• Simona (9/5): Casa funzionale per Lerici - Casa moderna e completa di tutto, con parcheggio interno e pattumiere comodissime. Un pochino scomodo il check-in in un'altra sede e un peccato non potersi muovere a piedi dalla casa in quanto su strada provinciale

• Ettore (1/5): Mancanza di un servizio pubblicizzato come servizio chiave - Appartamento La piscina doveva essere aperta a maggio ma invece non lo era. Nonostante due giorni di sole non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Scelto sapendo che comunque serviva la macchina per arrivare in paese, ma per la piscina. A questo punto c'era molto altro anche più conveniente.

• Ivan (9/5): - X noi che eravamo in moto ho apprezzato il parcheggio privato nella struttura. L'alloggio molto carino e pulito. Il materasso poco imbottito e scomodo arrivare al centro a piedi.
• Larissa (1/5): - Das Schlafsofa war nicht als solches zu gebrauchen, wir haben stattdessen zu dritt im Doppelbett genächtigt, in dem jede Bettfeder zu spüren war. Preis-Leistung unverhältnismäßig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ungemütlich und muffig. Bei der Suche der Adresse im GPS sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass nicht die Version mit Guercio Colomba ausgewählt wird. Das ist die falsche Adresse.

• NELLY (4/5): - Le prix. Il faut faire le check in à presque 2 km. Très bruyant, proche d'une route très passante. Literie très inconfortable, tellement inconfortable qu'on a voulu se rapatrier sur le canapé qui était lui-même inutilisable car matelas en très mauvais état.
• Michele (8/5): Siamo stati bene - Appartamento pulito, spazioso e con buona dotazione di biancheria e stoviglie. Materasso comodo, wi-fi ultraveloce e parcheggio privato nel cortile della casa. E in Liguria è un valore aggiunto di non poco conto! Le pompe di calore sono un po' datate. Funzionano bene ma sono abbastanza rumorose

• Rajdeep (6/5): - La struttura era ben pulita con i pani puliti. Appena sono entrato in stanza si sentiva un odore molto forte e non era buono.
• Irina (6/5): - Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist eigentlich ganz gut, die Lage ist auch gut und man ist schnell am Meer oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Einchecken hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Schoner kleiner Garten (Erdgeschossapartment). Die Wohnung ist extrem feucht, man richt es, man sieht es und es ist sehr unangenehm und gesundheitsschädigend, dann lieber mehr bezahlen oder etwas schlechtere Lage wählen. Schimmel an den Wänden überall, Farbe bröckelt von den Wänden ab, obwohl frisch gestrichen, es stinkt alles danach obwohl man wohl versucht hat alles mit Chemie zu überdecken. Schade... Wir wollten eigentlich sofort weg gehen, leider auf die schnelle nichts anderes gefunden, da wir auch Tiere dabei hatten. Nicht böse gemeint, aber sowas darf man eigentlich gar nicht mehr anbieten.

• Irene (8/5): - Bagno e cucina puliti e impeccabili. Zona tranquilla, serramenti sicuri, confortevole. Kit di cortesia adeguato. Carina la zona piscina, anche se al momento non era agibile. Il receptionist è stato gentilissimo e preciso. Vicino al divano letto c'erano degli schizzi orrendi sulle pareti. Il letto era piuttosto scomodo, ma il divano letto era di una scomodità mai provata prima, non ho chiuso occhio.

• Romina (7/5): - Posizione e parcheggio, abbastanza ampia e stabile carino Casa poco fornita se uno vuol cucinare in casa.
• Isabella (9/5): Appartamento bon rapporto qualità-prezzo - Il parcheggio incluso, la dotazione dei servizi ( wifi , lavatrice, lavastoviglie). Il prezzo qualità molto buono.. Un pò difficoltosa la comunicazione , la rumorosità della strada perchè la camera matrimoniale dava sulla trada, il phon deve essere cambiato , i materassi erano comodi, ma quello nel letto matrimoniale erano due materassi uniti per cui si formava un buco nel mezzo. Le tasse di soggiorno a Lerici sono altissime, ma dipende dal Comune non dalla struttura
• Fabio Barbi (8/5): - parcheggio privato e chiuso, ideale per chi viaggia in moto, anche se non coperto. Casa con arredamento minimal, ma con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Mancanza di un accendino per accendere i fornelli, riscaldamento in camera da letto poco efficace.

• Anonimo (8/5): Dalle colline sopra Lerici si domina il Golfo dei Poeti tra ulivi, rosmarini e mimose... - La posizione della struttura ricettiva è proprio sul crocevia delle strade provinciali che in pochi minuti congiungono da una parte La Spezia e Romito Magra via S.Terenzo e dall'altra Lerici con Ameglia e Bocca di Magra via Montemarcello. In meno di un quarto d'ora si è a Tellaro. Avere l'auto è essenziale per il soggiorno in questa struttura

• Marika (10/5): - Really cozy old house! Spacious parking lot. Good value for the price. You have to do the check-in in a hotel 1,5 km from the apartment. It’s not a problem if you have a car, but we didn’t notice this first.

• Maurer (8/5): Nur mit Auto - Für meine Zwecke war es ideal. Anreise mit Auto und Hund. Es gab einen schönen sicheren Parkplatz, und ein kleines gärtchen was mit Hund ideal war. Es war sehr laut, da an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad fast unmöglich nach Lerici zu gelangen, da ein schrecklicher Tunnel zu passieren ist. Also nur wenn man mit Auto anreist, zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Hotiday war schlecht, da ich eine Nacht früher ankommen wollte, niemand hat geantwortet. (Ich habe 2 Tage vorher/kein Wochenende angefragt) somit habe ich die zusätzliche Nacht in den Bergen verbracht. War dort auch sehr schön. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat grundsätzlich gut geklappt

• Mauro (8/5): - La zona giorno e la zona notte molto bene Problemi di umidità, muri umidi in alcuni punti probabilmente dovuto a qualche perdita, pavimenti in cotto grezzo poco salubri sopratutto in bagno dove possono assorbire perdite di fluidi corporei accidentali, bidet inusabile e non salutare visto che l'acqua fuoriesce da sotto i bordi dello stesso.

• Erald (10/5): Relaxing - The property was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation! We were lucky to be there by ourselves and we had the swimming pool for us only! The first 3 days were rough because of poor maintenance of the outside area but then Fabrizio showed up to cut the grass/weeds and it was a lot better!

• guillaume (2/5): Toxic and noisy !! - We were really disappointed by this place. When we enter for the first time in the apartment a very strong smell of chemicals was present. We opened the windows but it stays there and we started to feel dizzy and itchy eyes. We told the management that we wanted to cancel our reservation and they refused to do anything for us. The place is not well located, next to high traffic round about and very noisy. AVOID !

• Budai (7/5): God comfotable Rooms near of the relativly heawy trafic. - Rooms size was generous, climate control did his work fast end efficient. Driwing in and out of the property was a nightmare, because you must enter and leave the road in a blindspot of the other drivers.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Tanto potenzialmente - Prato non curato, piscina non curata, parete del corridoio della camera mal tenura. Acqua calda con scaldabagno impostato su minimo di default. Check-in presso altra sede (Hotel Serena), indicato via mail ma solo come postilla; nonostante due contatti via chat su hotels.com e una chiamata, non è mai stata fatta indicazione nè è mai stato fatto reminder di doversi recare presso altra struttura (5min in auto) per il check in. Al contatto telefonivo via call center, operatrice poco cortese. Tassa di soggiorno indicata via mail non corrispondente a realtà (4euro anziche i 2.50euro indicati). Sebbene camera e struttura abbiano un elevato potenziale, la pessima gestione ne pregiudica sia la qualita che l'ospitalità percepita. Sconsigliato a non automuniti perchè la percorribilità della strada per il centro e il lungomare di lerici non consente di muoversi a piedi
• alba (10/5): - La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. Nos cobraron a parte unas tasas turísticas de 4€ por persona y día que son superiores a las que indicaba expedía (2,50€ perdona/dia)
• Douglas (8/5): Budget-friendly hotel with complications - The property itself is really nice but checking in is a bit more difficult. When you arrive at the property you are presented with the phone number to call the reception which is located somewhere else. When I called up the woman on the phone was not very helpful and trying to give me directions to get to reception which are down the road across the Roundabout up the hill and about one kilometer away. Once I got checked in the rest of it was fairly straightforward getting back to the property obtaining the key from the lock box and then getting into the room the room was supposed to have a ironing board but didn't

• Elena (3/5): I do not recommend it. - The appartment was clean. The appartment was little equipped. Hardly any glasses and cutlery. No parasol in the garden of the appartment. The edge of the pool was dirty. It was better described as it was. Pool had to be cleaned.
• Jelena (10/5): Love it - We are traveling through Italy and I can say that this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. Lovely studio on two floors with a garden. It is much more beautiful than in the pictures. The road is right outside the house, but we didn't even hear it, and it didn't bother us. We love this place.

• P (8/5): Good for that price - Nice staff. Clean room, but a bit old style. Cold inside the room. One day was cold water in the shower. There was coffee machine, but wasn’t coffee. Would be nice to find it. Also would be nice to find iron. Also there is no possibility to go on foot to Lerici.

We were asked to go to travel 1+ km to pick up the keys upon arrival, not properly reminded / highlighted through the check in instructions… they could maybe add it in bold as part of their initial response.
