Die fenster im zimmer schließen nicht ganz sind auch schmutzig. Badewannenstöpsel schliest nicht. 3 leute sitzten im speisesaal in der info es spricht niemand englisch,nach translate mit google fragte man mich ob ich nudel oder spiegelei will. Bestellte nudel bekommen hab ich zwei spiegeleier mit einem weckerl und warmer gesüster milch. Ich fragte nach salz fürs ei, gabs keines aber was will man für 19 euro 🙏,alles schmutzig imspeisesaal,traurige angelegenheit. bin gespannt wann es ein lost place wird

Hermann (9/5): Am Fischerhafen - Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Direkt am Hafen mit den Fischerbooten. Der erhabene Blick auf Fluss und Meer ist besonders vom großen Dach Pool schön. Die direkt anschließende Altstadt bietet viele charmante Gassen und Restaurants. Das überwiegend asiatische Frühstück im Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für westliche Gäste wäre echte Milch zum Kaffee und etwas Butter mit Marmelade sehr schön. Der Fitnessbereich wirkt vernachlässigt und einige Geräte funktionieren nicht.

Hightower (8/5): - The breakfast was sufficient, I liked the made to order omelet. The room was spacious and the view was incredible. Our room was on a top floor and we could see the ocean. The facility was clean, but tired. Long overdue for updated furnishings in the lobby. Our shower drained very slowly and would fill the floor before you finished showering.

Janean Haggard (8/5): - Ocean view was nice. Good wifi. Floors were clean Breakfast was disappointing, no hot. Coffee. The cold coffee was so strong, I could not drink it. No Toaster to make toast, mostly carbs on thr buffet. No towels st the pool. Pool water was not great, needs to shocked and brushed. No hooks in the bathroom, only 1 towel for person.. water in the bathroom was way too hot, I have a burn due to that. Window latch was missing. There were lots of ants. Windows were dirty. Clerks were none to little english. Restaurant Gemini was good. Other than that, there were no great shops around. Or things to do. I asked an electronic store clerk of he had USB cables. He and the other said something I could not understand, then he said No, none of that. On my way out I spotted the USB charging cables. I pointed them out to them and they just shrugged. Other stores had similar clerks. Point here is, location is not great.

Luca (7/5): Non male per una città senza pretese - La vista dalla camera. Ci hanno cambiato la camera da letto matrimoniale a una con due letti singoli King size: molto apprezzato. Bagno molto confortevole. Piscina suggestiva C'erano piccole formichine sul letto e sui muri (poche). Manutenzioni delle finestre, un po' sporche.

Thị Phương Thảo (5/5): - Mình ở phòng Duluxe, 2 giường, tương đối rộng rãi, ở tầng 8 mình quên số phòng. Với chi phí mình bỏ ra thì ksan này phù hợp. 1. Phòng vệ sinh có mùi, dù đã báo để khắc phục nhưng chỉ cho hương sả vào thì phải. Vẫn mùi sộc lên cực kì khó chịu. 2. Buồng tắm dạng xông hơi, bé xíu, nhà mình có trẻ con, mình phải vào để tắm cho, trật k thể xoay người được. Sàn còn bị vỡ, đứng cứ bấp bênh. 3. Nước sàn nhà vệ sinh lúc nào cũng lênh láng, mình k hiểu nước ở đâu chui ra. Đi vệ sinh chân lúc nào cũng ướt nhẹp. 4. Thiết kế quạt mát rất buồn cười, phòng 2 giường, mà quạt chỉ có thể để được ở chỗ bục sát giường của 1 giường, vì dây quá ngắn, để chỗ nào cũng k vừa dây cho hợp lý hơn.. Để quạt chạy cứ rù rù ồn kinh khủng, lại còn xối thẳng vào đầu🥲 Ngay khi xuống trả phòng, mình cũng đã báo lại lễ tân về tất cả trải nghiệm. Mình tính sẽ không bình luận gì, nhưng sau khi mình báo tình hình, các bạn ý cũng không có 1 lời xin lỗi hay là mong thông cảm gì cả. Nghĩa là những việc đó các bạn ý đã biết, và vẫn để nó tồn tại hay như nào thì mình cũng không rõ nữa🥲 Mình đã trả phòng từ 11/8, mình cũng chờ xem bên ksan có liên hệ để trao đổi về những phản hồi của mình không. Nhưng không hề có nên nay mình mới để lại nhận xét ở đây. Mình đặt 2 phòng, 1 phòng số 1111 thì oke tất cả mọi thứ, chỉ có phòng ở tầng 8 mà mình ở thì gặp các vấn đề này. Mong ksan có sửa chữa, thay đổi phù hợp để trải nghiệm của các KH sau được tốt hơn.

Aurora (10/5): What a view!! - We actually booked this place last minute and we're greeted straight away by warm, friendly and welcoming staff that spoke very good English. We were asked if we wanted dinner which they prepared for us especially and tasted delicious! Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and what a view!! (11th floor!) We had a beautiful balcony that wrapped around the entire corner to sit out on and watch the world pass by. Great customer service and it was very quiet! Would definitely recommend Nothing - it was great

Vicky (6/5): Ok for short stay - Very good view staff were friendly Breakfast first morning was bread and eggs 2nd morning when the hotel was fuller the breakfast was buffet. Were we not good enough the first day to be offered a proper breakfast. There were also no towels for the pool area had to use room towel. The bathroom needed a good clean as well.

Lucy (1/5): Wouldn't stay here again - The receptionist was very friendly. Easy access to the airport. The bed was rock solid so hard to sleep on with flat pillows. We were excited to use the rooftop bar, but when we got there it was deserted so couldn't get a drink. It didn't look like there was actually a bar here. We also thought the breakfast would be up here but it was on the 2nd floor with no view. The breakfast wasn't great. There was a loud event on the 1st floor which we could still hear on the 11th floor when we went to bed.

Adam (8/5): Beware of winter visit! - Nice location next to the water. We happened to stay on a cold day and were unhappy to discover the hotel has no indoor heating, only AC. Front desk staff was wearing heavy coat, our room was uncomfortably cold and staff could only offer an extra blanket. Shower only had about 5 min of hot water.

Craig (1/5): Don't waste your money - The location was good .We paid for a sea view room and didn't get one .No warm heating in any rooms, apparently, and our room was freezing cold due to Windows wouldn't close properly , and window seals had gone, which caused a big draft into the room . Especially being on the 11th floor ( so beware Mattress was rock hard, and the Duvet was thin Not to mention the karaoke party on all night In the end, we checked out and went to another hotel called the REX Hotel, which was amazing and would definitely recommend

Azussa (2/5): Not good. - The view from the room (11f) It was dirty. Very dirty. The furniture was sticky, they clearly didn’t clean it. There were ants and bugs and the sheets were stained. And the the shower box was leaking and the whole floor got wet (something wrong with the drain, apparently).

We had an issue with the door, lock was not functioning properly, the technician was fast enough to come and fix the issue. We had a nice view of the city. Room was clean. Breakfast was meh. Coffee was cold. We ordered omelet with toasts (we received 2 slices but they were not toasted). Noodle was ok. We have been travelling for 3 weeks in VN and we had much better breakfast in other accommodation.

Sean (2/5): Disgusting - The late check out option was good for our night bus. Our bathroom was invested with ants all on the sink, floor & toilet. We went to floor 14 one evening to have some beers and a big rat jumped up onto the seat in front of us.

Tiphaine (5/5): Underwhelming - It is very well located and the views are really nice. The room was comfortable. I guess it is not meant for English speaking tourists, the staff didn’t speak English, at breakfast the names of the drinks were only written in Vietnamese and when I asked what it was nobody could answer. The breakfast itself wasn’t good, it made me a bit sick ( and I’m not complicated with food). The pool was so dirty. I even found cigarette butts in it. There was no plug in or near the bathroom to use the hair dryer. I was very happy with all the hotels I booked on Vietnam so far but this one was disappointing.

Anonymous (5/5): Very affordable and very basic - The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay more comfortable. They were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was simple but quite tasty. The pool was murky and did not look safe to swim in. The air conditioning did not work in our room. Thankfully there was a good fan we could use. There was a nice balcony in our room with several plants but the planters had dozens of old cigarette butts in them. As for the location, there wasn’t much around, including restaurants. Food options were very limited.
Andzej76 (3/5): Disappointment - The location is ok. Excellent view. One of the worst breakfasts I've had in my life. Constantly run out of ice cold coffee. By 8AM mostly all dishes finishes. Very poor english of pretty much all the staff. Even at the reception. Also when its windy outside you get wind all through the windows as its impossible to properly close them. The temperature in the room is the same it is outside.
