightning in the room is a bit dim.

• Tany Elizabeth (9/5): - El personal es muy amable. Mi tren se retrasó casi 1h y la chica espero casi media hora después de terminar su turno de noche. Las instalaciones están muy bien y aunque cada habitación tiene su propio baño y ducha, hay adicionales afuera de las habitaciones. Verdaderamente es algo complicado dormir aún con tapones para los oídos por estar al lado de una parada del tranvía y la estación del tren.

The walls in the rooms in the cellar are vibrating. If you have a problem with noise, then this could be an issue!

• David (9/5): Very reasonable priced hostel with a choice of en-suite or shared facilities. - Great hostel in walking distance of the city. Aircon in the en-suite and shared bathroom rooms. Reasonably comfortable beds and nice communal area with a fridge freezer. Depending on where your room is located you may experience the loudness of the trams that run next to building. They start early at around 5am.
• Yung (9/5): Considerable roommates - The location is right next to the train and tram station. My roommates are considerable. They also have a good kitchen. My room is in the basement and every time the tram or someone goes through it is quite noisy.

• Victor (10/5): Home away from home - Very Welcoming and personal touch in everything the staff do. It is very easy to get to this place on foot from the Railway station or from the Bus station. One chair can be kept in every room for sitting or to put on the shoes.

The room was small but comfortable enough. The private bathroom although convenient was very small. No choice of places to eat nearby. However the main square is about 15 minutes walk or a few tram stops away.

Room is simple but clean The only and very big problem i had was the terrible noise during day and night. Since the room was a basement i had a lot of problems to sleep due to tram stop noise on binaries. It is very frequent and all the room vibrate
• Pelin (1/5): Disappointment - Nothing From the room which is underground, you can see and hear people's feet walking on the pavement. The shaking and loud noises every time the train passed made it impossible to sleep all night. Also, having an incredibly rude roommate made the already awful hostel even more unbearable!

• Martin (5/5): Difficult to sleep // very polite staff - It was close to the bus station which is what I needed and the chap working at reception welcoming and polite. The WiFi worked just fine and there were kitchen utensils to make a late night snack. It needs to be highlighted that being this close to the tramway tracks means you will struggle to sleep. The screeching noise as the tram turns on that very corner was unbearable and if the bed frame shakes then you know the traffic light is green as the tram doesn’t brake it just continues at speed.

• Adel (4/5): Not the greatest - If you only need to spend a night in Zagreb, than maybe I would choose this hostel. Otherwise… do not recommend. Although the bed and bathroom were pretty comfortable, and I was even given a towel (which isn’t the case in every hostel), the location isn’t the best. It is not in the city center, but the city is pretty small so it’s not too bad in that regard. But the rooms are located underground, which is probably why every time the tram passes by the hostel, the noise is very loud and you can even fell a little shaking. Also, when I wanted to leave my baggage for the day after I spent the night, there was no one at the reception, and I waited for about half an hour but nobody came. Luckily the girl in my room was shown where the luggage room keys were so I was able to store my luggage. But when I came back in the afternoon to take my luggage, you guessed it right, there was no one there either. I messed with bags for a few minutes so someone finally showed up when I was about to walk out the door. I just feel like having someone at reception at working hours should be a given. Oh and considering the price.. I mean it wasn’t too expensive but I stayed in hostels for less per night in which I had much greater experience.

• Valerie (10/5): I felt home - didn't feel like traveling. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. - The hotel staff were all friendly, very accommodating, and warm. The layout of the hotel - the reception / living area and the kitchen- was even accessible to the guests where we can just hang out and chill. This made me feel so much at home, especially during a bleak and cold winter, when a cup of tea is highly appreciated. The hotel location is about a 10-minute walk to the Central Bus Station, about 5 mins to the Central Train Station... and about 15 - 20 mins to the town center.
• T (10/5): Amazing superb staff! - Staff members were beyond any expectations towards my child and myself. Super professional, kind and always the extra mile. It feels like we made some friends in Zagreb! And I thank both of the ladies so very much for the memories that they offered to my son. Regarding the private room in the basement, all the reviews are accurate I am afraid :( We had an upgrade to the second floor and that saved our nights.
• Nina (10/5): Clean, comfortable, would happily stay again! - The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated that each room had its own private bathroom, which was very tidy. We were provided with towels and lockers and the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience! It would have been nice if shampoo and shower gel were provided in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a big inconvenience.

• Alicia (10/5): Excellent team, cute rooms, functional kitchen! - I was surprised at what a kind and thoughtful team were running this hostel being a big city. I felt really safe here and enjoyed my time a lot. The man running the hostel helped me with translating for my hire car, they did all my washing for a reasonable price in only a few hours, I feel so thankful to have stayed here.
