• Dahlia (10/5): Excellent séjour - Excellent séjour, appartement propre, personnel très gentil; service rapide. Je remercie spécialement Mme Marwa et Mme Asmaa pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Le bruit de l'ascenseur spécialement la nuit et on entend aussi le bruit des voitures dans la rue. Double vitrage est fortement recommandé !
• Roland (10/5): Séjour enchanteur à Alexandrie - Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. L'hôtel est propre, avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et rapide. La nourriture servie sur la terrasse au 10ème étage est excellente et les repas sont copieux. Le seul problème, c'est qu'on entend le bruit de l'ascenseur la nuit. Il faudrait également mettre du double vitrage sur les fenêtres, car on entend aussi le bruit des voitures dans la rue. À part cela, tout est impeccable.

• Alaa El Sardy (8/5): - Very good location They need to have WiFi in the hotel and find a way with the mobile carriers to increase coverage inside the hotel as when you enter your room, no signal or very weak, and you get isolated and no one can reach you

• Nidal (8/5): The place is very clean, staff are very hospitable and the location is amazing. - This time the two-bedroom apartment was very clean and innovated and it has a room that families can use as a living to watch TV and it has a large sea view balcony. What I didn’t like is that I was told my apartment wasn’t ready when I arrived and that they didn’t get the confirmation e-mail and I had to wait sometime, but later they told me they are going to make it up for me and gave me this beautiful apartment instead of the one I had booked. I would want this apartment number 73 to always be first choice when I make a booking next time or someone that is the same.

• Volker (7/5): Großes (aber nicht schönes) Appartment - Großes (aber nicht unbedingt schönes) Appartment; Blick auf das Mittelmeer vom kleinen Balkon Kein WLAN seitens Unterkunft; aber auch mein eigener mobiler WLAN-Router funktionierte nur sehr begrenzt, weil auch das Mobilfunk-Signal sehr schwach ist. Eine lächerlich kleine Anzahl von Steckdosen, die zudem an unpraktischen Orten platziert sind.

• Ashraf (8/5): Very good for family stays, wish there is a wifi. - The location, the apartment was very clean, the view was good, the staff were very helpful and supportive, the private beach, and the elevator. Honestly if you are looking for a family stay apartment, this could be the absolute best There is no WIFI. The bed mattresses were a little hard. I wish i could get the full panoramic see view, but the side see view was also good. If you are looking for a luxury hotel stay, i would think twice.

The doors to the balconies need to be adjusted as they let winds blow into the room. They must be securely closed for winter.

• Nidal (7/5): It was lovely stay, I enjoyed Alexandria - I liked the location and the easy procedure during the checking in. There was only one elevator in the facility, which was busy with people. Long delays and the elevator wasn’t working properly.
