Resimlerde daha derli toplu duruyordu ama öyle değilmiş otel girişi merdivenler dağınık. Hizmet ve bilgilendirme de çok düşük. Tavsiye etmem.

Havlu, sabun, kahve, su gibi ürünler odada mevcuttu. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yaptığımız için kahvaltı hizmeti var mı bilmiyorum. Sakin, temiz ve ucuz bir yer arayanlar için tavsiye ederim. Turistik yerler ortalama 20 dakika mesafede kalıyor.

Cuma Bey ilk kez geldiğimizi duyunca oturup bizimle uzun uzun tur planladı ve yardımcı oldu. Her gün geldiğimizde turumuzun nasıl geçtiğini sorup, çay ikram etmesi bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Herhangi bir tanıdığım giderse hiç düşünmeden önereceğim otel....

La chambre était d'une authenticité remarquable, avec une rénovation minutieuse qui a su préserver parfaitement le patrimoine local. Le gérant est une personne extrêmement gentille et serviable, toujours prêt à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les moments passés à discuter avec le gérant, qui a partagé des informations intéressantes sur la région. Ces échanges ont vraiment ajouté une dimension spéciale à mon séjour. De plus, il est facile de se rendre à Goreme depuis cet ville . Une navette est disponible. Le coût de la navette est raisonnable, seulement 30 TL. En résumé, j'ai passé un moment mémorable ici et je recommande vivement cet endroit pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique et chaleureuse.

The location was convenient, the room was clean, but the best part was the service and hospitality from Cuma, who made our stay very special. We will not forget our amazing time in Cappadocia, especially because of him. We also thoroughly enjoyed the gathering of guests every evening in the courtyard for Turkish tea and conversation.

• Tetiana (8/5): - Extremely helpful and welcoming host. You need to keep in mind that some rooms are like a cave, so not that much of a sun light. But luckily we could upgrade our room once there, owner was attentive to our needs and offered one room upstairs (with more windows) with little extra fee. Overall very pleasant stay.

Butik otel oldukça temiz, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve nazikti. Ayrıca fiyat olarakta çevredeki otellere göre oldukça uygun. Bir gün yolumuz yine düşerse yine burayı tercih ederiz diye düşünüyorum.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel and staffs are terrible. While we booked we did not know that hotel is under renovation. They gave us the room at ground floor which is next to construction site so it is so dusty. the room has no window, shower is not hot. After informed hotel staff they said adjusted but still have to wait about 10 minutes to have a bit warm water. The room is so stuffy we asked for new room but they dont have. So, my parent has to stay in that room. Due to bad experienced so i gave negative review immediately. After hotel received my review they were very angry. We booked for 3 nights but we only stay 2 nights and they forced us to check out at 9 p.m from night 3. When my parent were back to the hotel, there are 3 guys were waiting there and said to my parent that You must check out now and we will refund you because you gave us bad review. They were so scare so they had to check out. Due to the event in Cappadocia every hotel was fully booked. Fortunately, we can find room for them with the help of the hotel i stayed. After i came back home, i contacted Expedia about refund but they dont refund me. They only said that we check out 21.00 p.m so they have to charge us full day. We checked out because you forced us and mentioned about refund. There is no mayoralty and no service mind of doing business at all. PLS DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET TROUBLE
• Ali (2/5): Disappointed - First of all, not a real cave hotel. Some limited number of rooms had been build like a cave . I booked a cave room however the guy gave me normal room and asked me more money for the cave style room. Did you see any normal room in their photos? No!! This is the biggest disappointed for us. Secondly, I have seen the most dirty kitchen ever in my hotel life. I didnt think even a second to eat anthing there despite breakfast was included. Also Tv was not working .. So my overall experience was really bad and disappointed .
