I was very satisfied with my stay. One thing I didn’t like was that when I used the key card to open the elevator or hotel doors, I kept getting small electric shocks.

Derek (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, and clean motel with kind and helpful staff - The room was beautiful and very clean (and Im very picky about the cleanliness of a motel)! The bed was cozy, we slept so good. The location of the motel is close to town and the running track for the cross-country team we came with to access. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Because I like a lighter breakfast, I was hoping for some yougurt/granola options. Also, the oatmeal was very watery.

Mollysydney51 (6/5): Housekeeping doesn’t notice big tear in carpet? - Seemed to have bad luck with the room I got and unfortunately didn’t notice first issue until after I unpacked. In the entry carpet had big tear, wood floor exposed. And yes they did offer to move me or give me rewards (don’t need) but I didn’t want to repack my stuff, then discovered the other issues. Bathroom corner shelf had metal rod jutting out. And couldn’t get hot water - yes I let it run but never got past warm. Housekeeping and maintenance don’t talk apparently. The lighting in room poor - too dark! Breakfast not very good. Just find the newest hotel built as they generally don’t hold up well.

The dedicated breakfast area was ample so we were able to enjoy our breakfast without being crowded. There was a good variety. More fresh fruit would have been good. Overall, we have no complaints.

Kara (5/5): We were disappointed by our stay and glad to be moving on. - The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for 5 people in 1 room. Big closet. The front desk staff looked like he had just rolled out of bed and was at the beginning of his shift. His shirt was heavily rumpled, hair tangled, and attitude was short and rude. The next morning we came down for breakfast at 730 and most of the food was gone. Some things were never replaced. The replacing batch of eggs was soupy and very unappetizing. We spent a half hour between waiting and eating what was available and left hungry. One person in our party took a shower at 11pm and didn't have much hot water. Three of us took showers in the morning, and the third complained of not having enough hot water.

It was really warm in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for sleep. There was also a lot of noise coming from the neighboring room and room above us, all through the night.

The pool/ hot tub area was nice and relaxing I wish we would have had a few more choices at breakfast. Yogurt with fresh fruit. A pancake machine would be nice also

Hanibal (8/5): - The property is very nice and clean. You are greeted by a friendly staff that is always willing to help. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the fitness center had tons of options. The location was very convenient too. It was never difficult getting in or out and we were always able to find a decent parking spot. The beds and pillows, I fear, are not the greatest. I believe this to be a Marriot issue and is not necessarily an issue with the SpringHill itself as we had a similar problem at another Marriot on this trip. The breakfast options were also very underwhelming, and dare I say, gross. I attempted to eat the breakfast every morning of our trip and I think i only ate the Honey Nut Cherrios which weren't even Honey Nut Cherrios. There are plenty of awesome breakfast spots in town. Just go to one of those.

It is one of the most quiet hotels I have ever had the the pleasure to stay out (sleep is so important to me) House keeping was always respectful especially when the do not disturb sign is present. I especially want to give special thanks and praise to Alex at the front desk. There was a mishap on reservation dates and she handled it so expertly and decisively. I found her to be very responsive and and extremely professional!! Springhill is very lucky to have her because she is an outstanding problem solver!

The charge for parking was a surprise as I have historically not had issue, but it is now listed on their website. Not all Marriott's in Bozeman charge for parking.
393bentleya (10/5): Amazing Last Minute Stay - Great hotel! Our flight was cancelled and we got a voucher to stay at this hotel. It was awesome! Room was clean and huge. The pool and hot tub were both a great plus. The assistant manager, Ryan, was fantastic! He helped us quickly and went above and beyond. We were able to get two pack n plays for our kiddos which allowed us to sleep really well after a rough travel day. I also don’t drink coffee or tea - so any hotel that actually has hot chocolate packets available makes me super happy!! Definitely recommend this awesome hotel!

The front desk clerk Eleanore and assistant manager Ryan quickly got us settled and even provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Our room was quite large. The sheets and bed were most comfortable. We heard no noise and slept well. We also enjoyed a drink and appetizers at the on site bar. There is a large breakfast as well. Will definitely return to this beautiful property!

ALL of the staff I interacted with were warm and polite. The market inside was perfect for my needs when I didn't feel like going out. They had breakfast out and ready when I came down in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was a great space. I have 0 complaints.

Shane (5/5): - The room was nice. Clean and comfortable. We went to the pool and the pool was freezing cold. Talked to the maintenence man and he said is was hit or miss on the pool heater. He said they were waiting on parts for it. We'll close down the pool. Also breakfast my son wanted waffles. The mix was out there but the iron to make the waffles was not. We got told by the kitchen staff that it was a mess and she didnt want her staff to burn there selves on it. Train your staff maybe on it. Also don't just say you don't want it out there because its a mess. Well that's part of your job. If you don't like cleaning up the mess get out of the kitchen hotel staff stuff. The keys would deactivate all the time. It was like they wouldn't read so I had to go back and get them reactivated.

Shawnna (1/5): - Rooms were nice size and clean BUT they charge $15 for parking AND we booked a king through booking.com and they wouldn't give us a king "because you get what's available when you book third party" according to Kennedy I've used booking over a decade and never had this issue Didn't get the king room we booked Kennedy insisted you get what you get when you use booking.com ridiculous, I will never stay here again or recommend it as I have never had this happen when using booking for the past 10 years. Parking was 15 bucks a day also ridiculous
Daydream46449433578 (8/5): Quick visit - This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed the tour of the Alpaca and Llama Farm near by. It is a must if you are in town for a few days. Unfortunately, the hotel will charge you $15 a day for parking. The parking lot is not shared with any other business so I am not sure why we have to pay an extra $15 for parking except for the hotel to make more money off its customers. Also, the toilet in the room is the basic size which means it sits low so it can be a little difficult for people to get up and down if you have knee issues or not really that mobile.

Judy (7/5): - When I phoned to see if I had left my eyeglasses in the room, they weren’t even willing to tell me if they were found. I find this extremely rude and inconsiderate. To go to a website to find them did me no good at all. Very poor policy.

rosalinda (10/5): A gorgeous hotel. - This is a beautiful suite. A large area for 2. Comfy bed with mini fridge and sofa. The lobby is gorgeous with a bar. We didn’t get to eat breakfast because our flight was early. Great customer service. Close to the small town. Definitely would stay here again. Didn’t realize parking wasn’t included.

KellyJMcG (6/5): Nickel and Diming - Hotel was fine. Clean and well organized. My issue is the $15 dollar a day parking fee. There is plenty of room for parking, no garage, no security, etc. The Hilton across the street doesn’t charge for parking. Just factor this in when comparing hotel pricing. I feel this is Marriott taking advantage of customers and ‘nickel and diming’ on fees.

David (10/5): - I was totally surprised at how nice this SpringHill Suite is. The place looks almost brand new, the front desk staff was most helpful with excellent dining suggestions around the Boseman area. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, even with a full size desk that kind of separate the bedroom area from the sitting area. The breakfast selection was adequate but the food can run out pretty fast, forming a line waiting for the staff to replenish the food. The sitting was somewhat limited and seemed like the lack of an area where customers can put away their dishes when done. The dependency of staff to bus and clean the tables can make it hard to find a table at times.
Z9427ATjulienp (10/5): Easy, comfortable stay - Nice rooms that were comfortable and clean with beautiful views. Great staff at both check-in and check-out. Special shoutout to the person I checked out with, who helped me get back into the room later that morning when I realized I had lost my headphones. Good breakfast - standard pastry/fruit/cereal options but also hot breakfast with a spinach quiche that was great.
L261FLlisac (10/5): Very Pleasantly Surprised - I wish I knew his name, but I don't. Front Desk Associate that checked me in and also was working breakfast buffet in the morning was very warm, hospitable, welcoming. Don't recall if I've ever stayed at A SpringHill Suites before, but if I haven't this property ensured that it won't be the last. It's absolutely beautiful, clean, and luxurious. Very well appointed. Hot breakfast exceeded expectations.
Tokyopops (10/5): We stayed for one night when we arrived in Bozeman for a family wedding, and again for one night when we departed. - This property is OUTSTANDING. Probably pretty new. Very clean. Great staff. I recommend it highly. and we will definitely stay here again, when visiting Bozeman.

The hotel was very nice, clean and perfect for my needs Breakfast was fantastic, The Gym was clean and had good equipment Pool/Hot Tub was lovely If I ever go back to Bozeman I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel Only complaint is that they gave water on check in and check out. Unfortunately, I was going to fly out so water on check out was not useful ( I didn't take it). They should give water on demand rather than this arbitrary method.

The hotel is beautiful, and Ryan and his crew were awesome. Friendly, courteous, and providers of several great dining and transportation recommendations.

558janeenm (2/5): Uncomfortable - Uncomfortable in every way. We started out with a room with a view of another hotel. We were moved without hesitation to a room with a view of a roof. The actual room had a strange layout with the bathroom in the bedroom. No privacy whatsoever. The breakfast was disgusting and the bar was lit up like a Walmart. Every time we walked through the lobby they were mopping. It was a strange and uncomfortable experience.

880hopef (10/5): Best hotel in the area! - This is our third or fourth time staying at this hotel, and the second time working out of this hotel. Ryan Bates is hands down the most amazing assistant manager, he's been so kind and helpful and accommodating to our needs!! The rooms are clean, the best are super very comfortable, the breakfast is better than most other hotel breakfasts, the bar makes great drinks and has a fun ambience and the hotel has all around great atmosphere. We will be staying here every time. 👏🏻👏🏻

TrevorNYC_11 (4/5): Unnecessary money grabbing. - Marriott has now taken to money grabbing by charging $15/night to park. This hotel is in a location with no public transportation and ample on site parking. There is simply no reason for the charge other than a newfound way to grab a little extra cash from every visitor. There is no meaningful food at the hotel and nothing within walking distance. Next trip to Bozeman we’ll stay somewhere else.
