Bansal (10/5): A hidden gem in Dandenong at a very reasonable price - The apartment I stayed in was excellent and it had a full kitchen with big fridge and freezer. With utensils and the best part is it had a private attached laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience. Paid secured parking at a reasonable cost is available. If you have concerns you should raise it with the staff first before writing any bad reviews. I was not happy with few things and they rectiffied it immediately which made my three weeks stay very pleasant. The staff is very attentive The location was right on the main busy street but that is just my opinion

Michal (4/5): - The staff were nice. We appreciated having a place to stay and the price was reasonable. Parking was offered on site which was secure and easy to locate. The location offered lots of amazing food options and was secure access via swipe card. The room was dirty with rubbish inside the toilet bowl, behind the bed, the shower was unclean with orange mould and water stains and all the skirting boards unclean. The table glass was also dirty. There were no floor towels available to use and even though I booked for 5 people the rooms were only made up for 4, with inadequate kitchen supplies. There were two smoke alarms, one of which was hanging off the ceiling and one fell off the ceiling in the middle of the night.

When we arrived in the room that evening i went to make a coffee. There was only one mug, no sugar, no milk. Plenty of salt. A bit disappointing.

Eve (3/5): My stay was not what I expected, parking was terrifying, being doubled charged and being lied to about the refund means - It was close to where we stayed. I am very sad to say that my experience was very upsetting. When we arrived they charged us for parking, this isn’t too depressing but even though we told them it was included, they took the money. After other friends came past and said it was included. My daughter showed them her document and it was included. They promised to refund the money but they didn’t. I find this disturbing. To top it all off, every time I went to park, more and more crap was stored in the car parks. This made it impossible for me to park the SUV. I would often park outside to avoid have to deal with it. One day after not being able to park I lost it! This parking in car parks with lots of junk is just not acceptable. Also because the junk was everywhere some cars stuck out make it so stressful trying to manipulate the vehicle to get it parking spots and or up the lift. Also they say that there is a full kitchen! I had to buy cutting boards and a pot. Dishes, cups, etc were old and stained. I can live with that!

Frank (6/5): Could be a great place to stay if they paid attention to these details in advance. - The location and access were very good, secure garage was very good, but very tight with all the huge 4WD dual cab utes. Internally the common areas looked great and when we entered the appartment we were visually impressed. The bed was comfortable, but some of the furnishings had seen better days. The two dining chairs were rickey (almost unsafe) and the lounge sagged to the extent we needed to sit on pillows to make it serviceable. The shower screen was broken (but attended to within minutes of being reported) The temporary repair lasted till the last morning. There was no starter pack, (dishwashing liquid, tea towel, clean/unused cleaning /dishwashing cloth). The kitchen was not fitted out for two people renting an apartment, but an immediate response to resolve this when we reported it was made, but the outcome was underwhelming. No glasses at all, we requested some including wine glasses, and got a small assortment (4) of unmatched styles and sizes. The cutlery consisted of one knife, one fork ,one teaspoon and one desert spoon (for 2 people and yes a dishwasher with one washing pack, but no tea towels. We do like to eat together.. They immediately provided an assortment of cutlery but it needed to be washed before using most of it. Similarly with the bowls, plates and mugs. Nice stove and microwave, but no cooking utensils (only a whisk) and no sharp knives. The saucepan was too greasy to get clean enough to use. No bed side lamps and no coat hangers in the wardrobe. The communal laundry on the floor replaced what was advertised as in room facilities, but one look in there at the filth and builders scraps closed off that option.. We were embarrassed at having to complain so much in the first half hour

I booked a disabled apartment and didn’t get a disabled accessible apartment. There were broken items within the apartment and items needed were missing, e.g. door missing off the washing machine/dryer, handle to shower loose and could’ve broken the glass, drawings on the wall near the bed, no bowls to eat out of, tv didn’t work

Ashlea (10/5): Good for pricing and location! Would stay again - My room was clean, I had everything I needed, staff were friendly and it was easy check in and check out! The parking for a big Ute wasn't ideal but thankful it was gated, And a tea towel in the room would of been handy and a face washer, and while I'm at it some milk 😂
Uday (8/5): Very good - Location was good Noise and the towels, shampoo and soaps were not given daily I stayed there 4 days and had to use same towels. Also water i had to bring my own. Also rubbish was not collected i had to request the staff to please take

Renee (6/5): It was okay, for something last minute - It had two bathrooms, I have never seen a lift that carries a car in a motel. 😊 There was limited cutlery and crockery, no milk, sheet on the bed was ripped. No cooling in bedroom and rooms very hot.
David (2/5): As above - No items for preparing food or eating food. No glasses for water. Lounge was very dirty, curtains had large rips, shower screen and shower head was broken. Property also smelt, felt like sheets on bed were not clean.

Mel (4/5): - I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write this one. I booked a room for three people, only to find it had just one bed. The cutlery was dirty, the sheets weren’t clean, and the oven was filthy. The shower had a disabled seat that couldn’t be moved, and when we used it, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the apartment. The mattress had cigarette burns, the fridge was covered in stickers, and to top it off, there were underwear and clothes left on the balcony. There also weren’t enough utensils for three people, making it even more inconvenient. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in—would never book again.
Ms (1/5): Poor place. Enough my bad experience. - Only bathroom bigger 😆 First time in my life, I had experience, check in hotel , property not provided milk and tea bag for customer. Wall was dirty with a lot of marks. Freezer smell bad and their is 3 old food container in freezer was smell bad, dining chair only one but we booked for couple. No cup ! In house phone not working. Hallway to the room smells bad and dusty. Elevator buttons broken. Parking areas full with unused broken equipment . We have to wait nearly half hours to be served because no reception at counter.

Azadeh (2/5): - Sadly this property was nothing like what images displayed it to be. At checkin we were advised our booked room was not available and we were going to be put in 2 seperate rooms. Then the parking was an added $10 p/night and the parking space only brought anxiety and worry. All parking bays at carpantry and furnishings around it, the space was cramed and the only way to get to the next level was to put your car in a lift!!! Which was not possible for a big car. Then the room - it was disty,, dirty, not adequayely made beds, no washing /dryer as advertised, no standard amenties, no daily cleaning of ribbish or service provided. The reception staff i dealt with initially was rude. The area was definitely not safe. Thankfully i received our partial refund and deposit which was probably the only positive
