• Karen (8/5): Really pleasant stay - The rooms were really comfortable Loved the bed and soft pillows Staff at the front desk were very helpful when we needed advice and some printing done Quite a quirky room! Breakfast was very plentiful! One of the best laid out buffets I’ve had, some didn’t hit the mark, scrambled eggs didn’t look appetising so didn’t have them Finally worked out the train system then it was time to leave 😅 Needed some maintenance. The shower holder popped out from the bottom when I was trying to turn the water spray to my height The bed was chipped around the edges and I could see some of the skirting board coming off. I still really enjoyed my stay.

Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, voldoende keuze. de parking bij het hotel zéér duur voor 1 nacht

The man on reception was so helpful on check in and out and held our bags while we went out after check out. Room was so spacious and super clean had everything we needed and more.Highly recommend N/A

There were stains in the toilet, the bed smelled awful, all the towels were stained, and there were no hotel slippers, toothbrushes, etc. The hotel continues to operate at zero cost and uses environmental protection as an excuse; the towels were dirty, there was other person's waste in my toilet... it was awful, never again!! Otel çok katlı ama mükemmel 4 -5 adet çalışan asansör vardı. Ulaşım tren metro tramvay 2-3 dk mesafede idi. Restoran görevlisi arkadaşlar son derece anlayışlı ve yardımsever kişiler. Özellikle kahveler çok lezzetli idi. Bir de kahvaltı da fresh portakal suyu olması mükemmeldi. Teşekkür ederiz. Tesis de Herşey düzenli ama oda temizliği yapıldığı gün küçük yüz havlusu ve ayak havlusu konmamıştı. Unutulmuştu. Birde çaylar unutulmuş tu. Başkada bir şey yok.

La cercanía con la estación de tren es muy cómoda, llegas a Amsterdam central en un momento El desayuno es fantástico Cuando llegamos estaba la calefacción estropeada y hacía mucho frío. Nos dieron la opción de cambiarnos de habitación pero con todo fuera de las maletas , nuestro viaje era de casi una semana, nos resultaba muy incómodo pues no era ni en la misma planta. Digo esto porque la respuesta del hotel será que se nos dió una opción y no la aceptamos.Nos tuvimos que conformar con un pequeño calefactor que por supuesto no calentaba la habitación que era bastante grande y menos todavía el cuarto de baño Los hoteles en Amsterdam son muy caros , un precio muy alto que debería conllevar un buen servicio Sí que es verdad que una trabajadora , Agustina, se portó de maravilla constantemente pendiente de nosotros La limpieza de la habitación también deja mucho que desear , una mancha que había en el suelo estuvo ahí varios días No te hacen la habitación si tú no lo preavisas , no le veo ningún sentido

• Paul (10/5): Great adults only hotel stay - Location is a 2 min walk to a main interchange for buses, trams and trains. Multiple eating options and supermarket all nearby. We arrived early and was lucky that our rooms were ready (no cost as Radisson Rewards members). Check-in staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were roomy enough and plenty of hot water. Aircon temperature was not accurate. Lucky it was relatively cool overnight so aircon wasn't critical.. No laundry in the building and none nearby. Internal laundry service is extremely expensive. Water pressure was a bit hit and miss but mostly fine.

Friendly staff Not enough towels for a double room, the bed linen materials was dust absorbant, at some point it was disturbing to know that those will touch my skin. Couldn’t leave the bathroom door open while showering as the steam it could trigger the smoke detector (I do like hot showers).
