• Lisa (10/5): Absolutely incredible, and we hope to return again one day!! - This villa is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking, and everything feels fresh, immaculate, and thoughtfully maintained. Our host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met — from a fully stocked fridge and beautifully equipped kitchen to those small but meaningful touches, like a milk frother for our morning coffee, plenty of bottled water, fresh bread, and delicious home-made food delivery. We'd recommend renting a car, and worth noting that the approach to the villa involves a fairly steep climb — but the reward is more than worth it. Having explored Naxos, I can confidently say this villa is perfectly situated for the most spectacular scenery the island has to offer. Start your mornings watching a gorgeous sunrise from the deck with a coffee in hand. End your evenings at a peaceful beach just a three-minute drive away, where the sunsets are simply magnificent. A truly one-of-a-kind rental — we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our host communicated well ahead of time to set up time to meet to make sure we got there and were settled in. Breakfast items were provided for us and we enjoyed the special treats that were dropped off the second day of our stay. Nothing could have been better than if we could have stayed longer.

Recht gut gelegen, allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben. Gute Aussicht, allerdings sehr, sehr windig und daher zu kalt um in dem traumhaften Pool zu baden.... im Sommer aber sicher eine Superlocation!! Lage gegen Osten - keine Abendsonne. Ganz oben auf dem Berg und daher sehr, sehr windig.

• Siobhan (10/5): If I could rate it higher I would! - This villa is an absolute MUST if you are visiting Naxos. From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff were so friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was large and incredibly soft, ensuring the best sleep. One of the highlights was the daily stocked fridge, complete with fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, ham, cheese, spreads, juice, milk, and water. This is such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. My partner loved it so much that he didn’t want to leave the villa for the entire three days we were there! We couldn’t recommend it more highly and can’t wait to come back. - The Villa is far away from anything so you will need a car or other mode of transportation (Ubers and taxis are pretty expensive on the island).

In addition to breakfast fixings provided, we were treated to homemade desserts and spinach and cheese pies. So good and such a treat to eat on the outdoor patio after using the plunge pool. Appreciated the quiet location out of town. Follow directions from the host if driving. Google maps will lead you astray.
• James (10/5): Perfect Villa on a great island very well priced - Very well appointed villa in a great location on a hill facing east. The villa had a kitchen and was well stocked with fruit, Greek Yoghurt, bread, and other breakfast foods. The bed was comfortable and we slept perfectly. The plunge pool was perfect and faced the island. The location was quiet but lovely for a quiet holiday. Perfect for me also to do some holiday work as well. We had to leave too soon

• Beach (10/5): Incredible Place to Stay - This place is incredible!! We stayed in a suite for 2 nights (Icarus) and a villa for 2 nights (Hermes) and both were amazing. The views are out of this world both day and night. We used the grill a couple of nights and had wonderful dinners looking out at the water. The staff was so attentive - and brought us treats in addition to the breakfast ingredients provided. I would 100% recommend this place - and hope we can come back soon!!!

We would wake up and cook breakfast, explore the island (rent a car), and come back for a dip in the pool before heading into town for dinner. Amazing hotel. John was very friendly and helpful.

Our hosts John and Spyros were super helpful - with travel tips, a well stocked refrig, water, coffee and treats! Amazing Well the driveway up is paved but a little steep. That is what’s needed to have a fabulous view!!!

Our host John was very attentive, helping us with every detail during our stay. Not a dislike for the property, but we were there late July and the weather was very hot and high winds everyday, so be prepared for that! Also if you happen to be allergic to cats, you should know there are 2or 3 cats that hang around. We love animals, so the cats were great company for us as they were friendly.

• Garrido (9/5): Highly recommend! A beautiful property with lovely hosts. - We stayed in the Eros Suite, and the views were amazing. The suite was very clean. Upon arrival, we let the host know we were vegan, and they brought us vegan treats every day (spinach pie, desserts, etc). We enjoyed laying out on the lounge chairs and swimming in the plunge pool. The bed was also very comfortable. Naxos rock villas is a true family establishment. The owner, John, was available at all times if we needed anything and was very welcoming upon arrival. My only suggestion to the owners is to let guests know directions on how to get to the villas in advance. The villas are on the very top of a steep hill, and there is no sign indicating Naxos Rock Villas at the front, so it was a bit confusing to know if we were in the correct location upon arrival.

Our time spent at Naxos Rock Villas was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect with a breathtaking view of Chora in one direction and the beaches in another. We stayed in one of the deluxe suites, and everything was impeccable. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the terrace with your own private infinity pool was too wonderful for words. It was so quiet and peaceful. However, the best part of all was our lovely and attentive hostess, Zeina. She pampered us with yummy pastries on our first day there and gave us thoughtful parting gifts. We greatly appreciated all her insights and recommendations on the island. We sought out the pastry Galaktoboureko in the village of Chalki per her urging. It was amazing. I would return to Naxos Rock Villas in a heartbeat. I didn't like that I had to leave!

John was managing the property during our stay and he is extremely passionate about every detail of the properties he has spent over 20 years building! he is also easily contacted for anything during your stay through WhatsApp. we so enjoyed the breakfast provisions that were in the fridge and kitchen for us upon our arrival. it is truly everything they you could need for a good hearty breakfast in the mornings which is great considering there is no restaurant on site and the nearest restaurants would require driving. We also loved receiving small treats daily left for us by the staff upon our return to the villa from the days activities. Such a nice touch! The villa has a gorgeous view over the water and the town Chora over the SUNRISE. The sunset is only visible (to the left from balcony or driving back up the hill to the villas) somewhat as it sets behind the mountain. The villas are also very close to some nice beaches that have tables/chairs/umbrellas and restaurants all along the beach (we went to Agia Anna Beach). First let me preface this by saying that there were some high winds during our stay (although I am sure they is customary for Naxos). From the second day onward, we expedited intermittent power issues. On the morning of the second day, we woke up to not power or water. A quick WhatsApp message to John and he was on it. He activated the proprieties generators to supply water and contacted the local power company to come out a fix the issue. He communicated with us through it all! Luckily we were heading out for the day. Over the next 2 days, we had intermittent power outages (lasting usually only a few minutes each) concentrated during our mornings on the property. It can however make it tricky to scramble and fry eggs when the power keeps cutting off. We had a riches plan daily so we only had the issues during our times at the villa in the mornings and can not speak to if they issue persisted throughout that day. We can say how we that we seldomly or less frequently had the issue at night when we were at the villas. We are insider if this was an isolated set of incidences connected to the wind (as we had no issues on our first afternoon onward throughout the first evening) or if this is something that occurs more frequently. Just something to be aware of as a possibility so you can prepare.

• Trona (10/5): It was FABULOUS! - This was a fabulous property with unbelievable views. We loved everything including the host Zina. She made sure everything was taken care of and even made us chocolates. Highly recommend!! The only negative was needing a taxi to go to town but it was easy and our view was worth it.
• Michael (10/5): A wonderful gem in Naxos!!!!! - The property was amazing. We stayed in the Aeolus villa and I can’t recommend it enough!! Zina was the consummate hostess. She was a warm and lovely person and told us all the best things to do, places to eat. We even had massages right on our terrace overlooking the ocean. Our stay at Naxos Rock Villas was truly the highlight of our vacation in Greece. It is definitely a 10/10!!!!! There was nothing you can’t like!
• Jenny (10/5): Everything we could wish for... - Our stay at Naxos Rock Villas was the perfect blend of a Luxury Escape with the warmth of Family. The moment we arrived at the property we were welcomed by our host, Zina. Possibly one of the warmest and most passionate people we have had the pleasure of meeting. From her knowledge of the Island and Greek mythology, to her kindness, hospitality and delicious treats she left for us in our room...we could not have asked for a nicer experience - a truly wonderful soul. Our room had a private pool, outdoor setting and an enchanting view of the Mountains, Sea and Naxos town centre. Capturing the sunrise here was magical, and enjoying the local wine that was included with our room in that setting was just perfect after walking to the nearby beach. We absolutely loved our time here and look forward to returning in the future!

• Nathan (8/5): Very good - beautiful view of the harbor and beach hard to find, Google maps tried to take us through a closed road. Also, we received a message from the Villa asking if we would like a taxi and for our ferry information, never heard back from them and ended up renting a car. Villa also apparently didn’t have our reservation on their calendar so they weren’t ready for our arrival. But, the room was clean and good to go, and Zina was nice

• Rad (10/5): A true Greek experience with a wonderful greek host and the most amazing views! - Zena was just the best host, she gave us great tips about what to see around the island. She helped book a rental car for us as well as made 2 dinner reservations for us. Not to mention the fresh fruit she brought to us from her garden! I will be coming back to stay with them! Best experience you could wish for. Nothing!
