Madrasser og puder er meget hårde. Morgenmaden er mangelfuld, idet der ikke fyldes op, så gæsterne står og venter. Der lægges 4 croissanter ud, frugtskåle er tomme allerede ved morgenmadsbuffetens start. Udvalget er ellers fint. Baren var slet ikke åben.

Mal mantingut, habitació sense llum per llegir al llit, sense quadres. La porta de l'ascensor de la PB ratlla el paviment fent soroll. Havia demanat llit de matrimoni, i no el van posar. En fi, la relació qualitat/preu NO es correcte. La nit costava 120€ els serveis i instal.lacions eren d'alberg de joventut, no hi tornaré.

• Aaron (6/5): Pleasant stay, okay for starting the GR221. Quite expensive for what it is. - Fantastic location with some really good views. Room was basic but the bed was comfortable. Balcony was good. Previous reviews about the bar next door being loud can be ignored, reasonable noise level all night. Lots of good seafront restaurants nearby. Passports were taken for 3 hours upon check in to allow them to calculate tourist tax etc. Not keen on this as other hotels in the region have simply scanned the passport, possibly an upgrade to the system necessary. Quite expensive for what it is due to little to no seafront competition. No other complaints.

Hotel was quite run down desperately in need of upgrade. No facility for charging phones. Lift did not work. Stairs difficult to manage far from user friendly poor lighting in some areas In all quite basic for the price paid
• Nicholas (7/5): Great staff, fantastic location! - Staff are lovely, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the hotel is very clean. I had asked for a sea view, I didn't pay for one of the sea front rooms but they my window did face out of the port which was great. The rooms are pretty basic, this is fine for me but others may expect more. The lift doesn't seem to work which was a problem for one of our party.
• Manfred (9/5): - Die Lage am Hafenbecken von Port Andratx ist einmalig schön. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine große Anzahl Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst ist nicht mehr neu, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist auch umfangreich und gut.

Didn’t like having to walk up 2 flights of stairs to our room as we’re over 80!!! There was a lift but it hadn’t gone for years. Also Tim’s bar was very close so sometimes people singing and playing guitars until 3/4in the morning.

Nowhere to sit in the sun - Central - £269 3star hotel too expensive-poor breakfast serve yourself-clear your own table -put waste on a central table -all decor done on the cheap No glasses or anything like removed from room -nothing moved or tidied Had to go to a public bar and restaurant to get a drink-nothing in hotel was a bar but was not used !! Decor very disappointing. No sunbeds anywhere on the property although a sunbed is shown on the website on a balcony—when I pointed this out to reception they made out it wasn’t a photo of the hotel 🤷‍♂️

Bei 35 Grad würde man sich über ein kaltes Glas Wasser freuen. Absolutes No-Go. Keine Minibar, keine Nachttisch Lampe. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht in der Temperatur geregelt werden. Kein funktionierender Aufzug. Insgesamt hat das Hotel den Charme einer Jugendherberge.

Xx An elevator would be great but we understand it’s not possible right now and we knew that before booking so it was not a surprise. Our bags were brought to our rooms on the 3rd floor no problem.
• Francesco (1/5): Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Dirty Conditions - Only the position I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. For 5 of those days, my bathroom was broken. I reported the issue immediately, and instead of fixing it promptly or offering a room change, the only “solution” provided was placing towels on the floor to manage the mess. When I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I was only later offered a smaller room than the one I had originally paid for — clearly not a fair option. The receptionist, Eva, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even listen to my concerns. At check-out, I politely asked if the hotel would offer anything to make up for the situation (not a big discount, just even a night or some gesture), and I was flatly told “no.” Eva insisted the issue was fixed on Monday because maintenance wasn’t available over the weekend. But when I showed her photos proving the issue was still ongoing even on Wednesday, she changed her story, saying the part hadn’t arrived. This lack of consistent communication shows poor management and very little care for guests. To make matters worse, she told me I had actually been placed in a better room than the one I booked — something I was never informed of and only found out on the last day. That doesn’t justify the poor treatment or service. The cleanliness of the hotel is also unacceptable. The room was often dirty, and I even found worms in the room — a clear sign that proper cleaning isn’t being done. The bathroom had a small window that connects to the neighboring room, meaning I could hear everything, including loud music, which disturbed me throughout my stay. I do not recommend this hotel and would not return. The lack of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care was truly disappointing.

• Mila (6/5): Not the worst place to stay but only as a base rather than a place to relax - As mentioned by other reviewers, the location is great - although the hotel is next to bars and restaurants, I didn’t find the outside noise too loud. Breakfast was quite basic, but had everything one needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made the stay pleasant. The rooms are massively outdated - the walls are paper thin and if you have a loud neighbour (like I did) you might really struggle to sleep. The other major issue is the aircons which drip on the floor, make rattling noises and don’t work properly so it was not possible to cool down the room to a comfortable temperature level. There is also no mini fridge in the room and although the staff was kind enough to provide me with ice cubes whenever I asked, a mini-fridge would have obviously been much more convenient (and is standard even for the most basic hotel).

Property needs a full renovation - it’ll be interesting to see what Cappuccino will be like when they open next year.

Tim's bar next door very noisey with customers out in the road up to 1.00am Incredibly inconsiderate to locals and hotel residents. Ear plugs for us next time

• 808stewd (6/5): Not great for a good nights sleep - The location is everything. The other reviews sum it up well. You need to be fit to get your bags to your room and the lack of effort to open the bar and be more welcoming is disappointing. The main issue is Tim's bar down below serving late and not controlling the noise in any way what so ever. One night you could perhaps put up with it but not all 4 nights. Couldn't wait to leave and go to Palma which was already planned. Clearly different ways of enforcing noise control in Mallorca as Tim's would be shut within 2 mths in the UK

Das Hotel ist ein "wenig" in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Aber wie gesagt, super freundliches Personal und Top Blick auf den Hafen!

• J3985TRlisae (4/5): Overpriced and run down, no elevator - The Brismar is in a great location, right on the port in the heart of everything BUT this hotel is very run down, no elevator, sparse rooms with no amenities or charm. The three flights of stairs with suitcases was not easy and we are fit athletic adults. We had one of their most expensive rooms with a balcony and sea view. Nice view but balcony needed to be rehabbed. We definitely overpaid for what we got but we wanted to be on the port and no other real options. We would not stay here again.

The hotel was meant to have undergone a refurbishment, unfortunately it was more a cursory makeover and disappointing. The rooms were very basic, and cheaply furnished. More akin to a hostel. The door locks and handles all look like all felt like they could fail at any moment.

One central light, no side lights. Balcony overlooking the car park No lift Bar closed for refurbishment, we think. Not mentioned when we we booked.
• Donna (8/5): A perfect few days in Andratx - Location was perfect, right on the water and surrunded by restaurants and bars, carpark at the back for just 5 Euros per day was great too. Lots of beaches nearby. Breakfast ws delicious, and lovely to sit on the front terrace overlooking the water and watching the early morning goings about of the local people. We loved having a sea view balcony too. We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift!

If the rooms was upgraded this could be a luxe hotel. One night for 220 without a renovated room is fairly expensive.
• T1058LAlisaj (6/5): Lovely location but average hotel - Pros: Great location, amazing views, rooms cleaned daily, staff very helpful Cons: Lift out of order (apparently unrepairable, lift is from the 1960s) Basics missing from room eg, no hairdryer, hand soap, full length mirror or fridge to keep drinks cool. Kettle provided but only flimsy paper cups for tea or coffee (accident waiting to happen) we asked for 2 china cups from restaurant, the following day cleaners had taken them back! Very noisy at night, loud music and crowds in the bars below until 1am The terrace at the hotel wont serve drinks, a shame as it has a lovely view and nice and cool in the day to just chill but you have to have drinks from the bar across the road, which is very busy and sometimes there are no tables free. Overall this hotel has so much potential to be fabulous as its location and views are second to none but it is very tired and in need of a little TLC.

• Ava_xoxo (4/5): Great location but update needed! - My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, we wouldn't choose to stay here again. Upon arriving at our room, we found peeling wallpaper in several spots, marks on the bedding, and a few hairs both on the bedding and in the bathroom. We reported these issues to reception and showed the staff member our room. She seemed surprised and even insinuated that we might have caused the wallpaper damage. Although we were moved to a better room, the hotel overall needs a significant makeover. Additionally, our room was missing essentials such as an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and mini fridge. The air conditioning unit also dripped water every time we turned it on. While the location is excellent, the decor and service leave much to be desired.
• Kate (8/5): Excellent value in perfect spot - Location perfect, in the middle of the restaurants and bars, amazing view, room very clean, large beds, comfy linen, staff excellent, lovely breakfast with exceptional views. Great value for the perfect spot in Port d’Andratx. Hotel in places is a little tired but keeps in line with the traditional feel character of old building so I was fine with that. Rooms are a little noisy.

• John (5/5): Take your ear plugs and an eye mask. Have a sea view room. - This hotel is all about location, location and also location. It has nothing else to recommend it. The staff try their best and are very willing. Fortunately Cafe Cappuccino is right outside the door and serve a very good breakfast. However the hotel is being refurbished and the first review I wrote said that I looked forwards to revisiting when I could experience the new rooms, as the one we were in was poor. However, my wife just pointed out that we were in a refurbished room, which leaves me a bit disappointed.

Our room had paper thin walls we could hear everything next door this is serious and needs to be addressed. Decor dated. No safe. No aircon. Paper cups for tea and coffee in room. Bathroom door with old battered door we had to lock it to keep it closed. Old shower with curtain. We were warned about lack of hot water only warm but no compensation made. I hope the update is completed soon
