• Aleksandra (6/5): Not a right place for holidays - Location is good I didn't get any response regarding the mentioned transfer from the airport. When I came there, I had to wait 30 minutes. The owner/manager didn't speak any English and was grumpy. No lift, and before I came to my 4th floor, I saw dirty bedlinen and trash on each floor... The facilities were cleaned, though. Maybe for 1 night, this place would be okay, but for holidays no-no-never.

• Ayazhan (8/5): Nice - hotel’s location is not bad. It’s not far from the pier, but it’s quite a walk to Çalış Beach, and buses don’t run very often. You can also walk there — the coastline here is beautiful. I liked that the room was very clean. The bathroom was also clean. It’s great that there’s a balcony, so you can hang freshly washed clothes on the drying rope outside. When I checked in, the air conditioner was already on — it was nice that the staff had thought of that, so after the heat outside, you step into a cool room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only two downsides for me as a solo traveler were: 1. There’s no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor by myself. 2. The additional lock on the room door didn’t work — the door just opens and closes with the key card. It’s a bit unsettling, since someone could potentially enter if they had a duplicate card. Before bed, I couldn’t fall asleep for a while because all night long someone kept opening and closing doors in the neighboring rooms. I’m not sure if it was the staff or other guests, but it was a bit scary — I ended up propping the door with a chair 😅. Overall, though, the hotel looks neat, and I would stay here again because the price is good, the rooms are in great condition, and the staff is nice — they helped me get oriented in the area. But I probably wouldn’t come again if I had a heavy suitcase 😅.

Özellikle Elvan Hanım ve Zeynep Hanım’ın güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel yaklaşımları, kendimi evimde gibi hissetmemi sağladı. Tüm detaylarda misafir memnuniyetine verilen özeni görmek mümkündü. Bu sıcak ve özverili hizmet için teşekkür eder, gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar tercih edeceğimi belirtmek isterim.

• soner (6/5): - Hotel odaları genel olarak temizdi ancak buzdolabı bozuktu. Bildirdik durumu. Tamir edildiği söylendi ama hala çalışmıyordu. Cam kırıldı ve yerleri doğru düzgün temizlemediler. Cam parçaları yerde kaldı. Resepsiyondaki bazı çalışanların işletmeden haberleri yoktu. Pek memnun kalmadık.

• Ebru (2/5): No way ! - Odalar çok bakımsız. Balkon kuş pisliği içindeydi, kullanamadık. Duşakabin ve tahret musluğu bozuktu. Asansör olmaması özellikle valizleri taşımada zorladı. Konumu çok güzel, orada keşke başka alternatifler olsa. The rooms were very poorly maintained. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, so we couldn’t use it. The shower cabin and bidet spray were broken. The lack of an elevator made carrying our luggage especially difficult. The location is great—if only there were other alternatives in the area.

• María (9/5): Nice room to stay near the centre of Fethiye - Nice room. Clean, spacious with a beautiful terrace facing the sea. Amazing shower. The receptionist was very kind. Location was very good as well. Nothing. All was good.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Off season booking - Booked a twin room but upon arriving we were informed they did not have any available so we were kindly given a second room. Shower was good. Breakfast was not available. Biggest issue was that they did not have quilt covers! So we had to wrap random blankets in sheets as a quilt. It seems we booked in the off season and the hotel were not adequately prepared for guests. Good location close to the promenade.

• 冯晓婉 (9/5): I am glad I stayed in this hotel! - Love the location, it is not too touristy but it is close to everything, there is a mini fridge and a kettle in the room. We fell in love with Fethiye in our trip, it is so close to the marina. There is a bakery nearby. Cleaning lady is nice. There is so much to see or to do in Fethiye. Don't recommend Cali beach or even the area near the beach. Super touristy and commercial. Love where Kayi is based that you get to see what life Turkish people have. nothing

• Mary (8/5): Enjoyable stay - and I would definitely stay there again - We really enjoyed staying at this quiet hotel off the main road. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Though off the main road, it was only a 4 minute walk to the area where you may push a button to summon a taxi - right beside a little park on the seashore. Trips to the old area of town were very affordable. The main road runs by the beach and there are many nice restaurants and bars along the way. Inside the room, the mattress was extremely comfortable. I slept well every night we stayed - and we stayed an extra night as we were enjoying Fethiye so much. There is an area on the balcony to hang wet clothing and relax outside. As it is in a neighborhood, the feeling of the place was very comfortable. Only a couple of things - the rainwater shower head in our room did not work, which disappointed me a little...but the rest of the shower facility and bathroom were great. The curtains were not very secure and I accidentally pulled one down while opening it. It was, however, fixed promptly when I let the day manager know.
• Saqib (5/5): Worthless place. Non supportive & rude staff. I haven’t seen such staff in whole turkey as I visited Istanbul, antal - Only location The staff was non cooperative. We booked & paid for a room in the picture at kayi hotel whereas room was given in some other hotel. We got stuck at the lift. It wasn’t working. Instead of being apologetic, when we got off the lift after 15mins, once we asked the staff, they misbehaved. It’s better to book some other room in same vicinity. There are a lot of hotels nearby. The room was very small which doesn’t worth that much money.

• Sadik Ahmet (6/5): Değerlendirme - Tuvaletlerde sarı lekeler vardı, temizlik yeterli değildi. Banyo gideri tıkalıydı, duş aldığımızda su gölleşmeleri oluyordu. Yataklar gelişi güzel kapatılıyordu ve çarşaflar değişmiyordu. Resepsiyonun tavrı iyiydi ve güleryüzlülerdi.
• simon (6/5): Not as it said on the tin. - I stayed at this property some years back and it was very good, sadly it is now in need of some TLC and this may be the fault of hotel.com but there is no breakfast let alone a free one as the cafe is no longer in operation, somewhat dissapointed. However good breakfast can be found nearby, good location for exploring the town.
• Lenara (6/5): The hotel offers reasonable value for the price, but the customer service requires improvement. - The hotel is well-located near restaurants and a pleasant seaside walkway, though there's no swimmable beach nearby. The premises were clean, but the towels were rough and could benefit from ironing. Most aspects were satisfactory, but the receptionists were notably unfriendly and unhelpful.

Gosterdikleri yerde ne klima nede tv calismiyordu. Soyledigimiz halde ilgilenmediler.

Stay away from this place, very big disappointment after reasonably good reviews on booking.com and tripadvisor. I have no idea where those guys get such high rating!

The room was spacious with bathroom and balcony. Unfortunately they do not serve the breakfasts but close by you have a lot of coffees where you can easily have one. Very good price quality value, recommended!

• Linda (1/5): Very disappointing - small, cramped, pokey and very out dated - Location OK The room was so cramped. Sloping ceiling in bathroom meant we were unable to stand up straight in front of sink. The shower drain was blocked and water overflowed. Large window that looked directly into another guests balance so they were walking past and looking directly into our room. When we tried to pull the curtains closed they partially came off the rail. When they were closed is then made the room dark and horrible. One tiny wardrobe - nowhere to unpack and store clothes and belongings. Bed was very uncomfortable. Overall cleanliness was not good.

• Anastasia (8/5): Very good - There's everything you need in the room (except for coffee), it's quite spacious. There's a nice balcony with outdoor furniture and a rope to dry your swimming suit. Very comfortable bathroom, nice clean towels, mosquito nets everywhere. Some excellent restaurants for breakfast and dinner are situated in the nearby. Some torn curtains and electric sockets falling out of the wall. The door to the room is easily movable by draught if you prefer to sleep with an open window. Absence of smaller lights like bra near the bed - there's only one lamp in the middle and an option to switch on the blue lights...which is suitable for a disco party but not for a bedroom)

• Satoko (4/5): チェックイン時にパスポート写真のページを思いっきり折られて腹立たしい - チェックイン時にフロントがおらず20分位待たされた挙句、IDとして渡したパスポート写真のページをコピーするでなくフロントのオジさんの個人スマホで写真を撮っていた。その際に思いっきりヘンな場所でキツく折られたので、残存期間9年のパスポートが傷物になった。 部屋自体は可もなく不可もないが、４階のみ階段部分の照明が点かず、危うく階段を踏み外すところだった。

The view on Mandraki Port is incredible. The breakfast is good. Location of hotel is the best. If your main goal is sightseeing, this hotel is the best choice. Highly recommend
• Dominic (8/5): Very good - The staff are amazing happy, hospitable and helpful. The cleaner is lovely bless her, help her out if she washes your clothes or just give her a tip. I won't explain her life here but she would appreciate the tip. I stayed a month here having dental work done at Holident who I also highly recommend. My stay at the hotel was very comfortable; bed was very comfortable, the room had a fridge, close to amenities, balcony for smokers, extra bed linen, plenty of fresh towels, attended reception 24/7 and clean. My only criticism would be dirty hand prints on the white paint but that's a minor issue and just me wanting to give it a paint. You can walk 50 meters to the sea and either turn left for the Tuesday Market, fish Market, Old Town and marina(great pides bar/restaurant opposite the holident dentist on the marina) You can also walk 50m to the promenade and turn left to an amazing park, rivers, bird sanctuary and Calis beach. As for the hotel I highly recommend 👌

It's so clean modern...kettle in your room too...and a few toiletries to get the by the 1st 2 nights...a fridge ... staff are lovely.... really lovely place to stay I have just got back Dec.... the only thing I would say... as it gets cold at night.. its a couple of blankets are needed for bed.... there is a heater.. but I can't sleep with the noise of it and prefer throws for the bed.. other than that a perfect stay... thank you...
