• Mark (6/5): Room we received, not worth the price. - We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station.

• Daniel (4/5): Horrible - As soon as you book, they send you a message that the place is a hostel attached to a 4 star hotel and maybe I would be happier if I upgraded. It was priced like a hotel. Since I was just staying the night between trains, I decided to be cheap in this overpriced town. When I arrived, the front desk person told me how to find the room, sort of. I had to take the elevator to 1, walk down a 1/2 flight of stairs, then walk to the end of the hall. That wasn't true. An arrow then pointed to go up a flight of stairs. There did not seem to be any rooms there. There was a dark unmarked hallway, that looked like a storage area. If you went down the hall and turned, there was the room. It was a dark dingy room. To get fresh air, I opened the window, but there was a rooftop/landing outside and anyone could have come in. If you advertise that the hotel has an elevator, you should not claim that if the elevator does not go to the floor on which your room is located. When I got up in the morning the hall light was switched off and did not go on with a sensor. I had to hind my way in the pitch black.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Petit Steffani is a small section of the bigger Steffani hotel. It is quite a dated section. The room was not as nice as the photo but was still comfortable enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in the center of St Moritz. The pool and sauna were absolutely luxurious and a nice way to relax after a big day out. The breakfast was simple but a good start to the day. It's expensive (like everything in St Moritz) but a nice night's stay.

I knew we had to share facilities, but was not prepared for a ridiculous shower, which was essentially a shower cubicle with a lockable door - nowhere to put towels and robes out of the way.

• Ming Kin (6/5): Overall is good regarding to the price - Breakfast is good have have free shuttle bus to train station. My budget single room have stinky smell and the shared bathroom is really small and no place to put towel and clothes.
• KIT YING (4/5): disappointed room which was not worth - The room is totally different from what I saw in the photo when I booked. We were so disappointed that the room was so shabby and tiny which totally not worth for over Chf 140 per night and the hotel claimed to be a 4 starred hotel. We had told the reception lady that our room was not the same as the photo shown when we booked and the lady told us it was the old photo...that was nothing we would do. The only thing which would be considered great were the breakfast and the free shuttle bus, yet the shuttle bus operated in fixed time, which was not flexible. The hotel was a bit far from main train station
• Ramiro (8/5): Everything OK - The room was OK. Clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. Free transfer to train station. Breakfast was great, many options, and cappuccinos (instead of the always tasteless hotel's coffee) . Location is very good, near restaurants, stores, the lake and less than ten minutes walking to the train station.
• Paul (10/5): Great deal with access to 4-star hotel facilities. - This is part of the Steffani Hotel, which means you get to enjoy all the perks of the 4-star hotel, but the rooms seem to be a part of a previous hostel or annex. We booked it because it was all we could find at the last minute but were pleasantly surprised that we could use all the facilities (wellness centre, robes, ski room, great breakfast) as if we were guests of the regular hotel. We had a sink in our room but the toilet was shared and across the hall. The shower was also shared and, for some reason, opens up right onto the hallway. But overall it was a very good value even though we had a tiny room with two single beds. The gondola is just a few minutes walk away, and you're right in town. Probably the best deal in all of St. Moritz!
• Hawkzzz (6/5): - must have missed something when I booked the room. Plain Jane room with no TV and a microscopic sink. Shared a toilet with 3 other rooms. Two bus tour groups where talking at breakfast (breakfast was good) about how plush and comfortable their rooms were. I think I must have gotten a "back packers special". The location was very good for an over night while taking the Glacier Express Train from St Moritz to Zermatt. The hotel provided a quick run to the Train station.
• Jeff (8/5): - Unknowingly I was booked into a "hostel" style of room, which was like a dungeon. The desk clerk upgraded me to a normal room at no extra charge.

• Wei (10/5): - Old style clean hotel with very nice staff, the breakfast was great with many choice. Window view is not great in my room but it is not important that I did not stay the room at day time.

• Jo Ann (10/5): A Charming Hotel - This family run hotel has old world charm, excellent food, generous breakfast included, and shuttle service to and from the train station. The bus stop is close to the hotel. A good choice for travelers.
• Barb (6/5): - The hotel generally had a 'moth balls' feel. Our room, being in the hostel, was tucked away. The room was extremely expensive for what we got.
• Lee Lian (10/5): Everything is perfect!!! - The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My room is clean and spacious for 2 twin beds. The shared bathroom & toilet even though very small, but very clean. The hotel also arrange pickup and drop off at train station. The breakfast is nice too. What’s more, I am staying at the hostel style room, but I can use the facility of hotel like swimming, sauna & spa. I will go back to this hotel next time.
• gayle (10/5): - This hotel was as we expected and we enjoyed our overnight stay. The only down side was being left at the station to wait when we had requested a pickup. We were given an upgrade to Hotel Steffani when we arrived in a taxi as we were on the list but that had been missed somehow. The staff were vey apologetic. The hotel dining room is beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast offered to guests.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Friendly staff in traditional hotel - Friendly helpful staff, free shuttle from station, good sized room with large bathroom in traditional Swiss hotel. Included breakfast was excellent. Certainly recommend this hotel.
• Scott (4/5): Bars on the window - The room was a very small dorm-like space with no toilet or shower/bath in the room. One needed to walk down the hall for these facilities. To top things off there were bars on the window that would have prevented escape in an emergency. Cost/benefit of this room was skewed toward cost. I'd not stay here again!
• Steve and Julie (8/5): The Steffani Hotel - Perfect Location - This hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of St. Moritz. The staff dressed in traditional clothing were marvellous ... Clio and Raffaella at reception were delightful and very helpful throughout our short stay. Andrea at the bar and table service was also fantastic ... and the 4 course dinner was well worth the 50CHF. We were given an upgrade which was unexpected but really appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in S. Moritz.

• Cece (10/5): Nice place to stay in St Moritz - We got there with the Glacier Express. The front desk workers were really friendly. They have a nice shuttle to the train station and the breakfast buffet was great. We booked for petit Steffani and they gave us an upgrade to the Steffani Hotel.
• lisa (8/5): Comfort room with a private bath& - We got a nice room with a private bathroom. The bathroom was nice and bigger than a lot of hotel rooms we stayed. We like the location, and the free shuttle bus from the airport.
• Howshinn (6/5): - Hotel is old, you can hear the door open sound from next room, no elivator directly to first floor, we have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs to our room, very incinvient.
