• Razvan (1/5): Îngrozitor - Nimic, îngrozitor. O locatie in care nu as sta nici gratuit nici macar daca m-ar plati ei sa stau acolo nu as sta. Am avut o rezervare aici in data de 12.04.2026. Am ajuns la locatie, ceva in genul favelele din Brazilia sau zone rau famate din Mexic, cand am intrat era o persoana care dormea in lobby pe canapea, probabil un angajat îmbrăcat zici ca se pregatea de stat la spart semințe, pe jos zoaie de apa murdara probabil de la o încercare de dat cu mopul. Mai era un tip care mi-a transmis ca se poate face check in dupa ora 15, extraordinar, am întrebat de parcare si bineînțeles ca nu exista in preajma "hotelului" ci ma trimitea intr-un loc mai îndepărtat probabil contra cost desi in descriere specifica parcarea la "hotel" dar va asigur ca nu aveați curaj sa va lasati masina acolo. Ceva ingrozitor, sincer va spun ca am coborat cu oarecare teama acolo. Recenziile si scorul de pe booking probabil este făcut de către ei, va recomand cu cea mai mare sinceritate sa fugiti de acest loc si sa va feriti de zona aceasta Fatih, o zona rau famata și plina de tipi dubioși pe la toate colțurile. Nu am avut anulare gratuita si bineînțeles ca nici nu au vrut sa imi înapoieze macar o suma din bani din rezervarea făcută. Am plecat in secunda 2 de acolo si am mers catre alta unitate de cazare pentru ca acolo nu puteai sa stai decat daca esti doritor de senzații tari. In concluzie evitati aceasta unitate de cazare si această zona, recenziile sunt fabricate de catre ei.

Мръсна стая,запушен канал в банята.Ужасна миризма от банята.Захабени кърпи сякаш не са сменяни.Никой не дойде да почисти стаята за целия период в който бяхме там.Мръсни стени и прозорци.Спукано огледало на тоалетката.Според мен дори ни дадоха друга стая,а не тази за която платихме.Всичко е под всякаква критика.Никога няма да се върна там.
• Минченко (3/5): - Удобные кровати Отдыхали семьёй 4 ночи, было ужасно, номер был грязным, брали для не курящих, но всегда присутствовал запах дыма, заявлена мини кухня, но она совершенно не укомплектована, ни посуды, ни приборов, все пришлось просить, выдали два полотенца на троих на 4 дня, ни смены, ни уборки не было, по ночам постоянный шум, смех, при чем сам персонал шумел. Думаю, что все отзывы враньё, максимум три этому отелю.

I walked to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet every day (about 15-20 mins) and loved the local restaurants around the corner. The rooms are super clean and the staff is genuinely lovely. Highly recommended for a stress-free trip!

Araç park yeri var denildi ama park yeri yok caddeye park ediliyor. Aracımın lastik sboplarını calmışlar. Otel özelliklerindeki yazılanlarınların hiçbiri yoktu. Resimlerle alakası yok. Üzgünüz ama malesef güzel sözler bulamıyorum çalışanlar dışında. Araç park konusunda büyük sorun var.

Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. La literie est bonne. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Il n'y avait pas trop de gaspillage nuisible à l'environnement. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur tenace dans les toilettes. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien le soir. De petits détails gagneraient à être réparés (poignées de meubles cassés, éclats de peintures parties, peinture ayant dépassé sur les plinthes ou les interrupteurs).

That said, it offered excellent value for money and perfectly met our needs during our 4-day stay. At the time of booking, it was the best-priced option available. The location is great—within walking distance to all major tourist attractions, and close to metro, bus and tram stations. Prices in this part of the city are much more affordable compared to the old town, so we were able to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and fresh juices at very reasonable costs.

• Rumana03 (2/5): Hotel with bedbugs - This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. From the moment we got to the room, I could see the floor was dirty leaving our feet black. The wardrobe had white powder inside it. The bathroom constantly had a sewer smell coming from it. The hair dryer didn't even work properly and on one of the days broke & starting melting (had to turn the hotel's electricity off even). The day before we were checking out I was itching all night. • Rumana (1/5): Hotel with bedbugs!!! - Nothing to like about this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. From the moment we got to the room, I could see the floor was dirty leaving our feet black. The wardrobe had white powder inside it. The bathroom constantly had a sewer smell coming from it. Air con in the room does not even work. The hair dryer didn't even work properly and on one of the days broke & starting melting (had to turn the hotel's electricity off even). The cleanliness of the hotel was particularly noteworthy; every corner was sparkling and hygienic. Although there was no breakfast option at the hotel, the delicious breakfast at Sıcak Kafe, just 20 meters away, was a delightful alternative. Additionally, the complimentary laundry and drying machines provided by the hotel were a significant convenience. The internet speed was quite sufficient for both work and leisure online activities. For lunch and dinner, I took advantage of the diverse and tasty food options offered by restaurants located just 100 meters from the hotel. Grafen Hotel is an excellent choice for both families and business travelers, and I am looking forward to visiting again.

• Kristijan (7/5): Good - Really good location (Marmaray rail line, Metro lines 1 and 2, suburban railway just a minute of walking away; Sultanahmet area 15-20min away if walking); friendly staff, trying to do best to their guests (offering tea, coffee non stop); option to leave luggage after check-out. Main issue is cleanliness - bed sheets were not as clean as they could be, and the bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and around the sink light. Sink light was also not working.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were quite bit considering the sizes of other rooms in Istanbul, the location is pretty great too. The Grafen Hotel is located near by a few restaurants, a couple grocery shops, a pharmacy, a tram station, a metro station and mainly a mosque which could be considered as a guiding point. I liked the Grafen Hotel.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Aan vernieuwing toe! - We hebben niet het apartement gekregen waar we voor geboekt hadden. De gebouwen waren in renovatie, zo zeiden ze. De foto's van het verblijf op de website stemmen in het geheel niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. We hebben wel een ruimere plaats gekregen, maar deze ontbrak aan basiselementen, zoals bestek, haardroger, waterkoker en zoveel meer. De plaats was wel netjes, de wifi werkte prima en het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, wat bij ons verblijf dan toch iets goed maakte. Prijs/kwaliteit komt niet overeen!
