- Sandra (4/5): - Ładny apartament, widok na miasto (zwłaszcza nocą) Nieszczelny balkon na dole (mocno wiało), okno obok balkonu rowniez nieszczelne (woda dostawała się do wewnątrz). Słuchawka pod prysznicem do wymiany, tak samo deszczownia. Stara suszarka. Brak mikrofali. Tylko 2 kawki w kuchni, Brak herbaty, cukru (takich małych). Prześcieradło wyglądało na niewymienione, dużo pod kołdrą było paprochów i okruchów.

Apartament noweczesny z bardzo dobrym sprzętem jednak czystość to jeden wielki Syf...przyjechałam do brudnych okien, blatów, kontaktów, łazienka była jeszcze gorsza itp wszczedzie było brudno. Kołdry wymagają już prania ich zapach zniechęca do spania. Lokalizacja jest na uboczu, apartament 48B ulokowany jest od drogi więc noce nie są fajne. Jest głośno, nie wspomnę już rano o pani sprzątającej która robi taki hałas sprzątając apartament obok też tego samego właściciela że pobudka z rana murowana. Dla nas był to wyjazd z wielkim rozczarowaniem, najpierw musiałam posprzątać żeby było można zacząć wypoczynek. Czytelne i jasne kody wejścia do budynku, noweczesny sprzęt na miejscu, wygodne duże łóżko. Stylu apartament jest naprawdę ładny i szkoda że nikt nie dba o niego bo czystość to podstawa.

Po dojechaniu na miejsce dowiedzieliśmy się że przygotowany jest dla nas inny (większy) apartament - w zupełnie innym miejscu. Apartament śmierdzący dymem papierosowym i niezbyt czysty. Zamrażarka zarośnięta lodem tak, że nie dało się wysunąć szuflady. Lodówka też brudna. Problem z płatnością kartą (mimo braku śladów jakiejkolwiek operacji po stronie banku) udało się rozwiązać po kilku dniach.

Letztendlich habe ich vom Booking.com-Kundenservice eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Rechnung warte ich bis heute drauf... Ich würde dieser Unterkunft nie wieder meine Kreditkartendaten anvertrauen

Co prawda dostaliśmy większy, dwupoziomowy apartament z dwiema sypialniami i salonem, ale podróżując z małym dzieckiem to nie był dla nas aut... Jeżeli dla kogoś to istotne to mieliśmy bardzo miękki materac przez co rządne z nas się nie wyspało🤷

On my way to the facility I got a message from the property with a different address than booked (in completely different part of the city). After a phone call the misunderstanding was settled and I got upgraded apartament but still this situation brought a bit of stress and made my arrival and check in less smooth.

- Aleksandra (9/5): Wonderful place with fantastic view - Very well equipped modern apartment with an amazing view. It was spotless clean and quiet - during the day and at night. The balcony with such view was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. Check in process could be a bit improved - sharing of the keys to the self check in could be sent a bit earlier, rather than just before expected arrival.

- Yuliia (3/5): Do not recommend for more than 2 people - This apartment is not designed for 4 people as advertised by the owner. The second sofa is not suitable for sleeping, it was very hard and had a solid partition that puts pressure on the back and when you unfold it, it blocks the passage to the kitchen, that is, you need to cross the sofa. Also, Wi-Fi stopped working a few hours after check-in, the hostess repeatedly ignored the questions that she was asked in the chat.

Was very good internet. Very quite place. City center is near apartament. The sofa was broken, so we put sofa pillows under it to make it comfortable for the children to sleep. Used coffee capsules were left in the coffee machine, but there were none for us.

Netterweise hat uns ein Mann geholfen der uns eine Nummer geben konnte. Daraufhin bekamen wir dann eine Adresse. Dort wurde ejn Schlüssel hinterlegt. Man hätte dies einfacher organisieren können oder zumindest die richtige Adresse vorab schicken können. Die Wohnung dagegen war sehr schön.
