• Jill (6/5): - We stayed on the street level in a small room. There was a small area below to sit outside and eat if you had your own food. The location of the property was not easily accessible to local transportation, so we had to use Uber most of the time. The people were there to check us in when we arrived, but we couldn't find them otherwise until we left.

• Kira Michelle (6/5): - Erstmal, ich fand die Lage schön. Direkt am Wasser. Zudem gibt es draußen eine coole Terrasse, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man findet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch Restaurants. Jedoch, und das hat mein Wohlbefinden dort stark eingeschränkt, ist der Host ein wenig zu bemüht. Ich hatte das Gefühl ich dürfe mir nicht selbst aussuchen wo ich essen gehe oder was ich unternehme. Trotz mehrfachem „Nein, ich habe mir schon ein Restaurant ausgesucht“ bestand er darauf mich zu einem anderen Restaurant zu begleiten, was gar nicht anbot was ich gerne essen wollte und deutlich teurer war. Auch im Allgemeinen zeigte er sich damit unzufrieden, dass ich sein Angebot mich in seinem privaten Auto von Strand zu Strand zu fahren, ablehnte. Das hatte definitiv einen Einfluss auf mein Sicherheitsgefühl und ich würde daher nicht nochmal wiederkommen und nächstes Mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Es war Gottseidank meine einzige derartige Erfahrung. Alle anderen Guesthouse Hosts bei meiner Weiterreise in Kroatien waren super und nicht derartig aufdringlich.

• Simon (10/5): - Friendly helpful host who lives in the property as a family home. Clean comfortable room and bathroom, amazing views over the water and just a few minutes away from a swim! No breakfast included but it was easy to pop up to the local shop for coffees and we sat out on the terrace watching the boats and ferry traffic. The property is a little tucked away for east location at first but very close to a bus stop and in a lovely part of the town.

• Keyna (4/5): Rude Host but clean and great view - The host was rude when we arrive at 9:30am because It seems she was at sleep and we only wanna know where we can leave our lugagge until check in time. They never ask our names, or anything. The place was clean but it was like she does not like us there. The room is in the down stairs of their home. Great view.
• Sharee (8/5): - Nice quiet guest house some way from town but accessible by bus. Kitchen facilities are very basic and could be vastly improved with little effort. Fresh mandarins from their tree was a great treat. Host gave good information on the area.

Our room was spacious and the shared kitchen was really helpful. The terrace looking out to the harbour was beautiful too. Totally recommend staying here.

• Verified traveler (6/5): ロケーションは最高です。 - 夫婦経営で、旦那さんは面倒みがよく、とても親切でした。奥様の方がぶっきらぼうで、対応が悪く、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって欲しいとお願いすると、すごい勢いでNo！！！と断らぐちぐちと文句を言われました。ビーチ沿いで眺めもロケーションも最高でしたが、逆に近くに荷物を預けれる場所がなく、坂道、階段が多い通りで、大きなスーツケースを持っていたので、かなり苦労しました。最初は、奥様の態度悪いな〜くらいでしたが、最後の最後にトドメを刺され残念でした。

The hotel was comfortable enough and there was a local shop at the end of the road which was very useful and a good stretch of restaurants and beach close by.

• Tommaso (6/5): - L'esperienza complessivamente è stata sufficiente, anche se l'appartamento doveva essere con vista mare e non lo è stato. Almeno dalle Ns. aperture non si vedeva. La pulizia lasciava un po' desiderare anche perchè ho trovato (ma non l'ho detto alla mia famiglia per non avere problemi visto che la scelta della location è stata la mia) un po di "animaletti" in cucina. La stessa pulizia non è mai stata fatta nell'arco della settimana di permanenza, intervallata solo da un cambio di lenzuola e di asciugamani consegnate a mano a metà del soggiorno. L'accoglienza non è stata impeccabile, forse per incomprensioni con la lingua, ma nel corso dei giorni è migliorata. L'appartamento si trova sulla strada (forse prima era un negozio) e pertanto non adatto a chi si addormenta difficilmente a causa dei rumori della auto anche di primissima mattina. La posizione è abbastanza comoda ed è bella per il Porto (di fronte, a piedi circa 30-35 minuti) e per il mare a due passi raggiungibile con una scaletta con gradini fuori misura rispetto a quelli italiani perchè molto alti . Ideale per chi ama lunghe passeggiate.

• Jonathan (10/5): Perfect for travelling friends! - Our room was perfect for three travelling friends having a couple of days in Dubrovnik. Whilst slightly further way from the old town than some may like, the location was great. A lovely pebble beach nearby offered a great relaxation spot and there were enough supermarkets/food places that we didn't feel obliged to go to the old town all day.

• Alex (2/5): Horrible customer service - I'm not usually one to complain but the hotel management offers terrible customer service and people should avoid this place. They are extremely and unnecessarily inflexible and don't care about things that costs guests money unnecessarily. I've never had such poor customer service in my life.

• Bohdan (10/5): Great location. - I stayed one night in Dubrovnik and needed a place where I can safely park my motorcycle and still get quickly to the old town. This place was perfect. Slavko, the host, was extremely friendly and gave me tons of information about places to see, transportation, food, etc... The bus stop is 100m away and the ride to the old town front gate is less than 15min. The strip and sunset beach are walking distance away. There's a kitchen and a nice terrace with a view of the port and mountains. For the price it was the best deal in Dubrovnik.
• dre (8/5): Cheap please not too far from the main attraction - Arriving to guest house Cuk was very hard as we couldn’t find the entrance. To get to it you gotta go up( or down) an alley and you see the name up on the side of the building. The room we stayed it was very comfy and the guy told as all about which buses to take where and where the cheap local eats are. The only thing a saw bad with the room was our first night we had little to no hot water in our room. By the time of our check-out the hot water seemed to be working so it could’ve just been bad luck for us. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel.
• CAROLINE (8/5): Bom custo X benefício - Guest House Cuk está localizado em um belíssimo bairro de Dubrovnik. As casas são lindas e floridas. Bem perto é possível encontrar um mercado onde comprei alguns comes e bebes para colocar no frigobar do quarto. Adorei o fato de ter um frigobar no quarto. Ao descer algumas poucas escadas existe um caminho muito belo onde é possível conhecer praias bem interessantes, tais como: Copacabana (final do caminho), Praia do Cachorro e uma praia com um parquinho para crianças. Fiquei encantada com o belo passeio. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, o ar condicionado não gelou, mas foi complementado por um ventilador, então, a temperatura ficou agradável para dormir. O banho do dia que cheguei foi quente e maravilhoso e o banho do dia seguinte de manhã também, porém no período da noite após uma bela trilha tive vontade de tomar aquele banho gostoso de novo, mas a água estava gelada em demasia e não consegui ficar debaixo do chuveiro. No dia seguinte de manhã bem cedo a água permanecia bem gelada. Uma pena.

• Nafiye Berrak (6/5): Bof bof bof ! - Accueil tres moyen ! Le propriétaire n'est vraiment pas agréable... Nous sommes arrivé un peu en avance et du coup "viré" de la chambre le matin du dernier jour... arrivée plus tot donc départ plus tôt nous a simplement signifié le bon monsieur...
• Carina (6/5): Stämmer ej med beskrivningen - Inte mycket som stämde med beskrivningen... havsutsikt samt terrass stod det i beskrivningen. vi fick 1 rum ut från gatan. En igenbommad dörr med en rullgardin framför var tydligen terrass och havsutsikt. fick ej användas så vi bodde utan ens ett fönster
• Malin (8/5): Litet rum, lyhört - Väldigt litet rum, fick knappt plats med våra två resväskor på golvet samtidigt. Trevlig terrass och gemensamt kök var bra! Hjälpsam ägare till villan. Vårt rum låg dock i deras hall så det kändes lite konstigt att gå in i deras hem för att komma till vårt rum. Väldigt lyhört också. Men bra pris och okej för att sova bara en natt.
