- YUSUKE (8/5): - ホテル施設は申し分ないですが、周辺施設がまだまだ、建設途中と言いますか、テナントがほとんどガラガラ状態なので、夜などにフラットご飯やコンビニに行くのはけっこう不便さを感じます。カジノが直結している点は、好きな人には最高ですね。隣の遊園地は、無料シャトルバスがありますが、お急ぎの方は歩いても行ける距離です。いきは、サファリ経由ですので、30分近く時間がかかる可能性があります。帰りはシャトルバス、もしくはタクシーで40000ドン240円程度で帰れると思います。

- Kieran (8/5): - Our beachfront villa was amazing and could not be faulted. It was a bit annoying having to pay for everything as you go rather than just apply it to the room. Every drink and meal, around the pool or in a restaurant, had to be paid for there and then. Even room service. It was strange for a 5 star hotel. A couple more wines in their selection wouldn’t go a stray. 😁 In saying that, we had a wonderful stay.

- han james (4/5): - Dear Wyndham It took a lot of time to arrive and check in, and the food is average, but even though it is a weekend, the lettuce type of salad is of poor quality, and before leaving, at 2 o'clock in the morning, the reception tries to book a bus to the airport for 10am but Mr Allen's attitude towards guests seems so rude and racist. Can you make the reservation you want at 10 a.m only at 6:30 left over? Afterwards, the attitude is unimaginable. Behavier Mr Allen yourself correctly

Väldigt bra service och fantastiskt bemötande mot såväl barn som vuxna. Kommunikationerna från hotell till de olika aktiviteterna var väldigt smidiga och lätta. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell. Enda minus var att kommunikationen med personal var lite svår då engelskan inte var helt okej, men allt ordnar sig alltid 👍 (Bodde i en Ocean view Suite)

The area is close to the northern part of the island, The surrounding areas are walkable even though it is hot to do that at noon. It’s really well priced and close to everything we struggled with not many staff knowing much English but Tung (I hope I spelt correctly) on the front of house was amazing he could not have been more helpful pointing us in the right direction everytime he is an absolute credit to the Wyndham. we would definitely recommend this place everything you need in one place.

Service of the hotel was great also staff is excellent. Especially manager Tom helped us so much his kindness was way out of league, also kid zone staffs are so kind. Also food and location were excellent. I hade a great almost 1 month of time here in Wyndham Grand hotel. Thank you so much we will be back next year.

We got extra beds in our rooms without charge. The free airport shuttle was a blessing. This is definitely the place to stay in Phu Quoc. The hotel had free shuttles to VinWorld and Gramd world. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. We would recommend the hotel anytime. Good value for money. They also did not take incidental deposit like most hotels. Thank you.

The room was booked non smoking but smelled cigarette and cigarettes trays were in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Check in was bad .. lobby full of people without masks. Long waiting to check in. Will never stay at this hotel again . Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

- Adam (10/5): - I am from the USA stayed 3 nights in March 2022. This hotel is the best option for children. My daughter liked the pool and there is a daycare option with a play area inside. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor play area. Every meal is many options so children with specific tastes can be catered to. The staff are very nice there was no negativity at all with anything. It is a very professional property I was extremely impressed at one point in my trip I actually thought that the leaders of the hotel I likely travel around the world to conferences. Because it reminds me of the best hotels everywhere

Although breakfast was included with our stay, we were not very happy with the restaurant staff for not being flexible with takeout food because we had an early flight. We only wanted pancakes and eggs for our kids, but they said for "safety reason" we were could only take "allowed" food with us such as congee, etc..Unfortunately, my kids don't eat those food and they were hungry on the ride to the airport. We ended up buying breakfast at the Airport Burger King.

Swimming pool is large and the private beach is clean and close by. Has variety of restaurants and couple of grocery stores near. Safari, aquarium and the amusement park were great for the kids. Casino was not so great, not many table games and no live texas hold’em.

- Mark (4/5): Pushed to pay for meals despite meals included! - Very disappointed that when I arrived I was told that I would need to pay 50 USD per person for a special Christmas Eve dinner and that the restaurant for the other 'all inclusive' meals would be closed for that evening. I had to argue the point that I had already paid for an all inclusive stay and that if the restaurant was closed then I would need to be refunded money. After a long wait and a phone call, I was told that the restaurant would be open and I could have my 'all inclusive' dinner there'. A terrible first impression by pressuring travel weary guests into paying for something they should not have to.

Good selection of breakfast. Need to pick a dry session to go there. I travelled on sep, raining every day, basically cannot enjoy the vinpearl land. The only set back was the road from airport to hotel was very very very bad.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - There was a severe storm in Phu Quoc recently with an ongoing rain and my flight has been cancelled due to Phu Quoc airport being closed down. Despite the ongoing storm, the hotel says that the weather there are getting better (I actually have a friend in Phu Quoc and no it is not getting better) so they can not cancel the reservation. I understand cancellation could not be made due to my personal reasons but the airport was closed down and it was a natural disaster. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone with their poor customer service. Other 2 hotels I've booked made cancellation and have refunded me already.
