- 安 (1/5): 四月入住，晚上非常熱所以一定要開冷氣，半夜冷氣壞掉，櫃檯直接上鎖沒有人，打了客服專線無數通完全沒人接，直接熱到早上，非常爛。辦理入住的時候，詢問櫃檯為何只能收現金不能刷卡，其中一句回覆現金不夠可以幫我辦理退宿，真的是在看不起人……。總歸一句 - 無 員工態度和設備

- Ludri KAY (4/5): passable - Beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and brightly lit. Nice beach within walking distance. No restaurant on site. No breakfast, even though the booking said so. Staff are extremely lazy. Only work between 9am and 8pm, so there is no help outside of working hours. They don't want to clean your room or change towels. Everything yopu want them to do, you have to ask. If you ask them to change your towels, they won't take out your trash, you have to ask that separately. There are no restaurants near by.

- 子毓 (8/5): - 很大的面海陽台、浴缸泡澡也能看海、整體算舒適！ 廁所的玻璃門沒辦法關、陽台的窗戶要花很大力氣才能開 （不順） 淋浴區上方可以加裝個窗簾或百葉窗？ 因為上方是玻璃，陽光灑下來很漂亮沒錯，但是在使用時都很怕有人會在頂樓偷看⋯加裝後會比較有安全感

- 璽涵 (7/5): 到店付款無法刷卡可以匯款，我們住的是後面的民宿棟無海景，一進門的一些地方就發現有蜘蛛絲，想說可能是這陣子來這邊旅遊的人比較少也許房間有閒置，然後外出用才回來發現有大蟑螂，通知民宿管家有來協助消滅蟑螂，先生說有在床上看到小隻會跳的蟲，擔心影響 - 用這個價格住恆春風格旅店，是蠻划算的，有浴缸可以泡澡熱水穩定，冷氣夠涼，離711跟沙灘很近。附近有海鮮餐廳方便晚餐 爬上樓的時候有很多大蚊子，只有某一層樓有飲水機，一進門書桌下有蜘蛛絲，有蟑螂，小蜘蛛。床應該年代已久真的不好睡，會有很多床墊內部支架的聲音。
