• Roy C. (10/5): Everything we needed for our weekend trip at a very good rate! - Every thing was super clean and well kept. Wife and I stayed here for a weekend fishing trip to an area lake. Spent two nights and had absolutely awesome time and our room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable! A/C was likely new and abnormally quiet also. Owners were quite nice and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next trip in later this month, possibly two more this fall. Oh yeah, we also had availability for electric to charge our trolling battery each night! Perfect for what we needed at a very affordable rate. Not one single thing was not pleasing to us at this location. The rooms comfortably appointed and modern with super appointments.

• Tiki (8/5): Overall it was a good experience - Location was great! We went there to purchase a vehicle and it was literally minutes from where we needed to be. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Honestly I would like to have seen a few more updates like ports to plug in phones, iPad, etc. The washcloths were a bit stained and furniture was dated.

• Arthur (10/5): Excellent rehab and good stay - This hotel is a gem in Parsons, TN. This family owned location has been fully rehabilitated. While it is clear the structures have been there for decades, the roof, doors and the inside of the rooms all look new. The furniture was in great shape, beds were confortable. The mini fridge and microwave were working well. Everything was very clean. The owner kept the lights on for us, even though we were delayed on our trip and checked us in at 1:30am. If and when I need a place to stay in Parsons again, I will definitely return to Pine Tree
