Les escaliers sont très étroits mais ne vous en faites pas il y a un ascenseur. Pas grand chose, ce n'était pas du haut standing mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon

Lena nos ayudó a organizar todos los tours que quisimos a muy buen precio. Gracias también a Kien, quien nos preparaba el desayuno antes de la hora cada día con una sonrisa, muy amable. L'environnement est trop bruyant cause concentration de foods street (assez mauvaise qualité et odeurs de fritures suffocante associé à la présence d'un parking et location de motocycles) où la circulation est difficile pour les piétons pour atteindre l'hôtel. Le personnel est gentil et disponible.

• Lovella (8/5): we had a pleasant and hassle free experience. - I booked two rooms for a 5-day vacation with my elderly parents and we had a wonderful stay. Lena the owner was especially kind and accommodating, always ready to help us with our extra needs and very easy to communicate with. Language is the huge barrier in Hanoi as most people does not speak English but Lena speaks and understood English well which is a big plus. She even arranged our day tours to Ninh Binh and incense village which made out trip much more convenient. While the hotel can be a bit difficult to find since it's located farther from the main road, the neighbourhood felt safe and had a plenty of nearby street food stalls to explore. The rooms were clean and daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a quite and affordable stay in Hanoi. some difficulty to find the location at the beginning. Grab drivers doesn't speak English and most of them doesn't know the location as well.

• Catherine (1/5): Quite awful. We were only staying for two nights and left after the first. - The location was good. This might possibly be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place was rundown, with covers over sockets falling off and a general feeling that the place hadn’t been cared for in a long time.

• Fabienne (8/5): Super preisleistungs- verhältnis - Da wir es "nur" kurzfristig gebucht haben um unsere sachen zu lagern und zu warten bis abends unser Bus ging, können wir nur sagen das das Zimmer grosszügig war und ein sehr sauberes Bad hatte und sehr zentral im old quarter liegt und man von dort aus überall schnell ist. -

• Nicolas (6/5): Could be a fancy place but owners don’t care enough - The location It could a fancy hotel if the painting was redone, random cables was coming out the wall, the room was rearranged (the bed is taking all the space because it is facing the tv that only has 3 channels). The cleaning is not done properly (they just swipe in the bathroom floor and put the same sheets on the bed). There is cleaning products on the floor outside the room. The breakfast is not worth it.

As a traveler, I've stayed in many hostels, hotels, and houses, but I've never stayed in a place this bad. I was originally going to stay for 4 nights, but I could only tolerate one. It was very damp. They separated the rooms with plywood instead of walls. I could hear the person in the next room farting, and I could even smell it. Some people have written good reviews about this place; yes, it might be cheap, but shouldn't there be at least some quality? Moreover, when I asked for my money back, the employee deducted half of it from me, and suddenly, beneath that friendly demeanor, a vampire emerged, becoming nasty.

Charged 30,000 extra for balcony which was the only fire escape. Breakfast was slimy cold pancakes. Photos taken with wide angle lens, access is via a narrow alleyway. Rats scuttled away as I approached. Smelly with stairs blocked by laundry. I moved to the super candle hotel 5 minutes away same price.have a look

• Léa (8/5): Nous y avons passé deux nuits, ça suffit, le personnel est gentil, mais c’est cher pour ce que c’est - L’emplacement était génial, et le personnel était top ! Étant en sac à dos nous avons pu laisser nos sacs le restant de la journée ! C’était humide, et donc les draps l’étaient aussi.. c’est quand même cher pour ce que c’est pour tout vous dire … les escaliers pour aller aux chambres sont très étroits. Et il n’y a aucune insonorité !! Quand les gens parlent très fort dans le couloir la nuit ça réveille .. pas forcément agréable …
