- Farzaneh (6/5): Pleasant - Before the trip, I was a little worried after reading the comments of previous guests, but despite the monotonous breakfast and the equipment, which, while clean, were not new, I was overall satisfied with my 5-day stay and may choose the same hotel in future trips. The location didn't seem very safe at night.

Everywhere was dusty and dirty. Heather inside the bathroom was leaking. I am not happy with hotel and never go again and breakfast not ready on time and not really good.

- Dominika (5/5): Don't trust the pictures - Nice people are working here. This is where Reality hits expectations- looking at the pictures of rooms this hotel offers it seems pretty good, but it's totally opposite. Rooms are very small; no- the walls are not sound proof, they're more like 'you can hear someone whispering in the next room and every step taken in the corridor'- sleepless nights guarantied. Scratched old furniture, cracked mirrors, missing handles... And smell of cigarettes everywhere. Breakfast more like for child and for toast lovers.

Lovely staff. - The room was very spacious as was the bathroom, there was plenty of drawer and cupboard space and the small fridge was great for storing water. The air conditioning unit was very welcome on days when I got back and was guite hot. The bedding was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and covers available if needed. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. The hotel is a bit tired, but the price reflected this. The lift was quite noisy, but my room was near the motor, the hotel was full, but I am sure that if I had mentioned it and it was possible I would have been moved.

- Leanne (8/5): Very good - It is a fantastic location and a short walk to Takism Square and the M2 metro. It is down a very narrow street, which does make transfers difficult, but I loved the fact that I was staying on a Turkish street and not in some flash cookie cutter hotel that could be in any country. If you like that you'll love the location. The staff are also simply fantastic and so helpful. The apartments are in the building opposite, which has no lift. We had heavy luggage which made the climb interesting but not a deal breaker.

- Gul (3/5): Cheap, but you get what you pay for - It was warm and clean Very aged rooms. Constant noise and shouting of people outside at night which kept me up, which cannot be silenced. Elevator can just about accommodate a single person. Breakfast was some cheeses and an egg on a plate. Tea and coffee was simple. I decided to get breakfast outside on the second day, as it was very poor in the hotel. The sights around the hotel are like a slum, not very welcoming

- Maria (10/5): Service and comfort - Staff of the hotel are very helpful, bed is very comfortable, room is very clean and with all what u need are in it (TV, heater, A/C, hairdryer, shower cabin and supplies, safe box, towels). Single room surprise me with the size but I like that by 30$ I got separated room with bath room inside the room in centre of the city. It’s not what I didn’t like, it’s what I note as hotelier that Furniture is scratched and no style in the room. But everything was work and this is more important

- Salim (1/5): It was the worst experience in the whole of my life. - No thing was good 1-They made check in only after 2:30 Pm, we were exusted from Travel. It should be at 2 o'clock. 2- Breakfast was very poor only one dish and little. 3- The woman waiter for breakfast was unhappy and throwing Turkish words ununderstanded to us, also she was always angry. 4- Staffs were not helpful, they let us take our luggages by ourselves also they are not offering wifi to us.

- Hamdy (1/5): NO STAY, we arrived, go up by stairs, saw the apartment, get down , then left , all30 minutes - nothing , we did not stay there, we found out that the apartment which we booked was on the hotel roof , on 4th floor without elevator !! moreover the stairs we used to go up to check was very very narrow to use it if you carry even hand bag, also ,, one room in that apartment without air-condition and it was very very hot inside, of course we left immediately to other hotel. we didn't like the mysterious advertise and false describe to that hotel in booking.com page, we did not like our fight with booking.com and with the hotel it self to get back our money which we pay and we did not receive any service against, we did not like running with our kids & our luggage at 10 PM to find other hotel to stay .

We never ever have been in this worst stay property class.It's below 0 star property. The property is not upto hygiene.Bugs are there and we do have to use anti-allergic and sprays for bugs and mosquitoes.No cleaniness facilities and no change of beds. Showers are broken.This property is suitable for those who don't care anything else only looking for shelter.

- Anna (6/5): - The hotel is good for its price as well as Taksim location but the surrounding area is not a nice one. There are many cafes and 24/7 markets but the street is smelly and dirty. There are also all kinds of people around day and night, walking at night is not unsafe but it feels like it.

We checked in and out immediately, as the room was nothing remotedly similar to what was advertised. The employee admitted he has such complaints every single time, and we avoided any further argument since there is no refunding. Yet, we preferred to leave immediately than negotiate any room change. Please review your policy of no refund for this property, and remove it from your lists. It is a fraud. We can send you photos to compare to advertisement for yourself. We hope there is some hope for refund - they said no refund because reservation money goes through expedia, so you are involved in this situation as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.

An einer Seite fehlte der Vorhang. Das Hotel hat eine finstere Seitenstraßenlage mit dreckiger Umgebung. Eine abends angsteinflößende Gegend. Bin froh, dass nichts schlimmes Passiert ist.

The smell when we opened the room door was awful, it was a mix of smoke and mold. Everything was so discusting! The room was cold and it was a little bit blood on the bedsheet. We didn't sleep there, we changed hotel!

We zyn nr de receptie gegaan ze konden niets doen en spraken zelfs amper tege ons. Hierna hebben we een nieuwe boeking gemaakt we konden er niet blijven alles was vuil. Een regelrechte ramp en helaas een slechte begin van een citytrip.
- Ibrahim (2/5): Arnac - J'ai fait jne reservation pour 2 nuit et j'ai quitte apres avoir passe la 1ere nuit car On m'a attribue un apprt tres sale qui n'est meme pas dans l'hotel, dans la chambre il y a un chaufo d'eau dont tu sens le gaz brule qui provient de ce dernier j'ai du passe la nuit avec la fenetre ouverte meme s'il faisait froid et il y avait trop de bruit. Tres mauvais emplacement surtout pour les familles car c'est un quartier connu par la prostitution. En general je me suis fait arnaque car les photos qu'on voit sur le site ne sont pas reelles et j'ai parle avec le receptioniste il m a dit dsl je ne peux rien faire moi je suis un simple salarie ici.
