• Mads Damkjær (4/5): - Lejligheden havde en lugt at skimmelsvamp, som de prøvede at “dække” med duftfriskere i skabe og stikkontakter. Derudover var der kun to ruller toiletpapir til fire mennesker som havde fem overnatninger, samt flere af deres ophængte ting såsom bruser, toiletpapirsholder og håndklædeholder hængte halvvejs ude af væggen og var på vej ned. Beliggenheden var fin, dog var væggene ikke særlig godt isoleret så man kunne nemt høre naboer samt folk udenfor.

Perfetto per grandi gruppi grazie agli spazi ben organizzati e confortevoli. Pulizia impeccabile e ambienti curati nei dettagli. Wi-Fi veloce e stabile, ideale anche per utilizzo continuo. Tutti i servizi della casa funzionano perfettamente, rendendo il soggiorno pratico e senza problemi. Esperienza complessivamente eccellente. Durante il soggiorno siamo rimasti senza acqua calda, probabilmente perché l’impianto non è adeguato al numero di persone. Consiglierei alla struttura di aumentare la capacità o la potenza per evitare questo tipo di inconvenienti, soprattutto per gruppi numerosi. Inoltre, i tempi di risposta del personale potrebbero essere più rapidi: una comunicazione più veloce renderebbe l’esperienza ancora migliore.

The location is very bad because neither Uber nor taxis reach the place; you have to carry your luggage down many stairs. After two people shower with hot water, the third person has to wait for the water to heat up because it gets cold.

Las vistas a la bahía son fantásticas y la calle de Bica de Duarte Belo es una postal. Muy lindo apartamento. disfrutamos mucho de los restaurantes en la zona, Mafalda fue una increíble anfitriona, sus recomendaciones fueron geniales, especialmente el restaurante Santa Bica. Podrían poner la cama doble en la habitación principal, habían puesto camas separadas. Pero todo muy bien y muy cómodo el apartamento.

We got lost finding the apartment because Google maps for some reason don't lead you correctly to the apartment so we face timed the owner late in the evening and she helped us. /

• Robyn (7/5): Apartment is comfortable but the location is not! - Clean and comfortable apartment. Bed was too firm. Property street and nearby streets are not suitable for Families with young children, seniors, elderly or people with physical disabilities. The street has many steep stairs to climb up and down including surrounding streets. There are 10 bars in the street that are open till 1am. The noise from the young drunk people makes it hard to sleep even with double glazed windows.
• Julie Melissa (7/5): Une expérience pas appropriée pour notre profil de voyageurs - La localisation est excellente pour celles et ceux qui veulent profiter du nightlife. La personne responsable (Mafalda) a été d’une bonne aide pour nous donner des indications claires et utiles. L’arrivée et le départ ont été quelque peu chaotiques étant donné que l’endroit n’est pas accessible en voiture. Les endroits les plus proches pour faire le (dé)chargement nécessitent la montée et la descente de nombreux escaliers; moins indiqués pour les jeunes enfants ou personnes moins en forme, surtout quand il faut porter les (nombreux) bagages. Egalement, l’endroit n’était pas propre; beaucoup de poussières sur les meubles, les planchers laissaient à désirer et il y avait des taches de moisissures dans la douche. Les draps et serviettes auraient aussi besoin d’être rafraîchis. De plus, je trouve qu’il est un peu ordinaire de ne pas laisser un minimum de produits ménagers (sacs de poubelle, papiers hygiéniques, etc.) pour que nous puissions maintenir l’appartement dans un bon état, particulièrement pour les clients qui voyagent d’outre-mer. Ce n’est pas super de devoir acheter des sacs de poubelle quand nous restons seulement quelques jours. Je peux comprendre pour quelques semaines/ mois, mais quelques jours, il faudrait faire la part des choses.

Enough bathroom space and room for everywhere and loved the big common space where we could all sit. Nothing!

• Tabassum (6/5): Wasn’t the best experience - The property is located in a safe a quiet enough area with cozy bars, mini mart, and view points near by. The apartment is super safe with double security entrance. It was clean when we entered. And it’s fit for two couples or a really small group but I probably wouldn’t recommend for 6 people. When we reached out to the accommodation owner about checking in early because all of the guests were arriving from different parts of the world we were told it probably could be accommodated or at the least that we could drop our luggage inside while house keeping completed their tasks but we were baited till the last minute and charged for early check in because we were left with no other choice. We weren’t directed well about the best way of entry to get to the room as the apartment is located down a steep hill so we all carried our luggage down a lot of steps to find the place. The apartment was not set up with soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent or anything, everything we used in the apartment was bought by us. Even toilet paper! A lot of fixtures were broken or coming loose which was a huge safety risk. The towel rod fell over me when I went to hang it which was not the best experience. The dining table has a loose leg that was barely holding on. The bathroom is barely ventilated so you best believe that if you’re staying with more than 3 guests the apartment will smell damp or of toilet in general. We stayed for five days and were only offered 1 towel each guest for the whole stay. For the first time in the country it felt like a super unwelcoming experience. I think the apartments only appeal is the restaurants and sights surrounding it but the communication with the host and the facilities promised did not live Upto our expectations. I would advise looking for something else at this price point.

Towels need to be replaced. It would be good if a few washing tablets and dishwasher tablets - not just 1 - were left as courtesy. New rail for hanging wet clothes- not one that is so cheap it keep collapsing…

• Mg (10/5): Exceptional - We really loved our stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured on the website. Clean and modern. Good size rooms, large kitchen and lounge. Even though the apartment is right on a busy tourist attraction with the yellow tram , due to double glazing when the windows were closed, we could not hear anything from outside. It has all the amenities in the kitchen. GREAT communication from the host, I can not thank him enough. He was so helpful when we had couple of issues with the electricity/fuse. He was so quick and efficient in his replies. I highly recommend a stay here especially for a big group. Clean towels and beddings. Central location. Most of tourist attractions are within walking distance. Couple of tips: we bought shampoo/shower gel/handwash/toilet paper (There were small samples available at the property). There are 30 steps to get to the 3rd floor apartment from the ground floor. Most taxis find it hard to get to the place so you need to walk to the main road to get a taxi which is about 2 minutes walk. The apartment is located on a steep road with multiple steps to get to the main road. ( we knew all of these before we booked the apartment as it clearly says in it's description). Highly recommend a stay here if you can manage the stairs.

I will be booking this property again next summer! - Perfectly located property, with all the amenities necessary, bedrooms and lounge and kitchen were perfectly clean beds were comfortable and the best feature was the AC in every room - as well as the balcony and views - perfect apartment for a big group looking to explore Lisbon. The bathrooms were dated and werent as clean as i’d liked - they were not dirty, and were of minimum cleanliness but felt the bathrooms need a deep clean so its squeaky clean.

• Faltas (3/5): Great location if that’s your primary criteria but overall not impressed with the unit. - The location was excellent however the fact that it is only accessible by foot or by taxi made it inconvenient to get in and out The photos of the property appear to be taken when the property was first renovated which was probably over 10 years ago. The property has significantly deteriorated since then. And they also use pictures of other units in the building which make it appear bigger than it is. But the part which was most disappointing was that A. They only provide small samples of soap and body wash that last for the first day or two. You are expected to go purchase your own after that. B. There is mold and mildew in the bathroom.
