• Claire (6/5): Séjour décevant malgré le potentiel du lieu - L'effet wow de la piscine Communication peu claire, aucun personnel sur place. Climatisation réversible inefficace malgré le froid, et impossible d’obtenir une couverture supplémentaire (on nous a simplement conseillé d’augmenter le chauffage qui n'est pas non plus dès plus performant). Lampes de chevet hors service, mobilier très daté. L’ensemble mériterait un vrai rafraîchissement et une meilleure gestion client.

• Kevin (10/5): Great accommodation. Great location. Highly recommend. - Very close to local shops, car/bike/motor bike hire, tourist attractions, buses, and a train service that took you to a few interesting places locally (when I say ‘close’ I mean within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance). I took the ‘Talos Express’ train to Kournos Lake (€6), the waterfalls at Argyropolis (€15), and a wine and olive tour (€15). The train has many ‘stations’ on the way to Kournos Lake so you can get on and off along the way (it is ideal if you want to visit Georgioupoli just along the coast). There are many other trips run by the two operating train companies depending on the time of year. There were plenty of good taverners locally - and very reasonably priced. The beach was a 10 to 15-minute walk away (although you did have to cross quite a busy main road to get there). The swimming pool used exclusively for those staying at any of the apartments was excellent with plenty of sun beds, and the surrounding area was very well kept. There were cleaning staff working every day, and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean and tidy. There is a pool bar but it wasn’t manned when I was there - maybe because people hardly used it (?). This didn’t appear to be a problem though for any of the guests staying at the Diaz as those who wanted a drink brought their own (cheaper, I suspect, anyway). The shower room had hidden vents in the windows that saved you having to open and close windows to let any excess steam out. Each apartment had a 2-burner electric stove and a refrigerator with enough cutlery etc. for 2 people (it is not really suitable though for people who want to do their own cooking on a daily basis). I had a balcony with two chairs and a table that overlooked a small olive grove - nice during the daytime as it was protected from the direct sun. All-in-all I really enjoyed staying at the Diaz and will definitely go back there again (maybe next September). Personally, there is nothing I didn’t like but the following should be considered by those who want to stay at the Diaz. The Internet was a bit 'intermittent' and very slow. I personally preferred to use my own mobile phone’s hotspot and tethering capabilities as this proved more reliant and a lot speedier. The entrance door to the apartment is c.80% glass with no curtain so, at night, the light from the corridor may be distracting for those who are looking for a completely dark room. There is a constant drip from the roof which may be an annoying noise factor for some people. The cockerel in the neighbouring olive grove ‘sounds off’ around 5 a.m. None of the above really affected me but, for some people staying in the apartments, one or more of the above was commented upon when I was sunbathing by the pool.

• Debby & Willem (8/5): Prima appartement voor een prima prijs. - Prima ruimte met goede bedden. Badkamer was ook goed en voorzien van shampoo e.d. Fijn balkonnetje met leuk uitzicht over bergen en een stukje zee. De accomodatie ligt erg rustig. Beetje afgelegen, best nog even wandelen naar dorpje en strand.

• Nikoleta Zach (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή ,, παρότι είχε πισίνα ,η απόσταση από την θάλασσα ήταν μικρή , κοντά σε atm, σε καταστήματα, ζαχαροπλαστεία,cafe, supermarket, Δεν μου άρεσε που μέσα στο δωμάτιο φαινόταν ελαφρά βρώμικο , ίσως λόγω παλαιότητας, η απλώστρα ήταν χαλασμένη , και δεν είχαμε ούτε σαπούνι για τα χέρια ούτε για το σώμα , βέβαια δεν ζητήσαμε κιόλας , καθώς είχαμε τα δικά μας ,αλλά ήταν ένα αρνητικό , Στην πισίνα είχε γύρω γύρω μεγάλα χόρτα και οι ξαπλώστρες ,οι ομπρέλες,και τα καθίσματα που βρισκόταν μέσα στην πισίνα ήταν σκουριασμένα και παλιά Η ράμπα που πήγαινε προς την πισίνα έκανε βαθούλωμα όταν περπατουσες πάνω της.

Wenn was fehlte oder kaputt war , wurde es behoben bzw. fehlende Teile gebracht. Was schade ist das nicht mehr viel gemacht wurde z.b. Poolbereich. Pool Ansicht sauber aber die Auflagen der Liegen waren so lala.

Ne vous attendez pas à y faire des bons plats (pas de planche à découpé, peu de couteau, réchaud électrique qui met loonngtteeemmppss Essuie de douche changé tous les 3 jours mais pas d’aération dans la salle de bain, résultat : les essuies reste humides pendant 3 jours (pas top)

• Konstanze (10/5): - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort und haben vom Personal niemanden kennengelernt. Das Zimmer und der Außenbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
• CHARALAMPOS DASKALAKIS (6/5): - Το στρώμα ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικό και ο κλιματισμός πολύ καλός. Η περιγραφή του δωματίου έλεγε διπλό κρεβάτι, king size και το δωμάτιο είχε 2 μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης παρ' όλο που έχει την επιλογή να το δηλώσει στην περιγραφή του δωματίου δεν το έκανε και όταν ρωτήσαμε μας είπε ότι όλα τα δωμάτια είναι έτσι. Έτρεχε συνέχεια το καζανάκι και η καθαριότητα ήταν μέτρια. Υπήρχαν τζάμια πάνω από την πόρτα και από το παράθυρο που δεν καλυβόντουσαν με αποτέλεσμα το πρωί να μπαίνει φως.

• Tim (8/5): Schöne kleine Anlage mit Pool - Man hatte Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl vor dem Zimmer, als auch auf dem Balkon. Preis/Leistung war top. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis und die Lage völlig in Ordnung.

• PASCALINE44 (2/5): Très décevant - La piscine est le gros point fort de cet établissement L'hôtel est vieillissant mais cela ne poserait pas de problème si il était entretenu correctement. Les chambres étaient sales (poils de chats au sol, vieux mouchoirs utilisés sous les lits, couverture de lits poussiéreuse, couverts sales etc...). L'odeur de produit désodorisant nauséabonde. Nous avons du sortir les 4 produits installés aux différents coins de la chambre tellement cela piquait les yeux. Une morceau de douche cassé trônait décorativement dans la salle de bain. Les néons de la chambre étaient tous HS sauf un qui éclairait en vert 🤔... En extérieur, l'hôtel n'est pas plus entretenu. Les bains de soleil sont sales, certains avec des crottes de pigeon. Nous n'avons pas osé poser nos serviettes dessus. Le personnel est absent... On dirait un établissement à l'abandon. Au prix de la chambre (112€/nuit) ce n'est acceptable d'avoir une présentation de cette qualité.

• Belinszki (7/5): - We were the only guest in the hotel, so we could enjoy the pool all alone. Small shops are in walking distance. The first room was dirty and bugs were running on the floor. I had to call the hotel manager. From the next day we had a different room, which was OK. The kitchen had only the basic equipments and not enough plates.

Great breakfast offering too, amazing small pebbles beach and a nice pool. nothng more to ask for, very recomended especially for the price Cannot complain for anything

• Willizy (7/5): Beau cadre mais. - Très beau cadre, jolie piscine agréable et cadre campagnard (sauf les odeurs de chèvre qui arrive dans la chambre via la climatisation) Chambre spacieuse bien équipée. Bon rapport qualité prix. Parking dans la cour. Proximité de Kournas lake à 10min en voiture. A faire. Très mal insonorisé. Coq et sa basse cour du champ en face qui fait des siennes à 4h du matin et on entend tout autour de la chambre. Lumière extérieure qui éclaire la chambre toute la nuit.. En conséquence, nous avons mal dormi.
