• Mastinah (3/5): Please improve - love the front desk, clean and nice to see. room too small, very different from picture, lots mosquitoes, like most hotel budget without the budget. expensive but not satisfying. the bathroom door is a see through door and you can't even close the door. there's no sound proof either, you can hear any noise outside the door or window clearly. not suitable for someone who need better sleep.

• Salbiah (4/5): I will not come again. - Location. Near to the famous GM Klang where we can shop till we drop. Television not working. Hot water diapenser provided outside of the room but no cups were provided. I arrive at the hotel half an hour berfore check-in time and ask for an early check-in but my request was decline. We were not inform about the scheduled electricity maintenance repair work upon arrival and have to experience electricity outage from 11pm till 2.30am.

• Mazli (1/5): Bad experience staying at hotel99 botanic klang. - Near to gm plaza kelang. The hotel room is cramped, although the advertisement stated it is suitable for families. There's no fridge, no kettle, no wardrobe, no bidet pipe for washing, no hooks, and the floor is slippery.

Is this how you all behave this customer ? the price is quite high more like a 5-start budget hotel but it's not worth it to improve 1stb
