My room was very clean and neat and had a nice sizeable kitchen
- Erica (8/5): -
- Sarahi (1/5): -
- Johnson (1/5): Crap - Nothing The fact that there were crack heàds in the parking lot. Cigarette burns in the sheets. and spring mattresses that were so uncomfortable

- Isaac (1/5): We didn’t stay we left - Nothing we got a room with someone in it. There was blood on the sheets and bugs. We left we asked for a refund and the hotel refunded the money but booking wouldn’t due to the fact we didn’t take pictures for proof There was blood on the sheets and bugs in the room
- Jeremiah (6/5): - cleanliness and courteous front office they do not serve meals
- Xolani Adolph (9/5): -
- Cesar (8/5): - To me, it seems like there are a few transient or possibly drug users on the property
- Joseph (10/5): Pleasant - Rooms were clean, staff were very polite and helpful and their rates were reasonable. No complaints

- Wycough (10/5): - It was just all around great, peacefulness and not overly crowded. And prices are great 👍

- Benjamin (6/5): - The place no good smell
- adolfo (2/5): - This place is noisy being by freeway. Windows not insulated. I could hear traffic and construction all night. They had dirty towels in room when I first arrived. I was overcharged, disrespected, coursed at and berated by unhelpful clerk when asked about refund of overpayment and receiving clean towels. This place is awful and poorly managed. I would never stay here or any related properties. You’re all better off reserving a room somewhere else.
- Jeff (1/5): -
- Gaganpreet Kaur (2/5): - Smelly rooms. Bad service.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - I love that you do not have carpets in the rooms. This makes the room smell fresh and clean versus musty old carpets with who knows what spilled on them in the past! Good move! I will stay here again.
- Taylor (1/5): -
- Wendy (6/5): Front counter needs help - One person manning the front counter not ideal. If they needed to use the bathroom or check on rooms no one is at the front. When we got here I needed the front counter but no one was there. There were a group of people that needed to be checked in and they waited what seemed like about a half an hour.
- Tayler (3/5): I am so disappointed in this stay. I don’t even know how you guys are still open. Disgusting. - Nothing. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A REVIEW TO DETERMINE YOUR STAY ‼️READ THIS‼️ 1) we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we can check in. Rang bell multiple times. And it smells bad.
2) after checked in, we found out we had to use our key card to enter the second half of lobby to access elevator and rooms. (This is cool and all but it just shows how bad the area is where this hotel is located.)
3) the halls are DISGUSTING. Nothing is cleaned, swept, mopped. Horrible.
4) upon entering room we saw it looks nothing as advertised. Disappointed.
5) bedroom floors were dirty with crumbs all over the floor. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped in weeks, possibly months because of all the sticky footprints everywhere.
6) we couldn’t figure out why the lights weren’t working until we realized you have to put your key card into a slot to get basic lighting. To access lamps, over head lights, bathroom lights, everything.
7) bathroom was DISGUSTING. 1 towel. Hadn’t been cleaned.
8) there are tweakers up and down the halls, outside the hotel (there were cars in the parking lot covered with people doing drugs.)
9) prostitution is going on in the hotel.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT STAY HERE.
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Thiago (10/5): - Nice place
- MYLES (2/5): - Even though I had a reservation they gave my room away. Looked more like an assisted living facility
- Duane (6/5): -
- Tracy (4/5): Sometimes price needs better research. - Location was close to the venue we’re going too and the uber ride was short. Parking lot is a strange setup. It appears like a place where homeless are set up, pen scribbles stained on the sheets and comforter, unidentifiable stuff in the bathroom on a wall and molding. It was doable for a night in a pinch but would not probably stay there again.
- Mohammad Ahsan (4/5): - Staff that checked me in gave a vibe like i asked for his kidney, not very friendly at all
- Nathaniel (8/5): - Very quiet on the fourth floor, cheap coffee machine, cool location, good price. Loud on the first floor, meh quality furnishings, no window curtains
- Phil (8/5): - Unlike many reviews we found this location reasonable and clean in a safe neighborhood
- Orry (2/5): Not worth the money - Comfortable bed Everything else, we got locked out of the hotel and had to reset our keycards, we couldn’t use the laundry room and the WiFi didn’t work, the staff was very unhelpful
- Judy (2/5): - This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. 1) The towels had visible dirt on them and lots of stains 2) they messed up my roomkey 4x and i had to walk all the way back and forth to the fro t desk on my arthritic leg. 3) front desk staff incompetent and rude 4)bed bugs 5) bed was very thin mattress and uncomfortable. 6) walls very thin easy to hear neighbors. 7) dirty shower and sink
- Anh (8/5): Decent, clean, recently renovated hotel - The hotel was recently renovated with vinyl/laminate flooring, and was clean. We were told all the cookware and utensils were thrown out with the renovation so there was nothing left, but the gentleman at the front desk was able to find a box of a brand new single serving dinner set , which was sufficient for our short stay. He said the kitchen would be stocked again in 2 weeks. The hotel location was convenient for our trip, the area seemed safe and clean. The room was clean, no frill, lobby clean. The room key is needed to go past the lobby. AC unit is quiet. Our room faced the freeway but it wasn't too noisy. The entrance to the hotel was a little easy to miss.
- Alexis (6/5): -
- Julie (8/5): - Nice stay
- Emma Ruth (3/5): It’s a mess because they charge us two times in one night and as of now they have not refund the money - Clean Charge 2times
- Charles (6/5): - Price was good
- Jing (2/5): - No good
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Cards never worked, always had to get them redone. One elevator for a lot of rooms. Always had to wait a long time for elevator. Machines in laundry room didn't work. It said there was coffee and tea in lobby, what it doesn't mention is that it's a machine and you have to pay. Lots of barking dogs.
- Abhishek (2/5): - Hotel does not offer sufficient towels. Towels are offered between certain time windows. No additional towels. Bathrooms were dirty. Someone previously smoked in a non smoking room.
- Brad (4/5): - Bed was terrible, and there were only two pillows per bed, and the bathroom was a little bit dirty.
- Kendall (10/5): - Definitely a solid solution for a longer stay. The property options for guests are quite varied and the kitchenette in each room makes a lot of capability fit in a smaller area.
- Theresa (3/5): - Hallway smelled like old seafood. No ice maker on property. Someone left dog in room and dog barked for hours.
- geary (1/5): - They refused service immediately and never refunded my money. The night time mangr immiatly profiled us,. Didn't like the fact that we didn't get to stay because we were profiled and booted, then too late get a different hotel.
- Amandeep (2/5): - Hotel is so dirty and smell bad all in hotel rooms lobby’s and this not a smoking free hotel staff is so bad
- Richard (10/5): - Very Pet friendly and excellent staff service
- Fiona (1/5): The worst place I’ve ever stayed - Absolutely Nothing I stayed with my son. Strong smell of cannabis in the car park. People in reception trying to gain access without any ID. Someone else’s pubic hair in the bathroom and dirty towel (only 1 provided despite room booked for 2), sheets did not smell clean, what look like punch holes in the bathroom door, entire floor was sticky. Room noisy as backs straight on to a busy road. Didn't feel safe as a lone female and son despite locking the door. Barely slept and left as soon as possible in the morning. When booking.com charge $235.88 per night you expect some basic standards. If we hadn’t arrived late at night would have stayed elsewhere but thinking sleeping in the car would have been a better option. When leaving told front desk how dirty the room was and they said they would improve for our next stay - sorry but we are never coming back! They should have offered a refund. How booking.com can list this filthy property is beyond me.
- Riley (2/5): - Staff was nice and as accommodating as possible. First room smelled like stale ciggarette smoke, we asked for another room and there was door on the bathroom. Hard to stay in a room with another person when there is no door on the bathroom.
- Stefan (2/5): - Got a call in a high traffic area on a concert weekend that they were canceling my room. They left a voicemail saying to call back but when I tried multiple times to call that number and various others no person answered. Had to purchase a much more expensive room in a shady area
- Scott (8/5): - Location is easy to access from I-5, but food and dining access requires a little bit of a drive. Rooms are very basic, but the shower water is hot and very nice that we appreciated greatly!
The front desk staff, both day and night was amazing! and recommended great dining options. I also appreciated how the evening security was clearly present.
The ample parking lot and walking path areas add a great area to relax.
My only complaint is there should be fresh coffee. The vending machine in the charges $1.50 where you only get like may 3 inches of product...extremely small portion, not a good value.
- Cheri (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (2/5): - Not at all what the pictures show, we ended up being okay since it was for the night but then when we went bathroom there was not water to flush, as we were heading out for the afternoon we let the front desk know and they said they’d be up to fix it. Came back really late and saw the bathroom was not fixed. Such an inconvenience
- Joseph (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, but the room was not in good shape. There was only a sheet on the bed, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been serviced, the toilet was exceptionally filthy and there were no bath towels or toilet paper. To me the experience screamed "private equity".
- Eleandro (4/5): - .
- Tamanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (6/5): Bare minimum stay - If you are looking for a place to stay for cheap, this place works. But it’s not great.
Pros:
- Price was fairly decent for what we reserved. We paid about $426 (3-night stay) for a room with a full-size refrigerator to stove, top burners, a microwave and a dishwasher.
- On-site parking
- Within 20 minutes of various activities and restaurants.
- Check out was a breeze.
Cons:
- Upon check in, front desk staff was nowhere to be found. We rang the bell and picked up the phone and called 500 as instructed on the sign on the desk. We waited about 20 minutes before somebody showed up. He was not friendly, barely polite to be honest. We felt as though we were bothering him to check us in.
- They only allow one towel per person, one pillow per person, and the blankets there are literally no thicker than a bedsheet.
- We could hear people upstairs moving furniture around at all hours.
- The smell of cigarettes was heavy in the hallway despite being a non-smoking hotel.
- mauricio (6/5): - Front desk staff not helpful other than that good
- Sara (2/5): - The lock on my door didn’t lock securely. There were alot of transient people around, as a woman I did not feel safe. The staff was not accommodating in providing change for the washer/dryer services as well as would not give me an extra blanket. I travel to the area frequently and will not stay here again.
- Vanessa (4/5): Disappointing - Descent size room with kitchen, refrigerator and stove. Large dogs on leashes lingering near the hotel entrance make it uncomfortable to walk in. The elevator has a strong, unpleasant odor—likely due to the dogs. Although the hotel is advertised as non-smoking, there’s a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property. Additionally, guests are often seen sitting right by the elevator doors makes it awkward to use the elevators.
Pictures of the hotel looks so deceiving 😟
- Breanna (8/5): - No room service or breakfast, but was very clean and comfortable.
- Victor Hugo (2/5): - Dirty room, smell like wet dogs and trash all over room
- Dana (10/5): - These were really clean and nice to not have carpet. They had little kitchens. Safe knowing you had to have key card to get into the building. This was our favorite stay in Washington. The parking was very full when you arrived later at night.
- Denise (6/5): - Kind of a scary area, but it was affordable. Shower was nice.
- Jeremy (2/5): - Sketch
- Olivia (2/5): Walked out 15 secs after arriving bc of pee stench - Went into the room, immediately was hit with the strong smell of urine, with a window propped open. The beds look like prison beds. The front desk staff was unprofessional, slow, rude, and dismissive.
- Marc (8/5): - .
- Cherl (10/5): - This place was great. It had no carpet which meant it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. You had a complete kitchen and everything is just simple and clean. I loved it and the way you have to use your key to get into the hallway to get to your room, another bonus And the staff are always so nice. I didn’t miss not having breakfast. I didn’t miss not having a bar restaurant. I just love the fact it was clean.
- Dennis Howard (10/5): - Very clean. I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Good price. Every staff member we interacted with was great! Would stay again.
- Ethan (2/5): - No staff at check in for 1/2 hour. Gave up and had to file a dispute to get them to refund. A joke of an operation. Avoid at all cost
- Joseph (8/5): No Frills - No Frills, basic room. Bed, desk, TV, and a full size refrigerator. Clean room, and relatively quiet.
- Mary (10/5): - Not enough pillows in the bed
- Eric (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Nothing No breakfast or coffee or ice
- Michael (8/5): - Bathtub/ shower not clean. Men’s whiskers from shaving still covered bottom of tub.
- Dani (10/5): Exceptional -
- C3960XUheatherh (10/5): Love it - Great people here, if we have any problems it's handled right away.
The bed is amazing, everything is just wonderful, I've got no complaints
- B8630VUjosephm (10/5): Amazing place to be - The office staff is amazing, very professional, understanding, Jared and Kiki, lance justin, martel, all very professional and very nice group of people to see on daily basis
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just OKAY - Pay for what you get. Not bad for price but would not return. Non smoking hotel, but smelled smoke off and on. Thumping from room above us woke us up.
- Karen (10/5): - All the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Raquel and also Richard.
- Kamie’s (6/5): - It’s not terrible
- Kimberly (10/5): - Excellent stay.
- Iris (6/5): - The room looked nothing like the picture. The bed was meh. And next to the bed was a conference chair. The room didn’t have any plates, utensils, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, Kleenex, or anything to cook with etc.,
The bathroom also didn’t have a blow dryer. It felt like a juvenile detention center on the inside. The TV remote was missing and I had to go ask for one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I was there for 3 nights but only received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. My room wasn’t cleaned while I was there.
The parking lot is disorganized so if I couldn’t park right in the front of the building, I didn’t feel safe at night walking through it. The window to my room was slightly open and unlocked when I checked-in. I was on the ground floor, and if I hadn’t noticed it, my safety could have been seriously compromised.
- Monique (8/5): - Excellent for the money. This is an extended stay hotel so many of the other guests seem to be on a long-term stay.
