Sehr schöne saubere Anlage und herrliches Spa.Wireless überall sehr gut und ohne unterbrechen .Taxis waren innerhalb 2 Minuten vor Ort. Das Hotel direkt nebenan hat jeden Tag sehr laute Musik welche wirklich stöhrend ist. Der Baulärm bis spät am abend bis nach 21Uhr ist ebenfalls stöhrend.Das trübt die Idylle sehr.

- Isabel (5/5): Overall a disappointing stay, would not recommend - Hotel and spa are beautiful Requires improvement: - Service was very slow (eg. waited over an hour for a bottle of water, despite texting the WhatsApp concierge). Had to keep asking for missing bits from breakfast every day etc. Drink orders weren’t always correct. - Beachside or poolside service doesn’t start until the afternoon. My drink was taken away even though it wasn’t finished. - We were told repeatedly the season started the following week, which meant all the restaurants were closed, including the beach club (was not made aware at time of booking) - Not a full menu on offer- as they hadn’t received the full deliveries (eg no anchovies in Caesar salad or nachos available) - No water sports available (as advertised on the website) - Leftover underwear in the drawers from previous guests in our hotel room - Construction next door is noisy and randomly blasted loud music every now and again Our flight was at 8pm. They wanted €100 to extend the room for two hours (until 2pm), which we declined. When checking out at 12pm, they then told us they would give us a new room, which seemed slightly odd as then they would then have another room to clean?

The staff is very professional, the hotel is amazing the pictures don’t do any justice . They gave us top class treatment, everything was so perfect and the price is very reasonable for such a High end hotel . We had an early flight back and they prepared us breakfast and gave us gifts as we were leaving . Words can’t express how Amazing the experience was . - Rose (6/5): Nice hotel but disappointed with the experience - It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. The view when you arrive is spectacular. The staff at reception are amazing and always happy to help. We arrived on 27 September after confirming the hotel didn’t close after summer until mid November. The beach club and two restaurants were closed. All the daily activities stopped so no yoga etc. couldn’t even make a cocktail, and charge a fortune for a third of a glass of wine. Everything we wanted at a 5 star resort we could not have because they said it was ‘end of season’ despite taking our money for the booking! We travelled over 32 hours to meet our friends here and were so disappointed all the facilities we were expecting and excited about were shut down! Perhaps the 5 Star resort should put that in the booking info because we would surely have stayed elsewhere. End of season was still very busy!

- Pat (3/5): Be careful with 5 star Hotels - We stayed at Mett Hotel from October 5–8. We chose this hotel because it looked beautiful and had a lovely private beach, perfect for our pre-wedding photoshoot, which turned out great thanks to our photographers. The customer service staff is good they even gave us flower and cake during our first night stay because we just got engaged. Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by a serious security issue. We had €800 in cash in my partner’s bag — money we needed to pay our photographer. We rarely travel with so much cash, but this time it was necessary. On the second day, we noticed that €200 was missing. We had verified the amount the night before, and it was complete. We reported the issue to the reception just before our photoshoot me and my partner were really stressed which we shouldn’t feel about because we have a special shoot coming we were late to our shoot and all , but the response was disappointing. They said they would investigate, yet nothing was resolved by the time we checked out. Instead, they suggested that perhaps we had spent the money or misplaced it, which was not the case. The receptionist and the security guy mentioned that those who entered our room were “trusted employees” who had been working there for a long time, which is so unprofessional that is not how you react to a customer who already lost something, So my partner asked "So the money is lost?" The reception guy even responded to my partner that "Yes your money is lost" in an arrogant way which my partner didn’t like, we never received an apology or any follow-up. From that point on, we didn’t allow anyone to enter our room — we cleaned and made the bed ourselves because we no longer felt safe. To clarify, the small gift the hotel gave us was offered before the money went missing, so it was unrelated to this issue. While the customer relations team was kind and welcoming, the lack of accountability and poor handling of the situation left us very disappointed. This was not a five-star experience, and we did not feel safe during our stay. ⚠️ Advice for future guests: Do not leave any cash or valuables in your room, even in the safe.

У нас была вилла с бассейном и видом на море, просто шикарный вид, стоит только ради него сюда приехать) Мы были в начале октябре и сезон в Бодруме уже закончился, так что многие магазины и рестораны были закрыты, как и ресторан Folie в отеле. Есть спортзал, небольшой крытый и открытый бассейн. Хорошее спа. Завтраки каждый день были одинаковые, шведский стол хороший, всё что нужно для завтрака было. Большой выбор по меню, очень разнообразно и вкусно.

Also like the location due to the view, although you need to have a car or taxi to access. Generally fairly good value for the great facilities. Excellent staff and services, especially the choice of bedding material and pillows. Some of the services are quite expensive, such as laundry. Garden view room is quite disappointing - the view is another tall building within 20 ft. and some plants in between. That is not really a garden view. Need more lighting in the room. It is a bit dark for reading at night.

- Alexander (10/5): Perfect Relaxing Break - We had a very relaxing stay at the Mett Bodrum. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and modern. The spa facilities were excellent with the massages being one of the highlights of our stay. The private beach and pool areas are superbly maintained and well-attended. The hotel is well-situated on a hillside above the city centre and thus is very quiet and peaceful. Our room had an amazing view and was very well soundproofed. This hotel is deserving of its 5 stars and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a restorative break. We felt very welcome and even received small gifts at the end of our stay.

- Emily (6/5): Fine - Gorgeous beach, great location for exploring Bodrum. Very expensive for a no frills hotel. We visited for our 10th wedding anniversary and despite clearly being no where near capacity had to pay to get an upgrade. Staff seemed mostly uninterested, very hard to get service on the beach. Price of a luxury hotel but nowhere near the mark as far as service is concerned.

- Martin (8/5): - The hotel had staff available on WhatsApp. They gave advice and suggestions for restaurants in Bodrum. The hotel had closed a restaurant which we had planned to use and they had several weddings which closed Isola. But we found eating in town was more interesting.

- Alina (10/5): Overall it was a great experience. We recommend the location. - The staff by Gulet restaurant, in particular Murat. It was extremely clean. Each and every one of the employees speak English and they are very professional. Compared to Kempinski Istanbul, Mett Bodrum is one level up. The breakfast can be improved. The cosmetic products are not the best.

Every detail of our wedding week was handled with such care and professionalism. The restaurants were excellent, the beach vibe was exactly what we wanted, and the energy of the place made it feel both luxurious and relaxed at the same time. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something important in your life, or simply enjoy Bodrum at its best, I couldn’t recommend METT more. We will forever carry these memories with us.

The hotel room is super clean and comfortable. View from the breakfast area and reception are wonderful. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bodrum! Thank you! Little confusing to get around the hotel from the room. The hallways have a dim lighting throughout and doors are not clearly marked, so you can easily get lost! But otherwise wonderful!

O hotel fica a 20 minutos de carro do centro de Bodrum e a 40minutos de Yalıkavak, Marina com lojas e restaurantes. (A velocidade média na cidade é de 30km/h). Além de 45 minutos do aeroporto. É para quem está de carro alugado! O atendimento dos funcionários é bem ruim, não estão preparados ainda para um turismo internacional mais sofisticado. Cobram dos hóspedes 300 euros para usar uma cadeira no Beach Club do próprio hotel, o que é um absurdo! Tudo é demorado: o check in, o manobrista, e o serviço do café da manhã: 17 minutos para trazerem uma xícara de café. Como não tem estrutura perto, os preços cobrados nos restaurantes são altos para o que oferecem!

Abruptness of food service staff. Water not being replenished in the rooms until the evening. Morning would be preferred. Lack of toilet paper within the rooms until. Very expensive alcohol. Quality of alcohol was not great.

Mornings are made special with their breakfast which has a nice ambient & view. Cherry on top, Meva made our mornings special by pampering us with every delicious dish & service.

- Fabio (5/5): Pagare per una camera con porte rotte, bagno allagato è il peggior rapporto qualità-prezzo mai sperimentato in 50 anni d - Ottima posizione con accesso al mare. Problemi strutturali gravi mai risolti nonostante segnalazioni immediate: -Porta d’ingresso principale che non si apre correttamente (problema di sicurezza); -porta del balcone che non si chiude adeguatamente (compromette privacy e sicurezza) -porta della doccia malfunzionante (rischio caduta) Pubblicità ingannevole: -standard di “lusso 5 stelle” completamente disattesi; -vista giardino = vista su un’altra camera con in mezzo una pianta. Servizio clienti inadeguato: -reception (nella figura della Sig.ra Saden e del Manager Okan) ha promesso riparazioni immediate mai risolte realmente. -abbiamo richiesto una soluzione alternativa (cambio camera, rimborso parziale) ci è stato offerto uno sconto di circa 10€ sugli extra. (1 bottiglia d’acqua costa 4€). -totale indifferenza verso problemi che rendevano la camera non all’altezza dello standard 5* *RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO INACCETABILE* Quasi mille euro al giorno per una settimana in queste condizioni rappresenta una vera e propria truffa per un cliente che si aspettava standard di lusso. Oltre alle prese in giro del personale, che in maniera offensiva propone circa 10€ di sconto, sugli extra!
