Despues de un dia de trabajo es algo importante.
- CECILE (9/5): - La cour intérieure de cet hotel est super belle, l'accueil fut sympathique avec toutes les petites attentions appréciables. On visite très facilement la ville La Laguna à partir de l'hôtel (très jolie). L'isolation de notre chambre qui donnait sur une rue latérale est moyenne. Le lit est confortable et le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais pas à la hauteur du cadre. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Vers 23h, nous avons eu la surprise de voir entrer dans notre chambre un membre du personnel qui n'a pas attendu que nous lui ouvrions la porte ... extrêmement désagréable ! vérification faite, la chambre ne peut pas être fermée de l'intérieur, cela aurait été utile compte tenu de ces circonstances. L'hôtel s'est platement excusé pour cette erreur.

Camera confortevole e spaziosa, bagno ampio e funzionale, letti (due letti singoli) comodi. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. Purtroppo il parcheggio nella struttura non era utilizzabile a causa di lavori stradali in zona e questo ha reso decisamente complicato raggiungere l'hotel per una persona che ha difficoltà a camminare. La qualità della cena non è stata all'altezza, in particolare sia la carne che il pesce erano cotti male.

- Ingrid (9/5): Hotel con mucho encanto en La Laguna - EL hotel es espectacular, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y el ambiente es encantador. Hay zonas comunes de todos los estilos: El hall colonial con el baranexo, un patio tropical para fumadores... pero la terraza superior es increible. Zona de piscina,de Jacuzzi y de chill out. Gimnasio completo. Personal muy agradable y dedicado, todo facilidades. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y bien distribuidas, cama muy cómoda. El desayuno es pequeño pero de excelente calidad: café recién molido, zumo de naranja recién exprimido, repostería casera, comida caliente recién hecha y opciones para celíacos y veganos. Parada perfecta para congresos o eventos en el entorno universitario o para una visita a Tenerife. Durante nuestra estancia no pudimos disfrutar del aparcamiento por obras municipales ajenas al Hotel. Hay varios aparcamientos de pago en los alrededores y plazas públicas en calles colindantes.

- Maria Del Carmen (9/5): Escapada de lujo. - Hotel precioso, super acogedor, tranquilo, decoracion maravillosa excepto en los baños, con restaurante, servicio impecable por parte del personal, tremendamente limpio, muy bien situado. Pagué más por una habitación con terraza pero no nos valió la pena, pues es un espacio compartido con el resto de huéspedes de las habitaciones colindantes, sin separación, y además tiene unos helechos colgantes encima, con riego por goteo, y tanto las mesas como las sillas y el suelo están mojados constantemente porque cae el agua desde arriba. No pudimos usarlos en todo el tiempo. También consideramos que deberían cambiar los baños por completo, están anticuados para el tipo de hotel y sería más conveniente y seguro un plato de ducha.

El chico de recepción muy amable avisando que no había parking y guardándome la maleta para ir a otro público cercano (5min andando 7,5€/día). La habitación a penas tenía luz, ni natural, ni artificial. La relación calidad/precio no es buena, el hotel posturea pero creo que no vale lo que cuesta una habitación una noche.

- Célia (10/5): - Tout, comme d'habitude. De la chambre au restaurant en passant par l'emplacement. Respect des souhaits, un vrai 4 étoiles ! Rien. Quand j'ai été infidèle en choisissant un autre hotel de même catégorie, je l'ai amèrement regretté!

- Thomas (9/5): Pour les amoureux de l’histoire - L’emplacement au top pour les amoureux de l’histoire, le personnel aimable, l’ambiance dans les espaces communs, le jacuzzi sur le toit avec la vue sur les toits de la ville. Les coussins trop élevés, malgré un lot à mémoire de forme demandé mais qui n’en était pas vraiment, la fenêtre qui se fermait mal et qui n’isolait pas du bruit dehors.

- MARIA (9/5): - Top locatie, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, mooie kamers in centrum stad maar toch rustig. Er heerste een prettige sfeer in het hotel, vriendelijke bediening.
- Nazara Hdez Glez (9/5): En pleno centro de La Laguna, con unas vistas privilegiadas desde su azotea - Camas super cómodas y habitación confortable. Un desayuno variado, cuidado y con productos locales. El jacuzzi en la azotea nos resultó una forma excelente de disfrutar las vistas de la ciudad. El uso de flores en cada rincón para decorar, un detallazo. Algunos acabados en la habitación denotaban falta de mantenimiento, al igual que los pasillos hacia las habitaciones, se apreciaban desniveles notables. Igual algunas zonas acristaladas o los jardines. En un hotel con tantos detalles y una decoración tan refinada, esos pequeños defectos resaltaban a la vista. No obstante, volveríamos sin pensarlo.
