- Michel (9/5): Nickel ! - L’accueil à la réception, la chambre super agréable, le petit déjeuner, le pic nique gratuit pour notre ascension du Mont Olympe et toutes les autres petites attentions. Une seul petit bémol. Nous avions réservé un créneau en fin de journée pour la piscine et le sauna mais le sauna n’avait pas été démarré. Dommage :-(

- Shay (8/5): - מיקום נוח באמצע העיירה חניה נוחה מאד. חדרים בסדר גמור ללא בעיות מיוחדות. מרפסת.קטנה ןחביבה. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. שעות פתיחה של הבריכה לא מאפשרות להשתמש בה בבוקר כך שמי שבא ללילה אחד לא יכול להשתמש בה. מצד שני היא קטנה ולא מושכת במיוחד. הפקיד בקבלה יעיל ומקצועי אבל אינו מסביר פנים.

- Markus (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentrale Lage im Ort und im Hotel ein schöner kleiner Pool und zur angemeldeten Zeit vorgewärmte Sauna (ca. 55 Grad). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Spitzenklasse! Das Zimmer 302 (auch Superior-DZ) viel sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Die Böden in unseren beiden Zimmern waren nicht wirklich sauber (z.B. Haare früherer Gäste). Das Zimmer 301 (Superior-DZ) war ziemlich klein und es fehlte mindestens eine Lichtquelle. In der 302 war vor dem Balkon eine Lüftungsöffnung, dadurch wusste man immer wann in der Küche was los war und das Geräusch war auch etwas störend.

- Nikos (5/5): Nicht, was man sich unter einem 4-Sterne Hotel vorstellen würde - Die Lage ist Klasse. Man ist direkt im Zentrum von Litochoro und hat auch noch vor dem Hotel einen Parkplatz, der ausschließlich von den Gästen genutzt werden kann. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und überdurchschnittlich gut, wenn auch nicht immer frisch. Mein Käse hatte zum Beispiel trockene Ränder. Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Ausstattung sind definitiv problematisch. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, was man am deutlichsten auf dem eigenen Zimmer sieht. Der im Zimmer verlegte Laminat ist teilweise aufgeplatzt, die Minibar im Zimmer ist super laut, die Klimaanlage müsste eigentlich bei geschlossenem Fenster funktionieren, tut sie aber nicht. Leider konnten wir aber auch nicht das Fenster auflassen, da die Wärmepumpe des Nachbarn zu allen straßenzeitigen Zimmern sehr laut ist und das auch nachts. Die Matratzen sind, wie schon von mehreren Gästen bemängelt, durchgelegen und und und. Ich könnte hier noch mehr Punkte anbringen aber ich glaube jeder der das liest versteht worauf ich hinaus will. Sauberkeit war auch ein riesiges Problem. In unserem Zimmer war unter dem Bett und auf den Nachttischen alles staubig. In Badezimmer steht das Wasser in den Klobürste Halterungen und es roch leicht nach Urin. Weder das Waschbecken noch die Dusche wurden vor unserer Ankunft vernünftig gereinigt, was man gut an den Kalkflecken sehen konnte.

- Zygowski (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip OK - Es gab Parkplatz vor Ort. Das Frühstück war gut und auch lokal. Das Personal sehr net. Den Pool und die Sauna hat man für sich , wenn man reserviert. Es gibt Hausschlappen und Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer. Vom dritten Stock aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Schalldämmung ist nicht vorhanden. Bett und die Bänke beim Frühstück sind durchgesessen. Kamin konnte man nicht nutzen. Pool/Sauna könnte öfter gereinigt werden. Allgemeiner Zustand des Hotels bedarf einer Renovierung.

We particularly loved the fireplace, jacuzzi, coffee machine and fridge in the room, and the indoor pool for private daily use. Sauna was not always hot enough despite reservation. We would have preferred to see the fireplace rather than a tv screen running in the lobby area.

- Papageorgiou (9/5): 3 μέρες χαλάρωσης, με βόλτες σε μονοπάτια του Ολύμπου, στη Θάλασσα και σε αρχαιολογικο χώρο (ΔΙΟΝ) - Εξαιρετικό πρωϊνό με πλούσιο μενού που περιείχε γνωστές και παραδοσιακές νοστιμιές. Ο χώρος του πρωϊνού ζεστός και φιλόξενος με όμορφη διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο! Η τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη γειτονιά με εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο του Λιτόχωρου. Το δωμάτιο είχε 2 μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα ενώ σύμφωνα με το μέγεθός του κατα τη γνώμη μου θα έπρεπε να έχει 1 διπλό...

Συγχαρητήρια στον επικεφαλής για το επίπεδο του προσωπικού και τις παροχές- γενικότερη εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου. Ιδιαίτερα εκτιμήθηκε η δωρεάν αναβάθμιση του δωματίου, μιας και αυτό που κλείσαμε δεν είχε διπλό, αλλά 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Επαγγελματισμός-επίπεδο παροχών-χαμόγελο. Μπράβο!

Όταν βρεθώ ξανά στο Λιτόχωροσιγουρα θα ξαναμεινω εκεί - Ολα ήταν τέλεια, το δωμάτιο το μπάνιο άνετα, το στρώμα μαλακό, καθαριότητα, το μπαρ παρείχε νερά αναψυκτικά ποτά, εσπρεσιερα, γλυκό του κουταλιού για καλωσόρισμα, το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο με καλη πρώτη ύλη, τι να πω παροχές 5 αστέρων! Το μόνο που μας ενόχλησε λιγάκι ήταν το έντονο χλώριο στην πισίνα χωρίς αυτό να μας αποτρέψει να την χαρούμε..ίσως να υπήρχε λόγος που ήταν τόσο έντονο.

- Elisavet (7/5): Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία με θέα στο βουνό. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση οπωσδήποτε στα μπάνια και στους κοινόχρ - Τοποθεσία και διακόσμηση δωματίων !! Χρήζει ανακαίνισης Ιδιαίτερα τα μπάνια και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι
- Petros (9/5): Παραδοσιακό μεγάλο χωριό στους προποδες του ολύμπου που παρέχει τα πάντα - 1 αρκετά πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του λιτοχώρου με πάρκινγκ εξαιρετικό διάκοσμο πολλές παροχές πλούσιο και ποιοτικό πρωινό. Δυνατότητες για βόλτες στα κατάφυγία του Όλυμπου αλλά και στα εκατό χιλιόμετρα από εκεί για αυθημερόν εξορμήσεις στον Βόλο το πήλιο αλλά και την Θεσσαλονίκη την Κατερίνη... Ήσυχο ρομαντικό παραδοσιακό μέρος για σε ζευγάρια και οικογένειες. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε.

- Dimitra (8/5): - Είχε πολύ ωραίο πρωινό και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Ζητήσαμε για το βρεφακι μας κούνια ( όπως έλεγε το booking) και μας ήρθε πάρκο. Πολύ δύσκολο να χαλαρώσει και να κοιμηθεί ένα μωρό σε τέτοια συνθήκη.

- Keren (7/5): Nice but not amazing. - The location was excellent. Walking distance to center of the town with lots of food options. The staff were also very friendly. The Breakfast buffet was nice. The maintenance level of the pool, sauna and bathrooms was not good. We booked a room with bathtub/jacuzzi and I even paid more for it only to find out there was no way to actually run a bath and the handle was broken, and the tub wasn't sealed properly. The next morning the reception offered us to change our room, which we did, but this room did not have a bathtub, only a shower. Again the shower should be maintained better. It was disappointing since I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi. The Sauna door also did not shut properly. They should also give you explanation about the booking of the pool and sauna when you check it. Because I read the reviews I new about it.

- Marlaree (6/5): Disappointed - This is a well-located hotel, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is also a small parking lot across the street. Lovely breakfast with an abundance of options. The woman overseeing breakfast was extremely delightful to talk with. We were disappointed with the front desk employee who was not helpful or friendly at check in and each time we came in the door. Though the hotel has a no-smoking policy, our room smelled foul of smoke; so much, that our luggage and belongings smelled upon our checkout.

- Szabolcs (10/5): Elegant hotel with pool, sauna and friendly staff. - The Hotel is elegant and is located in a quiet but central location. Nearby are several Tavernas and shops. Parking is free and access to the pool and sauna is included in the price. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We could only stay a single night.

Really good local taverna only a 5 minute walk away
