При заселении очень долго и навязчиво убеждали что нам будет тесно в номере, который был забронирован 20, и надо отменить бронь на букинге и выбрать номер побольше, мы проделали большой путь на машине и очень устали с дороги, нам не понравилось это!

• Binder-Kozimor (1/5): Abzocke, Betrug!!! - Nichts, eine große Enttäuschung und viel Stress, Nerven Als wir ankamen, stellte sich raus, das von uns über Booking gebuchten Apartment war nicht verfügbar.Der Grund, ganze Gebäude ist geschlossen. Die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption hat 132 Euro in bar von uns vor der Habe den Schlüssel , beim Einchecken verlangt, sie hat es erhalten und uns gesagt, neben der Aparthotel ist Pension, die quasi dazu, zu dem selben Besitzer gehört.Aufzug da, aber vom Betreiber des Aufzugs abgeklemmt. Es wurden uns 2 Zimmer gezeigt, die katastrophal waren, Ausstattung schrecklich, beschädigt, schmutzig,hat nichts funktioniert. Sperrmüll reif.Die Wände rochen sehr stark nach Zigaretten (1, 2 OG) . In einem von Zimmer ( 3 OG, ohne Aufzug, nur mit Treppen zu erreichen, wie anderen Stockwerke) , die Hochbetten standen in der Küche, neben dem Tisch, der beschädigt war, offenen Stromkasten, der gerade die vordere Seite gesprengt wurde, die Dorfhandwerker haben in eigener Regiie. Im Auftrag von Besitzer etwas zu reparieren, keine Ahnung und hatten nicht vor die Arbeit zu beenden, sodass man Privatsphäre hätte später haben können. Wir haben uns darüber beschwert. Die Besitzerin reagierte erst ok. Dann sehr gereizt und vorwurfsvoll, da wir nicht sagten, eine Person ist im Rollstuhl.Es spielt keine Rolle, da es der funktionierende Aufzug vorhanden werden sollte. Es wurde uns frech gesagt, wenn uns nicht passt, wir können gehen und was anderes suchen( um 19.30 Uhr , nach 8 Stunden Flug und Transferreise, bei starkem Regen...) Letzlich hat sie uns abgelegenen Zimmer gegeben, in EG, genauso katastrophal, schmutzig, da lagen eckelhafte benutzte Hauschuhe von jemandem, voll mit Haaren, Schmutz...usw. In der Frage nach Frühstück, sagte die Frau, es gibt keine Buffet, sie entscheidet, was der Gast isst.Ok.Sie fragte nach Eier, wir sagten alle 3, wir möchten Rührei. Morgens erhielt jeden von uns ein eingerichteten Teller, mit mehr Deko als Speisen, Produkten.Inhaltlich katastrophal ( 8 Euro pro Person berechnet für Frühstück!!!) .

Kaubandus lähedal. Pererahvas väga sõbralik, abivalmis. Räägivad inglise, saksa, vene keelt. Hoovil väga mõnus, puhas, jahutava veega bassein ja lamamistoolid.

• Sucram Dloreh (8/5): - Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Apart Hotel, die Inhaber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen fließendes deutsch (finde ich sehr gut) und können einem sehr gute Tipps geben, wie zu Beispiel welcher Strandabschnitt top ist. Man bekommt auch einen Sonnenschirm geliehen. Das Frühstück ist gut, es wird draußen serviert. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg. Wer natürlich einen "Luxustempel" erwartet der ist hier falsch. Es ist ein kleines nettes Apart Hotel, die Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abruch. Man kann sich hier richtig wohlfühlen und die türkische Gastfreundschaft in ihrer ursprünglichen Form genießen. Ich denke ich komme wieder. Vielen Dank an die Inhaber für diese schöne Woche. Fällt mir spontan nichts zu ein, vllt. nur das die Handtücher luftgetrocknet sind und der Trocknerverwöhnte Europäer das vllt. nicht mag..

Это была красивая большая со свежим ремонтом и панорамными окна ис электрическим рольставнями окна. На окнах были сетки от комаров. Зонированное пространство. Большая двухспальная кровать с тумбочками отдельно, 2 односпальные кровати с большим шкафом отдельно. А так же есть место где диван, кресло, журнальный стол, камин и огромная плазма. В аппартаментах имеется большой холодильник с морозилкой и огромный обеденный стол на 6 персон. На столе предоставлен чайник, стаканы, ложечки. В аппартаментах два отдельных туалета. Один - с огромным душей и ливневой лейкой и туалетом. Второй - туалет стиральная машинка. Так же предоставлена сушилка. Когда мы приехали на ресепшене дали воду. Завтрак на персону стоял 6 евро. Завтрак был полноценный. Есть кофе с молоком. Встречает вас прекрасный персонал, который старается вам угодить.

• Молчанов (9/5): Superb - We easily found the hotel from the map and sign. The room was bright and cozy, equipped with a refrigerator, teapot and cups, and had a good air conditioner. Through the closed window, we couldn't hear the music from the neighboring hotel. The view from the window overlooked a small field. For breakfast, it was just the two of us, so it was served personally. The gentleman serving us was very pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was delicious, featuring Turkish coffee, cheeses, eggs, and they even offered watermelon. The bathroom had a slightly dirty curtain with some stains.

• Pavel (7/5): Good - Good location, close to restaurants and the beach, also bus stop to Side centre Initially we were given the apartment with a heavy cigarette smell and holes from cigarettes in the sofa + dirty towels. But after the request it was immediately changed to a more decent and cleaner room. There are 2 rooms, but very tight space. However, is fine for a short stay. WiFi connection was very weak and could be used just for messengers.
• John (10/5): Fantastic Hotel that won't disappoint - This was our first time in Side so we didn't know what to expect, we found this hotel for an awesome price online and seen that the reviews were good and now we see why. This hotel was incredible, by far the best we had stayed in for a long time, you can really tell the owner puts alot of love and care into his business. The hotel was very clean all around, the pool was amazing and the room is stunning with a super comfy bed and a fantastic powerful shower. The staff here had exceptional customer service and Abraham was able to give us some great advice on where to go and what to see and just made it the best part of our holiday so thank you guys so much. We most definitely will be coming to stay here again and can't wait for that time to come.

Yapılan temizlik konusunda yorum bile yapamayacağım. Yıllardır kaldığım en berbat apart otel burası oldu.

Şampuan sabun falan saymıyorum bile. Bilmiyorum belki apart olduğu için yoktu ama en azından misafirlerinize bir iki küçük şampuan ve tuvalet kağıdı bırakabilirsiniz. Mini bar boştu onu anlayabiliyorum fakat diğer detaylar sıkıntı bence. Oda iki kişilik konaklama için fena sayılmazdı. Klima gayet iyiydi. Balkon kapısı kırıktı omuzlayarak açıp kapatıyorduk.

Sallama cay koydular. Kahvaltı kötü olunca aksam yemeği almadım, yemeği bilmiyorum. Havuzu küçük ve yetersiz, genelde çocuklar kullandı. Temiz değildi. Otele girişinizden itibaren birçok uyarı levhası var. Otele kumlu girmeyin, odada balık pisirmek yasak, saat 11 den sonraki çıkışlarda saat başına ücret alınır gibi uyarı yazıları var duvarlarda. Kliması 1+1 odaya yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları sezonluk amatör ,bir seyi 2 kere söylemek gerekiyor yaptırmak icin. Bir makine Çamasır yıkama icin 300 tl isteniyor. Asansör yok, esya taşımak zor oldu. Otel dışında araba park sıkıntısı yok. Denize 8 dk yürüyusle varıyorsunuz. Anlasmalı beach var, ücretsiz. Deniz ögleden sonra cok dalgalı ve pis. Boyunuzu gecen yerlerde temiz , iyi yüzücü olmak gerekiyor. Hanım ve cocuklar yüzemedi maalesef.

• Elina (7/5): Overall good for this price - A good combination of price/quality, good location, there is an underground passage to the beach. The owners were very friendly and ready to help, all our request were fulfilled (we asked for additional cooking utensils, bedding, an umbrella for the beach). We lived on the ground floor, so it was always nice, not to be hot. There were no windows, just floor-to-ceiling glass door, and no mosquito grids (perhaps there were grids on other floor), we opened the doors at night for fresh air, so we were affected by mosquitoes, and there was a chance of visiting cats) of course it was possible to sleep with air conditioning, but I prefer fresh air

Hussein, the receptionist, was very friendly and catered for all our needs. For example, he provided us with wine glasses. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for many nights. I'd definitely come back here. I enjoyed this place more than the five-star hotels beautiful Side has to offer. I do not have any complaints.

Odalar ve eşyalar yenilense eminim çok kaliteli bir tesis olacak fakat eşya ve oda kalitesi maalesef konfor alanında çok eksikti bunları göz önüne alarak konaklayabilirsiniz tesis sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz
• Desislava_it (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good - kind of close to the beach. Enough space. The fridge was not working properly. We informed the staff, they explained it will start working but very slowly. Well, for two nights it didn't. They promised to change it, but they didn't. It looks like the staff was aware about the issue with the fridge and they gave us this room as we were staying only for two nights. Very disappointing! The sink had a hole, the bathroom was not in a good condition. There were no forks or spoons in the kitchen.
• Inna (9/5): It was an amazing stay! - The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our weekly stay a lot. They taught us how to use the gas stove and it wasn’t difficult. The place is spacious, with a balcony. It’s also quiet and clean. The sea is close. There is also a swimming pool at the hotel, we used it a couple of times.

• Sergei (8/5): Good hotel for a reasonable price - Very friendly owners. We needed to check out one hour later and they let us stay without extra fee. Hotel is pet friendly. Price for 3 person was pretty good. Hot water was available on fixed schedule as it was rainy day and central heater probably runs on solar power. Although the owner proposed to turn the heater on when we said that we would like to use hot water outside the schedule.

• Katarzyna (3/5): I highly do not recommend!!! - Quite close to the beach (like in hotel description) and ok breakfast. Quite clean pool This place is dirty. Our room did not look at the photos available on the booking. I have no idea how it is possible that this hotel has so high rate. It was one of the biggest mistakes we made (we visited more than 40 countries with hundreds on hotels and hostels and Side Apart was the worst one). Bathroom was disgusting. Mattress- I try to forget how it looked. Nails sticking out of the wardrobe (not small ones, we traveled with child). Staff- when we discussed something we could be sure that they will never remember about it (like for example breakfast hours). Owner's wife was the only we could somehow rely on when we talked about something. One situation to describe what kind of place it is: when we came to Side Apart we saw on our balcony lots of cigarette butts, we came down to say the owner to do something with this and he was extremely surprised and said that is not possible because their staff take care so much about cleanliness and for sure these cigarette butts are from balcony above and other guests. But he forgot that he booked for us the last floor so there were nobody above us... Don't make the same mistake and don't book a place there. We wanted to change this place but all hotels and apartments in Side area were fully booked at this time. I attache a few photos to show how it looked

• Nicole (2/5): - Ich habe das Zimmer reserviert um dort mit meinem Freund 2 Nächte zu verbringen. Als wir einchecken wollten, war Niemand vor Ort. Wir riefen 2 mal die angegebene Nummer an - jedoch ohne das Jemand das Telefonat entgegennahm. Ein Hotelgast war uns behilflich und wusste wo sich das Personal aufhaltet. Ein älterer Mann kam raus und sagte er habe keine Reservierung erhalten ich zeigte ihm daraufhin die Bestätigung. Er meinte, dass die Buchung storniert wurde, da der Aufenthalt nicht bezahlt wurde. Ich wies ihn darauf hin, dass ich angegeben habe, den Betrag in der Unterkunft zu begleichen. Er sagte dies sei gar nicht möglich. Wir konnten somit nicht in dieser Unterkunft übernachten und mussten uns eine andere Bleibe suchen. Sehr frustrierend!!
• Ceren (10/5): Memnun kaldık - Mevki olarak güzel bir yerdeydi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odalar gayet güzel di genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tekrar geleceğimizi düşünüyorum
• Naim (10/5): Harika - Çalişanlar güler yüzlüydü ve çok yardımcı oldular bir çok apart gezdim ama burası harikaydı her konuda yardımcı oldular tam bir aile yeriydi güzel di temizlik 10 üstünden 10 puan veririm antalyaya birdeha gitsem nerde kalıcam sıkıntım yok çünkü artık bildiğim bi otel var gece geç saatte gelmeme rağmen güler yüz ile karşiladılar artık antalyadakş evim burası 💓
• Sergei (2/5): Грубый персонал, требовали доплат - Не приезжайте раньше 14-00, требуют доплачивать за раннее заселение. Также вымогают за размещение не на нижних этажах, хотя для бронирования доступна лишь одна категория номера. Я отказался доплачивать. Сразу возникло желание побыстрее уехать из ужасного гостевого дома. Хозяин Ибрахим неадекватен, кричит и орёт, вымогает доплаты. Отсутствует комната для хранения багажа. Мою сумку без моего ведома унесли куда-то, вернулся - сумки уже не было на месте. Громко ездит грузовой лифт уже с 8 утра, сильный гул разбудит вас. Слабый напор воды в кране в туалете, нет ни душевой кабины, ни шторки, вся вода после душа остается на полу. Постельное белье всё не белое, пододеяльник был не первой свежести, не уверен стирают ли его после каждого гостя. Никто из персонала гостевого дома не носит маски, нарушая санитарные нормы. Единственная дорога перед отелем засыпана гравием, вся в глине, ходить по ней невозможно. Не рекомендую данный гостевой дом и весь тот район в целом. В номере 10 сильно гудел электрощиток и холодильник. Несколько раз за 11 дней отключалось электричество.

• Iuliia (10/5): Рекомендую - Остались только хорошие впечатления. Очень чистый и приятно пахнущий номер. Газовая плитка, идеально чистая посуда. Удобная кровать и достаточно удобный для сна диван. Горячая вода с хорошим напором, которую не нужно ждать. Из-за пандемии в номерах не убирались, но нам предоставили все требуемое для уборки. Туалетная бумага, мусорные пакеты приносили ежедневно. Полотенца меняют по запросу. Отзывчивые хозяева и сотрудники. Из минусов только протертая до дыр простынь на кровати и отсутствие тёплых или дополнительных одеял. В ноябре ночью было холодновато.
• Yusuf (10/5): Tavsiye edilebilir bir otel. - Temizlik gayet iyiydi, yatak rahattı, görevliler de gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Daha önce kaldığım apart otellere göre gayet iyi ve tavsiye edilebilir nitelikte. Tek eksiği denize uzak olması.

• Anastasiia (8/5): Nice hotel - The apartment consists from 2 rooms where we stayed. It was very nice and clean. No private parking but you can leave the car on the street nearby.
