• Paul (1/5): Worst Experience Possible - Good luck if you experience an issue outside of their office hours - The property is located on Collins Street so is close to the train station and restaurants. This is applicable to other accommodation within the CBD Well, unlike other reviews which have rated the accommodation 8.6, I must say that this has been the worst experience my family has had to deal with in my years of travel. Yes, location is great (but so other many others), staff have accused me of fabricating a bathroom flooding when they acknowledged and came to clean the mess. Good luck with getting any assistance outside of their office hours of 9:30am to 4pm. Oh well, only have issues during their open hours, otherwise the phone will ring out and you will be told nothing apparently happened. We stayed for two nights and experienced bathroom flooding whilst taking a shower from poor drainage and then, a fell odour entering the master bedroom from a toilet that adjoined the bedroom but was locked in the second night (I have been told I fabricated all this). My wife and I could not sleep in the bedroom, had to close the door, I slept on the couch after trying to contact the owners’ multiple times on the mobile numbers provided. Ended up calling Booking.com to see if they could get in touch with them to no avail. Apartment needs a makeover, they provided a round children’s bathmat (presumably for the flooding) which was not hygienic. There are better options at their, I just got caught out due to an unexpected funeral we had to attend. They offered a $20 as a goodwill gesture.

Plus plenty of tea and coffee, no chance of running out! Location was absolutely perfect, just across the road from Southern Cross. They stored our luggage on checkout too. The lighting wasn’t great. Dim, warm lights that struggled to illuminate. Bathroom lighting unsuitable for doing makeup.
• Sonia (5/5): - The view is what wins for this place! The double bed is comfortable. The price was affordable. Best location! It really needs a heavy duty clean. It's very dirty, carpets, walls, outside balcony, the table wasn't wiped down, old stuff stuck on it. Very small apartment. The extra bed was the couch which no one could sleep on! THE most uncomfortable "bed" ever, big wooden piece through the middle. Might be time to upgrade the couch. Also I noticed a Sonia gave 10/10 on the day i checked in, it could be a coincidence that another Sonia checked in same day but highly doubt it. The false reviews are giving a lot higher rates then what it really is.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen und Anregungen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Ein kleiner Dämpfer war der Abfluss der Duschkabine, da das Wasser teilweise ins Bad floss und nicht komplett abgeleitet wurde.

There was a large fridge, plenty of kitchen stuff to self cater, spacious lounge, 2 smallish but adequate bedrooms with comfy bed. The bathroom is OK with huge shower and good hot water and pressure, with lots of cupboard space but not so much counter space. The location is perfect - just steps to the tram and Southern Cross station. The couch was perhaps the most uncomfortable couch I've ever slept on. If it's windy, there is a lot of noise from the building (like whistling windows etc)

• KALPESH (10/5): highly receommended - The apartment i got was on 57th floor, we had requested for early checkin, and the staff did try her best and gave us apartment 90 min earlier then checkin time. The apartment was beautiful, the views at night of the city were breathtaking and the morning sunrise view with hot air baloons in the back ground was also amazing. All required facilities were there in the apartment and was nice and clean. Its a perfect apartment with tram station just opposite the apartment and the southern cross station barely 100/200 meters away The GYM and Pool facilites on the 33rd floor of the building was also very good plus the check in and check out process was also very smooth Just one small improvement needed, on one very windy night in melbourne the main door was making some noise as it was a little loosely fit which was a bit irritating at night,
• G Stewart (4/5): Good location ruined by human waste - location was excellent. staff were friendly. was filthy. a previous guest had urinated in the pot plant in the master bedroom when we opened the bedroom up at the end of a warm day smelt like a dodgy pub urinal. was vomit inducing. liquid was literally leaking out of the potplant. question is why wasn’t the room cleaned so someone noticed this. the staff member was so apologetic but when you pay that much and you have to sleep outside the master bedroom its annoying. i asked for the first night to be reimbursed and was refused. got my cleaning products reimbursed only.

• Tania (8/5): Great apartment and location, but the single key setup made things frustrating at times. - The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great, and the location was ideal for getting around and enjoying the area. Overall, it was a really enjoyable place to stay. The single key/access system was very inconvenient for more than one person. It meant constantly coordinating, rushing back to let each other in, or someone being left waiting outside. Reception closing early also made it harder when trying to manage the key.

Also the 180 degree view to the cityscape is amazing. Interior lighting could be improved: the color temperature of the two bed room is 7000k, cold and a bit too dark. Suggest to change it to 3000k light bulb.

• Ruth (8/5): Great location for a weekend get away - Located on Collins street, very easy to get around on the free trams. Great location if you are catching the SkyBus from the airport. The apartment was on the 60th floor with exceptional views. Comfortable beds. Small but enough room for our needs. Good kitchen equipment and large fridge. Good value for money, cheap car parking. We would stay again. The reception staff have poor English. Only one key for a 2 bed apartment with 4 people staying was annoying. Shower head partly broken. Couch uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Carpark buzzer not working properly
• Kate (9/5): - Great location, very close to Southern Cross Station. We arrived after midnight, the walk from the station was quick and safe feeling. Will stay here again when arriving on the late night flight and catching the airport shuttle. Some of the furniture was in need of repair. The bed head was a bit broken and one of the chairs had a leg going at a funny angle, we were worried about it breaking. Otherwise it was well priced and perfectly located for our family.
