Lost of soft drinks available if you don’t want to walk 1 min to the supermarket. Super helpful showing us a map and how to get to the beach via bus as buses aren’t on Google maps . Felt like being home , had lovely conversations . Felt so safe with all the security precautions. The area feels safe at night and everything is under 10 minutes walk . Lots of cafes , restaurants, shops nearby . The room was lovely with a kettle , kitchen , fridge , ac for hot and cold which was nice in the colder days . Nice balcony with drying clothes . The bathroom was nice and had shower wash and hair shampoo. Also had a hairdryer . Mat for the floor and bin for toilet which was changed regularly. 100% would return.

- Sienna (10/5): Perfect 3 weeks away with my sister - Everything was so clean, the rooms were cleaned every day which we did not expect! Everyone was so helpful and kind, drinks on the house were frequently bought out to me at the pool which I really appreciated. This was me and my sisters sixth and favourite trip to skiathos - we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else it was perfect and an excellent location. Nothing everything was perfect
- Stojanac (10/5): Lovely hosts! Very very clean! - 2-3 minutes walk from the center and the restaurants, hosts were lovely, very clean room+new clean towels every day. There is free public parking next to it, however sometimes it is difficult to find a free spot.

The room itself was fabulous - nice large bed with air-conditioning and overhead fan. But we also had the option to open the balcony door as there was a mosquito net. Perfect kitchenette area, and nice and clean bathroom, with everything that you need. Excellent location, with everything that you need in walking distance. Nice looking pool, with sun loungers. Highly recommended!

They took my bag up to my room as soon as I arrived, gave me a shot and all the information I needed for WiFi etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well laid out. Big room with generous balcony and everything I needed with the kitchenette. The rooms are better than the photos too. The pool was an added bonus since it was so hot and the it was so peaceful there with it only being a 3-5minute walk to the centre of town. Lots of shops and food close by and close to transport links and beaches. I’ll be coming back here if I return to Skiathos. It was amazing! I’m so grateful I stayed here. They booked a taxi for me too when it was time to leave. Cannot fault it. Nothing

The swimming pool was surprisingly nice being located in the middle of the city, although I never had a chance to use it. The room would be a bit small if staying for multiple days.

- Jo (10/5): Fabulous! Unique stay. Perfect location and hosts! - Firstly the warm welcome from Rania and Stavros, secondly the surprise location to everything in town. Literally around the corner to a great street with restaurants etc then the main tourist street. Both ports are so near by. The room was so clean and had everything we needed. Water pressure in the shower was so powerful at all times. Large TV (we didn’t use it much) We knew in advance the pool was small, but it was great to have a pool in such a central location. Tiny hotel so we never failed to get a sunbed. When we left we were so sad, Rania has such a sense of humour and warmth. I nearly cried. We are going back next year Maybe extra softer pillows and mattress topper, but apart from that there was no fault x

They have great knowledge about the town and island as a whole, so dont be afraid to ask about anything from restaurants to beaches. Hotel and rooms are kept spotless, and the location is great..close to everything but also quiet in the evening. We will definitly visit this gem next time on Skiathos. - Lynn (9/5): Lovely chilled holiday in a beautiful place. - I very much enjoyed my stay at the Anthena. My room was very clean and a good size for a solo or couple. Plenty of storage/wardrobe space and hangers. A kettle and sandwich maker are provided to make coffee and toast of a morning. Small bathroom with wet-room style shower with curtain. Warm water at night, but not in the morning. The room had a lovely view of the pool. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use either my balcony or the pool due to the weather, but it would have been lovely to do so as it was very quiet and chilled. My hosts were exemplary. Both were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Would recommend this place to anyone staying in skiathos , as two girls in our 20s we felt very safe and comfortable here rooms were so clean and tidy every day. Amazing pool with comfortable loungers and large balconies. Kitchen was great in our room well equipped and modern.

- Janet (10/5): A little gem. Won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Skiathos. - Stunning accommodation with excellent location, in the centre of Skiathos and 5 minutes from the port. Lovely little pool to cool off in and plenty of seating and loungers. Rania and Stavros are very hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly clean accommodation with the room cleaned and towels, bins and bedding changed every day. We couldn’t fault anything about the accommodation other than the fact we had to leave……but we will be back!

- Jana (10/5): Overall great experience, great hosts, perfect location. - Perfect location, on the verge of the core of the town centre and all the happening (bars, restaurants, shopping) - within a walking distance, and yet tranquil. The cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. It is cleaned daily and towels are changed. After check-out, they allowed us to use the pool and shower, before our late departure to the airport. If we come back to Skiathos, we will be happy to be their guests again. We recommend sincerely.
