Lidt støj fra den, men ikke generende. Lille men dejligt værelse, super seng og gode hovedpuder, fint badeværelse. Dejlig morgenmad og meget hjælpsomt personale. Lille have med et par stole, hvor man kunne sidde i skyggen men dog måtte man ikke indtage mad og drikke der.

• Salomon (9/5): Pleasant place, very convenient for Linate. - The location was very convenient for us a we were flying in the morning from Linate. The inside of the house is very pleasant and the room is modern and attractive. The breakfast room and the garden are also very nice. The instructions on how to get to the house and pick up the key were very clear. The room is a bit small, but it is well equiped. Taking into account that the location is not that central, it it seems a bit expensive, but it is in line with the cost of similar accommodation in Milan.
• Kyle (9/5): A wonderful place to spend a night in Milan - The staff was very courteous and helpful. Moreover, the accomodations were modern and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The b&b is also within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars. The b&b isn't particularly close to many of Milan's primary attractions if you are walking; however, that's obviously no fault of the Conti Guest House.

• Tatiana (10/5): Very nice guest house in Milan - The room was fantastic! It was a cozy bedroom with private bathroom. All necessities were available - bottled water, towels, shampoos, etc. Breakfast area downstairs was also very nice - shared canteen with garden access. Someone may find the location uncomfortable - metro stations are not too close, but the place is well connected with tram and bus stations.

• Laura (9/5): Great place, clean and modern facilities and amazing staff! - The room was modern, organized and clean; as architects, my husband and I we specially liked the bathroom, it was well planed and very funcional. The bed was super comfortable and the linen super clean. We used the bicycles that were available what was perfect for getting to the city center very quick (just note you have to bring them back to the house before 20pm). Breakfast was good, no eggs, but a good variety of cheeses and types of bread, great cappuccino. The staff was a highlight, friendly and thoughtful! We totally recommend booking this place. The location is not the most central one but you can get to the city center in no time by tram or by bike, even walking is not a bad idea as Milan is a beautifully city with large sidewalks and lots of trees. The tram passes right on the front road, what is perfect for transportation but might be disturbing for very light sleepers that enjoy sleeping in.. but as a light sleeper myself I can say it was no problem for me at all, I heard it only one time before I got up and I guess it was not event that early.

• Gauthier (9/5): Wonderfully decorated room and nice breakfast ! - The room looks like the pictures. It is a cute house with different rooms, they are decorated with taste. Everything was clean and easy. The breakfast is perfect too! The location was a concern for me, but actually Milano is a city with many transports, it is really easy to go in the center, or to come back after an evening in Navigli. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes, We can hear the tramway in the rooms, walls are thin. However, this stops pretty early on the evening and starts pretty late in the morning, so it hasn’t been an issue for us.

Room was nicely decorated and, although a little small, it was comfortable. Close to central (25min walk or 10min tram) Only small issue was the shower had a really strong drain smell when it was running. Also not an issue but just a heads up that it is a single bed so not ideal for a couple.

Would prefer to choose own breakfast than to be served. Tram is noisy but only begins at 7am. Earplugs are an easy fix after reading reviews.
