Staff was attentive, friendly and responsible. Definitely recommend it. Fridges switches off with key card so if you want to keep something cold while away for the day it isn't ideal.

• Ebru (10/5): - Es ist ein Boutique Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist das Frühstück sehr lecker gewesen. Was mir u.a. besonders wichtig war ist, das es zentral ist. Zu Fuß ist bspw. die bekannte Ulu Moschee usw. sehr gut erreichbar. Auch sind Metrostation (U-Bahn), Strassenbahn, Büsse gleich in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Hotel kann ich definitiv empfehlen.

• Orbitalray (5/5): Walking distance from the metro - The place was easy to find. Location is near to a shopping center, so one can find places to eat there, also there is grocery store at the same place, its convenient. The room was quiet, middle sized, check in was a breeze... Next morning when taking shower water went all the way beyond the shower almost flowing to the room! It seems the pipes were clogged, it did not let the water in... Had to make a barrier out of a second towel.

• Hector (10/5): A good option to consider while in Bursa - This was a nice choice in Bursa. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good too: buffet style, lots to choose from. I sure did not leave the room hungry. The best hands down though was how friendly the staff were, especially Mohammed at the reception, who is the man.

Kendi otoparkları olmadığı için sokaklardaki belediyenin paralı park alanlarını kullanmak gerekti. Artıları; Konumu çok merkezi. Yürüyerek yada toplu taşımayla şehrin birçok yerine ulaşım mümkündü. (Trafik sebebi ile şahsi araç önermem) Otel çalışanları çok yardımcı oldular.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 立地は最高！設備は古めだがサービスが良い。 - 最寄りのショッピングモールまで歩いて3、4分ほど、Ulu Camiiまでもタクシーで10分ほどと、移動面では立地は最高！車通りの多い通り沿いだが、騒音などもなく、夜はしっかり休むことが出来た。しかし、私達の部屋は鍵が古く、毎回、ドアを開けるのに苦労したし、バスルームなどは少し汚れが気になった。全体的に設備は古さを感じた。 とはいえ、ウェルカムコーヒー&スナックを提供してくれたり、フロントスタッフも英語が通じる上、対応も丁寧で、値段、立地、サービスの総合評価としては納得のホテルです。
• Vladimir (10/5): Absolutely amazing!!! - Top central location, newly refurbished, spacious room, spotlessly clean, free coffee/tea/water and hotpot, a/c in perfect order, very good sound isolation, comfortable bed, good wifi connection, substantial buffet breakfast of high quality ingredients, excellent value for money, and above all people who live and feel hospitality and really do care about their guests, and are better in what they do than many five star hotels. And the review is coming from an airline crew member who stayed in over 300 hotels worldwide, most famous chains included. I highly recommend Ceylan Hotel for your stay in Bursa. Thank you!
