• bradwago (7/5): Good hotel to stop at if you are traveling from Efes to Cappadocia. - Breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options and melons. They were out of scrambled eggs when we went and did not replenish them, so we settled for yogurt. We had to switch rooms when we discovered our door did not lock. The rooms do not have kettles, but the staff brought a pot of hot water when we requested.

• Babayigit A (6/5): - Ich würde sagen für ein zwischen stopp ist es okay für den Preis, das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam besonders beim Frühstück Bereich.. leider haben die Zimmer nicht gut gerochen, da der Boden mit Tepich verlegt ist und ich nehme an das es nicht richtig gereinigt wird.

• A. (10/5): - Özpark Hotelde bir gece konakladık. Eşyalar eski ama temizdi. Gereken hersey düşünülmüş. Fiyat olarak biraz pahalı bir hotel, fakat havuz, sauna gibi hizmetler mevcut. Güzel olan kadın ve erkek ayrı spa seanslarda buluyor. Muhafazakar aileler de tercih edebilir. Kahvaltı çeşiti, özellikle peynir çeşitleri çoktu. Yataklar rahat, odada seccade mevcut. Konaklama için teşekkür ederiz.

• John (10/5): Great hotel - This is a great hotel. The rooms are very big with plenty of counter space and super comfortable. Wifi great. It has its own car park at the rear of the hotel. Buffet breakfast offers a great choice. My only niggle:- why wasnt i advised of the wifi code at check in, why did i have to go back down to reception to get it.
• Madeleine (6/5): - Älteres Hotel. Auch am Sonntag wurde vis a vis gearbeitet=Lärm Habe das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen Pool gebucht....nach 400km, und 35Grad, wollten wir baden. Der Pool sei geschlossen, erst am Monntag offen. Kann doch nicht sein!!!!

• Tracy (6/5): - This is mainly a Türkish hotel. It has a pool but it was downstairs and because of being a Turkish hotel times for men and women were different. The hotel itself was adequate. Town had the normal shops. Personally I would not return if I was passing through again.

• Alejandro (7/5): Good - Staff very friendly and helpful, nice indoor pool. Good enough gym, the only but is that men and women can't go at the same time to the pool or gym. I respect other cultures, but it's an inconvenience if those are not your beliefs, especially because there's no warning in booking when you make the reservation. The jacuzzi wasn't very crean in the bathroom

• Sueyd (1/5): Uncomfortable in smoke smelly room! - The location Uncomfortable Stay. This hotel lets itself down by allowing smoking in all of the rooms. There are ashtrays situated in the rooms. We requested to change from our room to another non-smoking room. The staff obliged but unfortunately it was the same. It made our stay very uncomfortable. We felt there was no point in requesting another room as the reception staff said all the rooms are the same, eg everyone smokes in them. The WiFi was very slow and cut out often. On a positive note the breakfast on offer was plentiful. Overall the staff were friendly.

• Ümit (10/5): Ein schöner Familienaufenthalt - Alles hat am ersten Tag angefangen ..wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt weil die Mitarbeiter einem das Gefühl gegeben haben ..wir hatten die Familien Suite ..es war sehr sauber gut geschnitten jeder hatte genug Platz ..Frühstücken konnte man gut ..Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren auch top ..die hatten sehr gute Laufbänder …Die Putzfrauen waren sehr nett wenn man ein Anliegen hatte wurde es schnell umgesetzt ..Das ganze Personal mega nett ..wir als Familie waren sehr zufrieden ..das war nicht das letzte mal

• DaudRay (6/5): Very nice facility, cigarette smoke smelling room, weak air conditioning - This is a very high quality building. The staff are very helpful though they do almost no English. We appreciated that one staffer walked us about 3 blocks to a restaurant they recommended which proved to be excellent. It could easily have won five stars if only two problems were overcome. Though we request smoke-free rooms, this room definitely had a pretty strong smell of cigarette smoke. We get the impression that foreign tourists may very seldom visit here, so perhaps it's impossible in the local culture to keep a number of rooms smoke free. (Our friends traveling with us happened to get a smoke-free room). Also, even though it was quite cold outside, the room was unusually hot. Even when we got up in the middle of the night to turn on the air conditioning (which should not be needed when it's cold outside) it never got cool enough to sleep comfortably. Finally, we just opened the window to cool off the room. But then some big dogs were fighting just outside making a lot of noise that kept us from getting to sleep. My friend and I tried the sauna at night but found it cooled off and needing a lot of time to heat up. We suppose it's really a great sauna and pool when you get there at the right time. A hotel with a lot of potential, but that needs to deal with a couple matters.

• Lahtiboy (8/5): Best place to stay in Akşehir - Very pleasant experience of staying in this hotel. Every time we come to Akşehir we stay there. The breakfast was also good, especially börek. There were some warm dishes as well. There just might be a thicher blanket on the bed. Positive experience.

• Dawn (8/5): Enjoyed the stay - I forgot to say I wanted a no smoking room and so got a smoking room which was annoying. However, the Hotel was great and apart from the stale smell of smoke in the room we enjoyed our stay.

• ramazan_434 (10/5): Absolutely fabulous hotel ! - Firstable hotel is extremely clean,i have enjoyed the swimming pool just after i use the gym ! I m so glade to stay in this hotel ! You can use the turkish bathroom as they dont charge extra money to use it ! I came to see my local friends meltem and ozlem from London,they have suggested me to stay in this hotel as they born in this such a cute town so they know the best hotel to stay in ! All i can say is if you planning to stay in a hotel in akşehir i can extreamly recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation x its just a superb hotel
• 806enricor (6/5): Good hotel, comfortable room, decent breakfast - Unfortunately I did not have time to take advantage of the gym, sauna and steam bath, so it might very well deserve another star. Overall I had a good stay: staff is friendly, may not speak English much, but they smile and do their best; rooms are clean; wifi is reliable; breakfast is quite good - I would only suggest a larger selection of cereals.
• Orchid4841 (6/5): Good, but some issues .... - Firstly, let me say that the Reception staff here are excellent, warm and welcoming and helpful. They are at pains to offer a good service and it was much appreciated. The rooms are of a good standard - some minor ware and tear, but generally very clean and tidy, though it was evident that it had been smoked in, both by the smell and a couple of burns on the carpet. There doesn't seem to be any non-smoking policy in bedrooms in Turkish hotels, which is a shame Even though we had a road side room, the noise was not intrusive and sleep quality was very good. Lovely shower room and plenty of hot water. Now for the bigger issue as far as I am concerned - the 'restaurant'. This is actually rather a grandiose term, for what is actually more like a canteen. There were two members of staff supervising the dinner 'service', neither of which were particularly welcoming. The choices on the buffet were limited and certainly nothing special. Happily, the breakfast was a better experience. The young lady in charge in the morning was welcoming and a better advert for the hotel. There was a very good choice of breakfast fare, with breads, pastries, cheeses, eggs, cold meats olives, yogurt etc. For the info of non-muslim visitors, the spa and swimming pool have a strict policy on no mixed use and time slots are allocated for their use by men and women at various times. The Reception will inform you of these. Also, the 'bar' only offers coffees and teas, so don't expect to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a beer. Others staying in the hotel, seemed to be mainly Turkish business people, plus a group that I suspect were attending a course somewhere near by. Overall, I would not object to staying here again and if you are looking for a hotel in Aksehir, you could probably do much worse than stay here.
• jaumeg805 (10/5): Business trip - I stayed in this hotel for some days. The hotel is located in a good site, 2 minutes to the center. The people from the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is more or less always the same. There is different juices, bread, different cheese, etc... The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The sauna and gym are great area just to disconnect your mind. I had a fantastic days in this hotel.
• Jawahar74 (10/5): Best Spa - We had a stopover on our road trip in turkey and looked for this hotel on trip advisor ... Amazing place in such a city... Rooms are nice and clean and hotel is really good to the price we paid. We has lovely time at the SPA with amazing Massage and heated pool with hamam. The Staff at the spa was very helpful and we really enjoyed relaxing at the place

• baybaycuneyt (8/5): Nice hotel with a good value - I stayed at this hotel about one year ago. The service and the rooms were very pleasant. The price performance ratio is really good. It has a nice dining hall, good breakfast. Rooms are very well decorated in a modern style with an LCD TV. You can prefer this hotel with an inner peace.
