A special mention goes to Andrea, the property manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made a real difference throughout our stay. She was incredibly welcoming, always available when needed, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The villa itself is fantastic—beautifully maintained, very well equipped, and perfect for families. The swimming pool is a real highlight, and the views over the sea are simply stunning. We also really appreciated that every bedroom is fitted with both air conditioning and a TV, which made things especially easy and enjoyable for the children. All in all, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to return in the future. Not applicable

- Alberto (9/5): Amazing! Perfect for groups of young people and families. - The apartment was clean and cozy. Very good view. Perfect for group of friends. Staff was very quick to answer our questions. A bit uncomfortable that throwing paper in the toilet is forbidden. But we understood it’s a policy for most properties on the island.

- Charline (9/5): Had a nice family stay. The terrasse is wonderful and the use of the BBQ was a bonus. - Very responsive. Brought us what was missing quickly. Clean and lots of space for our group. Wine and charcoal were a plus when we arrived. Would have appreciated having the basics necessity in the kitchen as oil, salt and pepper.

- Reshma (9/5): Blissful - Mr Manolis was always there in a flash to accommodate us. The swiftest service we've had ever! He is a very kind, calm and reassuring man which was what we needed after not a very pleasant experience elsewhere, during our stay in Crete. We arrived over an hour later than stated and Mr Manolis was patient and very welcoming. The Villa was spacious with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay for a family of 5. We loved the welcome message with support, if needed, should we need any tips or guidance. When we arrived there was also a bottle of Raki, waiting for us. A nice little gift to show us appreciation for our time spent there. There were little gentle reminders around the property in relation to turning aircon off, using water wisely etc. All being very helpful to avoid any mistakes. Positive statements in art work around the villa, generating a sense of warmth and general well-being. Password for Wi-Fi was easy to find with reminders throughout the villa. The villa situated higher up and away from any noise, so a very tranquil area to stay with the most beautiful view of the sea in the distance. One of our favourite local restaurants, Kaneba, was in a very close proximity of the villa that was a touch for us, with shopping area being quick to drive to where you can buy all the groceries needed but a car is necessary. We had an MPV, and there was more than enough room to park it privately which was a relief. If you are an animal lover, be ready for cuddles with the gorgeous feline who came for daily visits, My children fell in love with the cat and wanted to take her home. We shall definitely book again for any future holidays. Overall, our time here was perfect! Thank you so much Mr Manolis for being such a wonderful host. I would say that we didn't like the pool, only that the pool wasn'tt situated in consistent sunlight that would have been ideal allowing me to give the property a 10 out of 10 instead. However, it didn't ruin our experience here.

- Hristo (9/5): Tranquility at its best - The villa is in a quiet area in its village so it is pretty relaxing there. This combined with the pool and the barbecue makes for a very tranquil vacation. The bathroom on the upper floor, despite being a bit small, has a window which you can leave open all the time as the villa is in a high spot and no one can actually see you in there, which is very freeing. It was a bit difficult to find the villa - Google Maps coordinates are to say the least confusing. The pool is not under direct sunlight for a long time during the day. The bathroom on the lower floor locks normally, but you have to be a trained safeblower to unlock yourself out.
